Lovely staff throughout the hotel nothing is to much trouble.

Great entertainment and lovely rooms and nice bar staff.

Arrived here on the 13th March for 6 nights. On arrival Benidorm went on a complete lockdown. Staff and hotel manger was absolutely fabulous would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again ruidor hotel x.

Thanks to all the staff who looked after us during the current coronavirus shutdown. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely hotel, rooms are beautifully done out, the breakfast was good, we was only b&b, rooms cleaned every day, on the strip so close to every thing. Would recommend this hotel, will be back.

We stayed here in August 2019 lovely hotel adults only, very friendly staff, food was great always a good choice.

Great hotel for adults only. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Not so Eugeni in the bar — grumpy no please or thank you. Helps himself to ice cream while customers waiting for a drink. Others have made same comment. Food is good and entertainment great.

We’ve stayed many Christmas her at the riudor hotel and have had wonderful times, staff and food are wonderful with comfortable rooms and great atmosphere.

Stayed here in May great hotel but not all inclusive as described there was no snack bar throughout the day. Found out the sandwiches at bar were part of all inclusive. Pool bar opened late and closed early.

Wonderful week at this friendly hotel. Staff are fantastic from dining room, bar persons, waiters, house maids and entertainment. Food delicious, great choice and cooked to perfection. Guests seem to return year after year and we will be doing so also.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, they also provide robes + slippers (and chocolates! ) The pool area is great, loads of sunbeds + brollies. The staff are all lovely, we will definitely be back, also dead central. What's not to love.

Meets all expectations of a 3 star to spare. Cleanliness and attention good. Renovated and with details such as kettle, bathrobe, slippers, loan of pool towels, cava at breakfast. Themed and gala dinners. Normal buffet. Not much variety but good quality. Reasonable drink prices. Mostly English customers. Walking area and clear noisy. Fantastic value for money.

Hotel balcony was right over clubs so got no sleep as music on til 3am and people use pathways to get to other clubs x food was not nice very cheap tasting wouldnt stay here again rooms and pools were fine entertainment was ok some staff ok very hardworkin.

It is a hotel with renovated rooms, the staff is friendly, the pool is pretty good but… It is a hotel focused on the British community since dinner time is from 18:30 to 21:00. It's nice ly soundproof but if you get one of the lower rooms you hear some noise.

Hotel is close to the beach. If you ask for a room overlooking the pool you also see the sea… Rooms are spacious, new furniture, bathroom is large and ok. Good food, medium size pool, but you always find room. Overall hotel is very good and price is not as high as in others of the same quality.

Great hotel (adults only) rooms cleaned daily, hairdryer, soaps tea and coffee, wanted for nothing! Excellent location for nightlife and entertainment, Definetley recommend!

Love this hotel. Rooms are all new and airy, nice wee touch with slippers and DG, little fridge is handy. Food nice, staff friendly and helpful.

Wasn't actually staying at this hotel, went to see a Michael Jackson tribute. But can honestly say the entertainment laid on by the hotel. Is far better than where I was staying, am looking to book there.

Good sized rooms right in the thick of the main strip of Benidorm. Good selection of food nicely cooked and fresh. Entertainment at night was a good mix of singers and comedy. Hope to return next year.

Excellent hotel. Food hot and wide range coffee and fridge in room and free chocolate in room every morning hotel was only 5 mins to beech thats walking over all go back same hotel again yes.

We stayed at the Riudor for a week, came home yesterday. The hotel was lovely and clean and the rooms were cleaned everyday, with fresh towels. When we arrived and went to our rooms we had a dressing gown and slippers on our beds for our use. For a three star hotel the food was excellent and hot. The staff were very helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you. The black chicken bar is next to the hotel and was very noisy, so you couldn’t keep your patio doors open if you wanted a sleep in the afternoon. But when you shut the patio doors it did block out most of the noise. The only downside we had was the showers was not very powerful and was running hot and cold, and the air conditioning in our room was not very good. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. But I must say the stay at the Riudor was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and would go back again next April. Would recommend it to anyone. And for what I paid I could not fault this hotel.

