Nice hotel with good sized rooms, with great air con, free Wi-Fi, hard wired network port and of course a TV. Wasn't fussed on the in room safe which operates with a credit card, or any card with a magnetic stripe. I found it temperamental and in reliable so didn't lock anything inside. Really nice continental breakfast spread, lots of fresh fruit, bread and selection of meats. Seta you up well for a day exploring the city. Handy to the 19 or 92 bus routes to the beach/marina. Best a thing though is the neighborhood, so many choices for eating and drinking, lovely atmosphere, great options for sitting outside for a really tasty and excellent value meal.

Modern hotel, spotless, very friendly staff. Perfect location for those who prefer to stay in the city centre, which is a 10-minute walk away. A little more difficult for those who prefer to go to the beach, which is accessible by coaches 92 and 19: the journey is half an hour, but the stops are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
A pity were the bikes, which require a down account of 200 euros per bike.
The air conditioning (very important in August) works perfectly.
Our bathroom door was not transparent as opposed to how some pointed out.

The perfect accommodation to enjoy L Valencia and the life of an art district. Very complete reception with friendly and professional information and attention. Perfect room.

The staff was very helpful The service is also good. International Breakfast We had a fairly spacious quintuple room if I think we were in 5 inside. Clean and bright rooms also with TV and free Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it.

Very well located Hotel, close to the historical and commercial center and in a neighborhood with quite a variety of restaurants. Very nice staff, they solve small incidents immediately. Good value for money.

Why systematically 4 beds in a double room application?

Very good location, the price of breakfast €12 E (if you do not contract with the room, and you want to stay some day for breakfast) I find it a little expensive. The very good deal have a very friendly staff, Hotel to recommend and return to enjoy Valencia.

This hotel felt very much like home away from home because the staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome and the facilities were just right for our needs. Very friendly staff, great lobby, free bicycles for the day, fantastic breakfast (worth the extra money). The room was pretty nice — a good modern interior and it had everything we needed. We had a cute little balcony, which was a nice way to get a glimpse of the street life and open the doors for fresh air. It's a good price, too. This is a great location in the Ruzafa district. The Ruzafa district is very cool — much better than downtown areas.

Clean, smart, attractive and comfortable hotel in a good location: close to the city centre but with plenty of bars and restaurants locally for the evening. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the member off staff in the breakfast room seemed to be unhappy about something (I could not understand as my Spanish is poor) as she talked about it at great length to any Spanish person who would listen. The body language said it all. Not very professional, which is why I have given a lower grade later on.

Perfect location. Right bed and sheets. Very good idea to have two pillows with different hardness. The state of conservation and decoration is improved, especially the toilets. Very friendly staff.

My time in Petit Palace was quite comfortable but I did not like bathtub. It seemed dirty to me. They should change all bathtubes with modern stone tiles.

Great for its location. Excellent breakfast and the best the staff, all made our stay perfect, especially Carolina, Armando, Carmen and Salva who treated us wonderfully well.

Excellent attention to guests and pets (allowed). It's the second time I stay and always have a pleasant surprise on arrival. Comfortable rooms and have bike service.

Hotel is conveniently situated in the Ruzafa district with lots of bars nearby and only 10-15 mins walk from the old town. We were in room 602 which has a large balcony and great views across the city. Rooms are on the small side but perfectly adequate although the shower is a tight squeeze! The glass door to the bathroom is an interesting feature. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra (€12pppd) for breakfast, which is a little overpriced in my opinion. There is a wide selection of juices, smoothies, fruit, cereals and breads but the hot offering left a lot to be desired. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and, breakfast aside, consider it to be good value for money.

This is a first class hotel with exceptional treatment. They are attentive to the people and thorough with the details. Everything is very clean and well decorated. For my work I usually visit many hotels and this is definitely my favorite. Excellent value for money My dogs, my husband and I are repeating.

Cosy, clean, comfortable, the mattress and pillow, also have a pillow menu. Silent. A little cramped the room. The cupboard had no doors. There were no drawers either. They left the room a welcome detail and personally made me very excited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To go from the Ave station to the hotel you have to skirt all the North station, but then at reception we were told that there was a passage. Repeat.

We have stayed two nights, it is a comfortable hotel because of its central location and its clean rooms and impeccable bathrooms.

We have been friends and we loved the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the Ruzafa is very centrally located. The only downside has been the bathroom we did not like that the door is made of glass there is no intimacy.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful desk staff when we arrived. The room we booked was very practical and comfortable. I was especially pleased with the amount of surface space available for my "stuff. " Also, there were many conveniently-located outlets for electrical charging. The curtains provided a thankfully dark room. The A/C worked well, but cycled on and off quite often, each time with a hissing noise (earplugs helped). Breakfast was good.

Great facility in the center, convenient for the services and transportation, great breakfast, nice rooms and very helpful all the staff. Definitely recommend to those who want to spend a nice holiday in the beautiful Valencia.

From the moment my wife and I checked in we were impressed with Petit Palace Hotel. It was such a pleasure to stay there as all the staff from the front desk to the breakfast room and cleaners were happy and very pleasant to deal with. The room was always cleaned immaculately and the breakfast was delicious. Any time we wanted advice we received a personalised response to our questions. The location was great for a couples getaway, set in amongst many restaurants and bars and with easy walking access to the old town and buses to the beach.

Hotel in a quiet and strategic location, good cleanliness and welcome, pity the bathroom door with little privacy… really to review! For the rest recommended.

