Hotel Conqueridor

The hotel located on a good area, rooms are fine. Bur the main problem after having 4 star label the facilities.
They do have a gyn but opens at 09.00 am. Who ever comes to stay for holiday or business trip to a hotel cannot wait till to gym till 09.00 am. You will lose half day approx. In general hotel gyms are open either from 6.00 or 07.00 am.
They do have a swimming pool on roof but again opens at 11.00 in Spain with this good weather. Who will use a city hotel roof top pool at 11.00am.
My stay was ok but I will not prefer this hotel when I come to Valencia again.

We recently stayed at Hotel Conqueridor and overall had a pleasant experience, with clear potential to make it truly excellent.
The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a modern, comfortable feel. The rooms are neat, tidy, and provide everything you need for a relaxed stay. Exactly what you hope for when visiting a vibrant city like Valencia.
The breakfast is of good quality, with a solid selection and fresh products. A great way to start the day, although one honest note: the coffee really doesn’t match the standard of the rest. Improving this would make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
Where the hotel has the biggest opportunity, however, is in hospitality. Staff are present, but the warmth and attentiveness you would expect are missing. A simple “good morning” at reception would already go a long way. At times, the reception team seemed more focused on conversations among themselves than on welcoming guests, a small detail, but one that shapes the entire first impression.
That said, this feels like a missed opportunity rather than a structural issue. With just a bit more focus on genuine guest interaction and service mindset, this hotel could easily elevate from “good” to “memorable. ”
In short: a solid, well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast, now it’s time to match that quality with the level of hospitality guests truly value.

The hotel is in a great location with very easy access to the airport by metro, direct on lines 3/5 and only 7 minutes walk from two metro stops.
It's also only 15 minutes walk through pedestrian streets to Old Town and all the main sights like the cathedral, market and so close to many shops, restaurants and main train station.
The hotel sits in a side street and is very quiet. There is a nice lounge at the reception with plenty seating and bar service. We were treated to a welcome drink of aqua de valencia.
The room was large, spotless and had a large bathroom with a great shower and plenty storage room for bags and clothes. There was also a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, a free bottle of water and a mini fridge. Ideal.
We found the bed and pillows a bit firm for our liking but that's just our preference.
We had the breakfast which was a bit of a disappointment. It all looked great, plenty choice of pastries, bread, cold meat, cheese and salad but it was really let down by the hot food.
We were there three mornings including a 7.30am start and every morning the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold, not even lukewarm but cold. The coffee wasn't the best either so unfortunately not the best start to the day but I'd still recommend this hotel. We had a great three night stay.
