Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I did not stay there as I lived in Montiboli at the time. My niece and I had a G&T 12 euros each. The surroundings are lovely, beautiful views etc but a long way from any nightlife so if you just want a quiet drink its fine. The second time I went with my sister; we waited 10 minutes but no one came to serve and we left. Not what I expect from any hotel let alone a 5 star, and I have stayed at several. Could do better!

Even if you're not staying there, just go for some dinner on the outside terrace. Truly magical place and the food is really good. The rooms are individually decorated and the outside decorations are worth a photograph or two. Easy to park beside the hotel also.

Awesome views, pool, beach, restaurant. This was our favorite hotel out of ten we visited.

We have Been repeating the fourth year and are delighted with the hotel. Spotless Cleanliness, excellent food and the unbeatable waiters. If you want relaxation and tranquility look no further, this is your place. You Only hear the sound of the sea and the birds. We liked the detail of offering 1 welcome cocktail to arrive, which other years we did not offer. To put some glue, we miss to reform the bathroom or at least put a shower plate instead of a bathtub. Despite that we will continue To come more times as we find ourselves here and the good treatment of the staff.

Food fantastic, staff exclent, can't do enough for you, rooms immaculate, sea views second to none, free parking, use of beach or pool, 5 big stars. Would say not a place for children, not enough to keep them amused, ideal for adults who want to relax and enjoy good food and drink.

Very nice and what you want but I've been calling the front desk for two days and I skip the answering machine that I atendienden and never takes the person TLF.
I have stopped calling and have lost a good customer! I'm going to another hotel to spend the money.

I know a lot of hotels, but I want to go back. I was like a guest at a wedding, and I thought it was dreamy.
The details are the key piece in the Montiboli, and I think if it is pata do an intimate wedding, this is the special place… The spa I loved to confess that is my favorite is the world.

Surely the best hotel on the Mediterranean coast, for its location on a cliff, its wonderful views (especially from the romantic rooms), its kitchen service, its small and pleasant spa, and its swimming pools winter and summer, make this hotel An ideal excuse to spend at least one weekend, is simply wonderful.

Nothing that appears. Hotel just passable as a decent 3 star. The beach is given in management to private people who do not do good service. The pool is very small and full of children. "Luxury" restaurant that offers the same things for lunch and dinner. We reported that one of us was lactose lactose and we were encouraged to ' trust ' but we ate the same things and no toppings because these were pre-cooked with milk and creams. We complained to the manager who responded that it seemed overwhelming our complaint. I will never go back.

Quiet magical place and especially close to Benidorm Resto at the top…

It was the first five star hotel in the area. Away from the noise and the drunken circuits. It has an elevator that takes you to a small public beach La Caleta.

The beef cheeks were not cooked long enough and were therefore gelatinous. When we asked for coffees we were told we have to decamp upstairs to drink them. The mango in the starter was unripe. When we arrived we were not allowed to sit in the seats with the best view despite the place being empty for our whole visit.

Beautiful hotel, nice facilities but the cove I did not like so much. It is worth to be in the hotel and in its swimming pools because it enjoys tranquility.

Amazing hotel on a cliff, spacious clean rooms, great food and services including a really nice spa. Pool was smaller and a bit cold. The beach (es) is made out of stones. One of them is a nudist beach that you can see from the hotel.

We had our wedding at the Montiboli last week. It really was the perfect day with the best views, food and staff. We cannot thank the hotel enough from start to finish. We will certainly be visiting again and this hotel will always mean something special to us. The views from the sea view bedrooms are incredible and the hotel is truly unique with so many nooks and pathways. Thank you so much.

There are five-star hotels that are for expendable details, absurd luxuries or fashions. This no, this deserves it, has everything you need for a few summer days in detail. Two swimming pools, one more open and sunny and one more reserved. A spa, which doesn't seem to ever fill up. It even has a naturist beach that looks private, a luxury. Food we tried only the breakfast buffet, which while it was good and fulfilled, I've seen better. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom sometimes had a pipe smell, but nothing important. To repeat without a doubt.

This hotel is outstanding. Firstly the sea views from the hotel and poolside. Breakfast has so much choice. Rooms clean. The staff are very friendly. Catalin who works poolside and in the restaurant is exceptional. He is very friendly, consciousness, reliable and literally couldn't do enough for us. So refreshing to see. He is a gentleman and this Hotel is lucky to have him! Hopefully we will return as we had a brilliant holiday.

Our stay was excellent and we were made to feel more than Wellcome. The ambience was exemplary and faultless. Room decor superb and wonderful sea views. Mention must be given to Luis at the reception who went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile and memorable.

We stayed one night and upgrade our room to an better one which was their room romantico as they call it. It was outstanding condition but being so close to the see and it was very turbulent and noisy a bit difficult to sleep tight. The service was excellent, we hade a very nice dinner and very good breakfast maybe a bit poor when it comes to bread selection but still very nice.
We will definitely come back but on a warmer season.

Great location, right on the edge of a cliff above the sea, polite stuff, superb food, nice rooms, access to the beach / sea, and at night you get lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves.

My entire family has only the fondest of memories from this hotel. Simply fantastic. Full of beauty. Great, extra-helpful staff. Choice of two lovely beaches on either side (ok, one is a nude beach, but still lovely). Serene outdoor space with historic architecture and authentic atmosphere. The bar is brilliant, the food in the restaurant is really good, breakfast is generous. Good as a base to explore the surrounding area. We've already decided we're staying here again.

Its a Hotel which was built for many years ago on a super location… 2 swimming pools but only with sweet water, one should have had salt water due to the beach have little sand, on the small beach only stones… very difficult on a windy day like yesterday… our room had only morning sun (nr. 18) but a spectacular view… the menu is a little short of variation.
But on the day's fish side good. I ordered a Turbot Which was Outstanding. The Breakfast very good, with a lot of fruits. But no coffee machine… only black coffee and milk, which could be good on a less star Hotel but not with 5 stars. I rate it to a 4 star Hotel. The security is ver good.

Is a hotel with much charm. The views of the rooms that give to the sea, are spectacular, seems that these on the water. As points negative… Is a five-star, but I don't know if it is by the date in which I've been (February), a boil is missing to be five-star of truth, the spa treatments are not possible, the breakfast buffet was not complete and not removed you used the table services, bath does not have the typical details of toothpaste toothbrush… Furthermore it is worth.

Very good location and staff very helpful and friendly; spacious rooms and, if hire, with spectacular views. However, the hotel already goes need a reform, especially the bathrooms of the rooms. The Emperor restaurant does not meet expectations that generate its prices (€25 for a piece of turbot to the plate size seal on vegetables boiled… same could have put two…). Possibly back to the hotel, but not at the restaurant. The remains of a meal in the room were in the Hall almost 24 hours.
