Hotel with correct service, but would not recommend it. The price is high and not very generous in the facilities, the breakfast is ok without highlighting. Details such as the loud morning noises when cleaning that wake you up is another point against, should be soundproof.

Very good hotel, less than 5 mins walk of center, less than 5 mins walk to metro, perfect area for a citytrip or a longer vacay ✈️✈️✈️

The reception and the address the best. I did not stay here but have taken care of wonderfully, out of hours and after 3am the staff went out of their way to help me remedy a fraudulent situation. A great team at night, very involved and professional, especially with someone not staying, nor I imagine they will not do it for a client.

I really like this hotel! All the details are very careful and the customer service seemed very nice and pending me at all times so that I did not miss anything! I recommend it!

Nothing to plead. All according to expectations. Perhaps from a 4 star you can expect more but I have not seen negativity.

A less star because of the little soundproofing of the room. Otherwise the decoration is tasteful, the staff attentive and the breakfast varied and provides.

Excellent location, garage very difficult to enter with a medium car, the cleaning service makes a lot of noise even if you put the sign not disturb. If it's not for the latter, it could give you up to 5.

Location Breakfast super abundant with all the classic products and a selection of salami and local cheeses really good. The rooms are clean, in modern style, almost posh. And then it is within walking distance of all the main monuments in the center of Valencia.

Great stay! We had some kind of a problem with a mattress that was wet. Still don't understand how that was possible, but when the front desk had been warned, they came to check it out, and 10 minutes later we got a new mattress, with new linnen. Getting another room was not possible due to fully booked. Great service!

Very small cupboards and little light in the bathroom. Good service and central area.

Very nice and decorated hotel, great location, and so much choice if you want to eat and off course if you want to go shopping, there is so much to do and to see, I enjoy everything. On my Birthday I received a gift from the hotel, a bottle of champagne:)
Yesterday was our last day, but we'll be back soon!

A hotel with charm located in the centre of the city with a nice, friendly and very good customer care.

I love the sensual ambiance and how central that is. Also the buffet breakfast is super original and I love their smoothies, beet and carrot.

Small lockers without doors, remote control lighting bedroom q prevents you from answer a and turn off the rest, bathroom is not self-sustaining.

Very good service and close to everything I Valencia.

Hotel with charm. Maybe you need some reform areas, it looks that you have areas that are missing. It is a quiet hotel and well located.

Hotel located in a very central location and close to the Colón Metro stop, so very convenient to reach the airport. It is a strategic location to visit the city. The property is definitely classy. The staff We arrived at the hotel at 11 del Mattno and they kept our luggage free until check-in at 14. The furnishing of the room is modern with the centralized lighting system which can be controlled in different places of the room. Very clean. Spacious and comfortable bathroom with a giant shower. Even at checkout we were allowed free luggage storage until the time of departure to the airport. Very positive experience that we hope we can repeat.

Nice hotel with a central location near the old town. We got to use the carpark the rest of the day after we checked out, extra star for that. Good service, quiet hotel with friendly staff.

Beautiful house with style and character. The car lift to the car park is a bit adventurous.

Lovely place, really friendly clean and tidy. Good location to shops, Park and metro. The only issue for me is that the bed was too hard. Perhaps that's just down to taste.

Great location, room very small and dated and very expensive for what it was. Roof terrace is not very large (two beds) and of course there's no pool, but to be fair they don't advertise one. Better hotels available in Valencia for far less of the hard earned euro. Staff were really helpful and check in receptionist very much so.

Very comfortable room, Bathrooms were well equipped, shower had some drainage issues. So close to the market place and the central market makes it perfect. Very nice and courteous staff. Lovely place!

Top Hotel. Clean, nice staff, very good room amenities almost at luxury level. Good air conditioning, large bathroom, comfortable bed. A stern deduction due to cumbersome handling in the bathroom (towel rack over the toilet) and in the room (only one chair, barely space to store things, rather dark rooms). In total but highly recommended. In the middle of the city, quiet, everything within walking distance.

Great location for walking the city sights, quiet even tho' it's on a very busy road, staff very helpful, great choice at breakfast. Our room was nice, clean but bijou, light switches idiosyncratic and door lock cards refused to work at times, but overall a really enjoyable 4 night stay in a lovely city.

Vincci has recovered the old Palace hotel, with almost all its splendor, in the street of peace and modernizing all services. No doubt a big change.

Very nice hotel, I spent one night unfortunately but the room is spacious and clean, bathroom beautiful! The room was equipped with a terrace and heated outdoor Jacuzzi! The location, breakfast plentiful and tasty! Recommended.

Very good one! I was in Vincci hotel in Barcelona, but this one is really better, but for the same price. Recommend!

Hotel very well located in the Centre of Valencia, a 5-minute walk from the square of the Queen. Decor very modern but dark enough. Breakfast is not bad but it could be more varied. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained details. I would recommend it for couples or for work, but it is not a family hotel.

The Cabinet only had space for 3 tight clothes hangers. The first night padamos cold but then solved it for us. Poor Wi-Fi connection.

Positive: Really good quality/price relationship. Well placed and extraordinary breakfast buffet. Negative: No Wi-Fi but you can connect your net-book by LAN (cable in the reception). Very dark decor ideal for Halloween. If you have a mid-size car forgetting about to use the hotel parking (close there are several 24 hours public parking).

Very hard to parking. Glass door to WC. Dark room. No Wi-Fi, only LAN. Design, but looks not great.

The breakfast is awesome. The rooms clean and well furnished. The location is perfect, in the same centre of Valencia.