Nice hotel, central location for all of the popular bars but the room was still reasonably quiet with the balcony door closed. We arrived late evening and missed the evening meal so they had arranged food for us. In the room they provided a fridge, safe, tea/coffee, pool towels, bath robe and slippers and chocolates every day. Who can say no to chocolates. Also great staff. We've been to Benidorm many times staying in numerous hotels and very impressed with the Riudor (I think it's the chocolates) would definitely stay there again.

The staff in hotel very good and helpful, the cleaners do a really good job of your room and they all the staff are honest. The meals are very very good. The entertainment was really good. I would come again and tell my friends if they go to benidorm I will tell go to RIUDOR I had a smashing holiday Thank you very much xxxxx.

Stayed here for 4 nights room was very clean and tidy the beds were very comfortable there is a kettle with tea and coffee the bathroom was also very clean with a shower over the bath also there was hairdryer in there too. The walls are a bit on the thin side if you have noisy neighbours where you can here all of their conversation even worse if they have the TV on loud. The location is great close to everything.

A lovely hotel, plenty of food. Rooms nice and maid puts chocolates in there every day and repenishs cover and tea.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Riudor. The overall appearance of the hotel was very good. The rooms were spotless and our beds were lovely and comfy. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The only thing letting the holiday down was the weather.

The quality price is unbeatable, details of 4 * and many do not arrive the staff friendly and attentive, a buffet at a price of laughter and good ETCC.

Just arrived back the hotel was lovely and clean staff changed towels everyday but rooms very small and so is the veranda our room looked over a skip which I found distasteful pool very small and outdated sun loungers food was horrible I took ill after my first evening meal so tried to avoid restaurant when I did go I only ate chips and after paying for all inclusive I had to eat out almost every night when I complained about food and me being ill I felt as though I did something wrong and was frowned upon I for one will not be back but everyone has their own opinion.

It is very comfortable the service of dining is Estúpendo I loved the bar service comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet is a little scarce although what they put very good and the time of the dinner short, starts very soon and ends very soon for the Spaniards.

Me and my wife had a great time staying at the Riudor the hotels staff were great and very frendly only problem was with lifts and getting to pool because am in a wheelchair part from that we had a great time.

Adults onlywe went alc which was great good food good entertainment middle of town close to all amenities staff great and one extra thing No Kids.

This hotel was great for the money lovely food great range of different food anyone that compliance about the food need to book a 5star hotel then they would be compliance about the price. Can not fault this hotel room was lovely a clean. Entertainment every night for free. Staff was really friendly just great will be going back at the end of the year can not wait.

Very good place to stay if you want to be trankilo and relaxed 《 without children of course we did not know that they do not let children 》 in case someday they will take into account that…

We are in a recently renovated room which is great. The only 1 downfall is, no drawers. Plenty of hanging room and shelves but there are things one would rather put away in a draw. Otherewise, cannot fault it.

Excellent everything. Cleaning, resepcion, furniture, law firm. We'll repeat and recommend.

It is noticeable that the rooms have been refurbished/modernized. Very thin walls, you hear everything.

Returned to the Riudor after a 20 year break. The rooms were very smart and comfortable. The staff in the main we excellent and very helpful and polite. The food was basic but passable. The entertainment was good and Tim the entertainment compare was very good. We will definitely return.

Stayed here for week 17 23 of november room was clean bed comfy did not like half of both bhind a wall would not like this room when we stay again we did not go hungry. But you had to pick and choose boiled potatoes. Hard in the middle mash potatoes were instant and too sloppy bacon too fatty we were full board food was boring lunch and dinner Lamb not cooked in the middle need to change the chef customers were complaining not just us.

Grt hotel nice and local to loads of bars and clubs food mainly English and nice. Noise from bars and clubs till 12 midnight then quietens down. Grt for people wanting lively but relaxing hotel.

This is a very noisy hotel stuck between Morgan Tavern and the Black chicken, they start at about 10am and go onto Around 3 in the morning, Noise was so bad we had to buy plugs from Chinese shop. On other hand the food was good and we never went hungry. The so called club rooms are just std rooms with free fridge and safe, (fridge was supposed to be stocked with water and pop after a row at reception we managed to get the pop but nit any water. ) Speaking for myself I would not go back to this place. Evening entertainment is very poor as well.

