Buenos atención en la recepción, salas de trabajo bien equipadas, sólo faltaban algunos caramelos como acompañamiento del agua de rigor.

Ubicada en una buena zona, junto a varios servicios públicos y turísticos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y disponen de todas las comodidades que se requieren para unos días. Disfrute del desayuno con mi reserva y disponen de un buffet bastante amplio con muchas opciones a disfrutar. Para el que lo requiera disponen de parking.

Top service, rooms cleaned every day, delicious breakfast buffet with food refilled until the last minute, the best pineapple we have ever eaten! We had late flight, but hotel has a place to store the luggage, which is very welcomed in such situations. One star down just for not that nice view from the window.

I just arrived in the hotel, and find it really bad… Cons: — everything looks at least 15 years old, really needs renovating — the only outlet on the desk is for the lamp. Had to plug off the TV. — Two single beds joined, instead of the king-size bed I had requested. — Repetitive background noise somewhere, as if an alarm clock was buzzing since an hour. — Even with all the lamps on, the room is dark. — Window opens on an internal court, no view at all despite high floor. Pros: — two doors between the corridor and the room.

The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Nice cozy hotel has everything you need a very nice and helpful staff and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked already prepared and very tasty. The rooms are fine are cleaned daily and fresh bath towels are also exchanged daily. The situation is, in my opinion, okay because all the important punts are quickly accessible. Top when it goes back to València I could imagine booking there again.

It's not the usual NH they could renew it.

Well, we looked for x ebooking and they gave us inner room. It was a weekend and we almost didn't, but I hate the internal rooms. Could you ask before? In return, the bathroom and the service, great.

I received a lovely welcome to the hotel, the reception area is pleasant and very open, there are lifts to help with your baggage. And also local shops near by. The room was clean and tidy but could of done with comfier beds. I ordered a dial a pizza and felt terrible becuase the person on the other side of the phone couldn't speak English however I soaked reception and they happily placed my order for me. However the room service pizza was horrid. It wasn't cooked properly and made me physically sick. Other than that I was happy.

Clean and reasonably priced. 30min walk from the beach and 20min walk from the Metro. Great location to explore Valencia.

Simple Hotel but throwing malucho. The rooms are a little small. We had no water in the afternoon for decalcifying and the tub outlet has a bide in front which makes it a little dangerous.

Loved the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and help with all the questions that can arise. There is a pantry for things if you need to store luggage after asynchronous. Highly recommend.

It is not in the heart of the city but it is a great base for the best attractions in the city.

The three stars that have the hotel represent it well. Facilities not too enlarged but the There are OK. We have been offered to go to another chain hotel to take advantage of the heated pool which has been a puntazo. The breakfast buffet is not of great variety but of quality.

In a good area, not downtown, yes. Good quality, nice room. Very happy.

Not good. They don't pick up the phone from reception. The Wi-Fi brings problems until you get connected and then it goes slowly. If you want more speed pay. The shower without pressure. The good thing the bed. I will look to avoid this chain in the future…

Fabulous breakfasts!

I've been in this hotel for work. It is well placed, with good connections. The service is good and the rooms are wide, clean and pretty new. The only bad note is that the bathroom has not any fan to change the air, let's say after a shower… Anyway it is a good hotel, I will come back.

16 euro/day parking! and the area around looks really unfriendly! Something like the dark side… pictures from the website are fare from the truth :) ) ) ) ) )

Very clean hotel with a very polite and friendly staff. Pharmacy round the corner and pharmacist spoke very good English. I missed the coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Very good value for money Without luxuries but without shortcomings and located at a prudent distance from the center and the City of Science.

I was at the NH Ciudad twice. I am very happy with the hotel. Very nice staff. Clean and quiet. Price-Performance good. I just missed a lounge bar.

Pleasant stay close to the means of transportation and shopping malls.

The Standard room is a little small though enough. During my stay it was cold in Valencia and the heating in the room was not working. That's why I only give him 3 *.
The breakfast as always exception, I love the detail that you can take the coffee outside.

Great place to stay for Valencia Half Marathon. Only draw back is that hotel has no restaurant however, not an issue. Loads of restaurants around the same area in walking distance.

I am very happy with the hotel. The staff is lovely, the breakfast to be a 3 is very complete, the room is great and very clean and with the bus stops next door you can go downtown in 15 '. Also the city of Arts is 20 ' walking. Perfect for a getaway.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were also very friendly. The only drawback is that it does not have a ramp to the entrance, although it has an elevator for people with reduced mobility. If you carry a lot of luggage you have no choice but to use the stairs. Everything else is great.

It is a 15-minute walk from the beach and the city of Arts, and a few minutes has a main subway station. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast was complete.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast. Internet is free but a bit slow, there is a paid option which should provide faster speeds.

Excellent hotel, if Mr, it recommend 100%, reception, room clean and fresh, bed comfortable, the bathroom simple but well, it best the breakfast and them girls that you receive, sympathy total and very helpful, went with child and me gave high chair, some colors so is mischief since was malito. I could park in streets adjoining, pending because the grated blue is almost black and night not be very well. Excellent. I will repeat.

I've been twice and on both occasions I was great quality and good price, the special treatment, to be repeated.

Not bad, staff attentive reception, free daily newspapers, Wi-Fi in the rooms and buffet breakfast pretty good although the first day we arrived for breakfast at 10:10 (closed at 10:30) and we were getting rush even turned off us some lights at 10:30 o'clock, the views that we played were very bad to a small inner courtyard without hardly light.

We have come to Valencia to spend Easter and I recommend the hotel for its treatment, quality of a nh and price. Although the zpna of location is not too nice this well connected with beach, zpna Center (the best of Valencia advise restored Orio) and the city of the arts.

Excellent typical nh city hotel. Quality. Parkin itself and nearby, Super buffet breakfast, the best taken. The penalty is that it is not central.

Hotel normalito very below what is expected of the NH chain. At least it has some unbeatable prices out of season. A little away from the Center and from the beach, forces you to use public transportation, except for visits to the city of Arts and Sciences, a 15-minute walk. There is no cafeteria off-season. Poorly soundproofed rooms. They offer free Wi-Fi, but it is a bad connection of 128 kbps which makes it very limited. It is not a bad hotel.
