This modern apartment is located exactly in the old city centre near the cathedral, walking distance to the bus stop, restaurants and shops. It was well cleaned, fully Ac and comfortable beds The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the guy he was very patient helping us to find the best transport to travel out of Valencia. Definitely I'll recommend this apartment, we had a great relaxing time in this place.

Very comfortable, they have all the services: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware, and all very new. The bed is large and comfortable. The area is perfect for sightseeing but in exchange for the evenings it is very noisy, fortunately the apartment is pretty well insulated. You can hire parking in the same building. To repeat.

The hotel is amazing overall. The rooms are spacious and feel like your own apartment which is great if you are staying long. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Plus the rooms are right by the Plaza de la Reina and many attractions. There is so much to do within walking distance of the hotel. The only complaint is that it is VERY loud at night. There were men singing and yelling outside until the early morning because there is an outdoor bar close by.

This is a great place to stay for history lovers and those looking to experience the cultural part of Valencia. The flats are new, clean, large and the staff are very helpful.

Excellent Choice in the center of Valencia for its value for money. Spacious Apartment, well equipped, renovated, comfortable and very professional and willing reception staff. For putting a but, the noise from the street or other rooms can become annoying but it holds up well. No doubt when I return to Valencia I will repeat.

Beautiful room, great service, and right in the heart of Valencia. Finding it via car was a bit tricky, but the underground car park was very useful (car park cost around 10 Euros for a day).

Can't fault Valenciaflats, friendly staff, amazing location with lots of fantastic restaurants around — our apartment was lovely, clean and have a wonderful view over a little courtyard — it was a real sun trap in the afternoons! I would wholeheartedly recommend Valenciaflats, fantastic value for money! The only thing I would say is it said we would get free breakfast in the little cafe, however the waiter knew nothing about it and we had to pay.

The apartments taken were new, clean and well maintained.
The staff though not Italian occurred friendly though communication problems due to language!

Very nice and unique accommodation in a fantastic location with available parking. Note that the walls can be a bit thin.
