I totally recommend this hotel! The papamambo restaurant has the most delicious cuisine ever! A must try! Thank you to all of you at the Melia Villaitana! I adore you! It's the best hotel by far I've ever been. Spectacular service, great food and wonderful rooms.

Hotel is placed out of the city in a very quiet area. So for a restaurants out of the hotel you need to use taxi. Place is pretty large, you can easily get lost. Great panorama of the Benidorm city from the front pool. You can use train Tram1 to get to the Alicante city and back.

Nice place for holidays in Greece. There were not so much tourist in resort so we had pools for us only :)

Family friendly and an emersive environment. Good if you like a faux, self contained resort. Can be easy to get lost before you become. Familiar with the layout.

I Was in the Hotel with a group for my work, I dedicate to organizing events and this is a HORRIBLE hotel to take it out, not sense anything,. Being away from the center of what would be Alicante or Benidorm, for OBVIOUS reasons you have to stay to eat in the restaurant and knew perfectly the group that we were and the service of restoration was painful and the food took more than an hour to leave, also to say that people do not follow the indications of superiors and that is a tremendous chaos.
As a hotel where to spend a couple holiday, relax or family is perfect, it is a resort where you will not miss the beach of Levante.

We Have states staying at the Level and from the reception Begoña informed us of everything and advised us excellently, as we were leaving without children they had the detail of leaving us in a quieter area, we had dinner and breakfast in Los Naranjos, spectacular food and the treatment of everything Great staff, the facilities are worth seeing, 7 pools, we were in the hot water, you leave the beach towels in the hotel directly, we will return safe, the next with the kids.

Spectacular place. We stayed in the Level area and the experience was unbeatable. Large rooms and not missing any detail. Several pools and all the staff attentive to the customer at all times. It certainly won't be the last time we go.

The Melia's the Level is impressive at Villaitana. We were luxury and very quiet. They have a golf course inside the resort, highly recommended if you play.

Incredible! This very very handsome, for that price you can not give more, they are very retailers and very attentive not lack detail, to my me to delighted is the best hotel where I never been, I doubt ke you give more or better for that price, at least in these dates.

Adults only very nice setting and attentive service the rooms are spacious and comfortable one feels very good in this place the must in Benidorm.

Stayed in grand suite, very nice staff very friendly and helpful, great selection of food and drink, the level is adults only, no children under 15 nice. Would recommend and will be back.

Despite the hotel was full, it was very quiet. Only some of the restaurants are so crowded that you have to book it one day at least before. The spa and the gym are good, and you can't miss the heated pool. Rooms are incredibly large and clean, and service very polite and helpful, however it would be better if they clean the room at morning.

There is no other place like this, you just have to come and see it! It is on multiple levels, Each floor has it's own way out and you get to the nature right away. No need to share elevator with other floors. And newly built complex, that has look like it has stood here a century or more. All this in quite large territory. Excellent!

Now mismito we are in one of the pools, our room at The spectacular Level with unbeatable views! highly recommended.

To be a luxury hotel poor quality.
Reception with understaffed and we made a big tail that we met and then it took much to give us the room. There is no site to Park close and get the bags.
The pool without enough hammocks.
The parking far away.