Hotel in a strategic place to turn Valencia you can reach the centre by foot in a short time and within walking distance from the train station and Metro line. Breakfast was good and the room was very small. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Room size is fine if you are not spending too much time in it. You get mini shampoos, creme and shower gel which is nice. I personally like the towel policy, where you use your towel more than once if you want to but to get a new one you leave it on the floor to get changed. Having a semi transparent swinging door, that can not be closed properly might not suit everyone. Not everybody is comfortable with being able to make eye contact with people lying in bed while doing there business on the toilet :) Did not like that you get 3 gummy treats in a "huge" plastic bag when you leave. Should use a more environmentally friendly bag, just skip it or find another thing to say bye with. Room service options need more vegan options.

It was a lovely hotel with a great location, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés and bars. The room was on the small side but very clean and worth the money. They gave us free muffins on arrival and it has a mini-bar and safety deposit box which is good. We particularly liked it because it wasn't at all noisy from the outside traffic, just a little bit noisy from the corridor but it never woke us up at night. The staff were very friendly and gave us suggestions for nice restaurants and places to visit when in Valencia. The hotel also offers free bike rentals, which is good if one is interested in exploring Valencia by bike. It also offers breakfast but we found this to be on the expensive side and opted to eat breakfast in nearby cafés instead. What could improve is to have a proper door between the toilet and bedroom as well as cheaper breakfast. Also, the elevator seemed a bit old and scary so perhaps that could be looked over too. The noise from the corridor is also something that could be improved but other than that we recommend this hotel to other guests.

We stayed for 4 nights and can recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, Ruzafa is an up-and-coming area littered with great cafes, restaurants, small shops and beautiful terraced 5 storey buildings. The historic centre is only a 10min walk away. We didn't book breakfast in the hotel, we prefer to always find little local cafes, and we were glad we did on this occasion as there is a great choice, and so cheap. We used the free bikes at the hotel, they were great to get around on and hence did not use the metro at all, but you do need to book them early each morning. Valencia is all level and the Turia Gardens is a must for cycling along. Our room in the hotel was small but perfectly adequate, just not sure about the non-fitting glass door to the bathroom — there are times when we all need a little privacy! Bed extremely comfy. Reception staff superb, nothing was too much trouble, thank you especially to Nathalie and Raquel.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had! We are well traveled, all over the World. The friendliness of the staff, their unfailing willingness to help in every way was perfect. A big "Thank you" from us both, for your assistance in helping us cope with our health disability, t he room we were given, made things much easier. We look forward to staying with you all again, in one week's time.

The hotel facility itself is 3 star at best. The interior and the rooms need to be updated. The lobby is beautiful but the elevator needs work. The staff are THE BEST! They answered all our questions about Valencia, gave us maps and showed us where to eat, shop and tour. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and reasonably priced. The room was quiet and comfortable with enough room for three people (two twin beds and a bunk bed. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel is ideally situated close to the train station and two bus lines. The beach is 20 minutes from the hotel by bus. The rooms are reasonably priced. We would stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

The hotel is very nice and friendly staff, the location regarding Centre, the bird, and the superb city of arts. Only to emphasize that the neighborhood has great atmosphere at night and Saturday party ended not never. L room was little sound-proof. That if, very comfortable bed, pillow and bath.

Comfortable room clean suitable size and the staff were excellent. By pointing something tell the temperature that air conditioning is not enough. Otherwise all good. He would come back happy.

I stayed at Petit Palace Germanías & Petit Palace Bristol for my 17 days in Valencia :) I want to say thank you to all the staff at both hotels who went out of their way to make my stay here as comfortable as possible. Front of house staff are amazing & so helpful! Special thanks to Avenuro & Luis. I would recommend having the buffet breakfast by Carmen to anyone, absolutely delicious fresh food 10/10. The rooms were lovely, really comfortable bed, spacious & clean, house cleaning do a brilliant job. The hotel is walking distance to everything you need & want to see. All the extra little things the staff do to make your stay with them feel like your at home :) I will be staying here the next time I visit.

We had a great time. We were welcomed with some sweets. The girls at the front desk were very kind in giving us the routes and things to see. I loved the balcony and the view from the room. Only oddity: the bathroom door in glass that didn't match perfectly leaving a window always open between bathroom and bedroom. Overall I was pleased.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Modern rooms with nice beds for tall people. Great location in walking distance from city centre, train and busses. Cleanliness was acceptable as was the noisiness but maybe not for all guests. The bathroom/toilet is partly seperated by a thin glass wall with some room between the wall and the glass itself, and this does not offer much privacy. However, all in all I would definitely recommend it.

Nice view and big room, good breakfast, helpful staff. No kettle/coffee/tea in the room, no international channel on TV but great Wi-Fi connection.

Room, the only thing that was missing was heating, but pad co cold. Highly recommended hotel.

We were only a few hours, because we had to make time with luggage before catching a train. All very well, but not could use Wi-Fi because the page that is opened for entering the password did not work with Safari on my iphone. They should look at that.

Us has charmed the hotel:trato friendly, well located, amazing decoration but the cleaning could be better: there are small details that attention should be given by the cleaning staff. Another positive point is that despite being in a busy area is very well soundproofed.

Friendly staff, really fast free Wi-Fi, spacious and clean rooms. The only drawback is the location, just next to a single-line bus stop with a frequency of 20 min but too far from the metro to be convenient. Not that big of a deal if you don't mind walking a bit. Recommended.

Normal hotel, is fundamentally no different from others of this kind.

Nice Place to stay. Clean and quiet. The staff are excellent. The driving and parking are not good but that is to be expected of the city centre of any large city. We parked at the hotel parking for a reasonable 17 euro and walked.

Toelits are bad they are quite clean but there is no lock on door and it is made of glass so you can see through.

Room a little small, wide bathroom, some small reform at the level of maintenance would come well but acceptable in general.

Not bad but is a little expensive for the hotel that is the parking this fatal and the area is somewhat degraded.