Very basic hotel clean, most barstaff miserable! Especially as all inclusive! Our room overlooked a nightclub! But to be fair we didn't hear it! Snacks between meals really poor! Crisps from a plastic cup! Or prepacked sandwich! food in restaurant was ok! Always found a meal we liked drinks were good & not watered down! Location was good central to everything. Always got a sunbed around pool area. But beach is close enough to walk to. Benidorm is def worth a visit would go back to Benidorm but choose a diff hotel! Oh I must add the entertainment was worth staying for to use your all inclusive until 12 then venture out! It's fun!

Nice hotel, plenty of space in rooms. Soundproofing definitely could be better. Air con is lovely and the pool is good. Would recommend.

Just returned from a fantastic week at The Riudor. It was our first ever visit to Benidorm and we could have not asked for a better hotel. The staff could not have been any better to us. They were so friendly to us. The hotel and room were always tidy and clean and we would have no hesitation in recommending it or visiting again.
We stayed in one of the refurbished Club rooms on floor 5. We had a fridge, flatscreen TV, kettle with free coffee, tea and sugar every day. We were also given chocolates every morning.
The breakfast and evening meal buffet had a very good choice of food and we had different meals every day. The night of the 50th anniversary had an amazing choice of main meal and dessert.
The rest of the hotel on the lower 3 floors is being refurbished during the winter.
The fact that we won a 3 day holiday to any MedPlaya hotel in their 50th anniversary quiz was the icing on the cake that made a fantastic week into a perfect week.

Great central location in new town area rooms are good and service is excellent.

Me and my wife had a great time staying at the Riudor the hotels staff were great and very frendly only problem was with lifts and getting to pool because am in a wheelchair part from that we had a great time.

Stayed her in Feb 17. Very nice and welcoming hotel. Very central. We were in the newly refurbished room. Very nice. Food was ok. Bar prices good and pleasant staff.

Very good, Staff friendly and obliging. Food good and entertainment. Clean rooms. Had one of the top floor rooms that were supported to be luxury rooms. Can recommend the hotel and are coming back. Reception go out of there way to help and try to give you what you want. Only thing I am disappointed with when we arrived we had 4 of chocolates, coffee, tea, sugars, saccharine and milk. We came for 3 months. After 2 month we had supply cut by half and I don't think they should have done it. Should give us what we should have and stick to it through the duration.

Great hotel situated in a good place within benidorm. 3 min walk to beach. Staff friendly within the hotel. Beds made and room tidied every day. Entertainment at night more geared toward the older generation but that's benidorm. The hotel is near nightlife for the party people. And is next door to the now famous Neptune's. And a short walk to the hotel used in benidorm TV series.

Just returned from another great holiday at this hotel, lost count how many times we have stayed here. This time we stayed in the new club rooms, and I cant praise them enough, New deep sprung beds a little wider, tea, coffee and chocolates refilled next to the kettle every day, free fridge & safe, luxury bathroom with extras, free Wi-Fi, I think thats it but if you fancy a bit of luxury give them a go. This hotel is used mainly by Brits so the food is more to our taste, with great choices, nice staff, very clean hotel in every single way, and great location,

Just returned from the Riudor after 2weeks where do I start, the hotel is absolutley wonderful from the cleaning staff to the desk staff and who said the food was bland well from smoked salmon to shepherds pie, the food was way above the 3stargiven, always tasted good and the staff were outstanding, would go again in a moment.

Where to begin with this hotel, On arrival we were horrified to find that our balcony overlooked a load of skips, the food was quite bland with very much the same menu ie sunday lunch or chips every day and most of the staff would benefit with customer service training. This hotel is quite dated but clean, A friendly smile and politeness cost nothing and go a long way to ensuring a pleasant stay and the probability of returning, this will not be the case with the riudor and after speaking to some guests on the rtn bus journey we found that many felt the same.

Nice clean hotel providing good food and fair entertainment. Very noisy area but not to bad if you close the balcony door. The walls are only one brick thick and you can hear the t. V. And snoring in the next rooms very easily. So take good quality ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep. Apart from that the location is very good and handy for the shops, sea and sand.
