Very clean and close to the beach, perfect to rest.

A very nice hotel, well located, clean, every day room change service, bathroom consists of bath/shower, bidet, friendly staff, dining room serving a well verity of good quality food presented in excellent surroundings. The outdoor facilities sport one outdoor pool and larger indoor pool with sliding roof, making another outside swimming pool together with large sunbathing area. There are three bars on site, one of nautical theme, piano / show, and adjacent Western bar, with live music.

Excellent Hotel, great choice of food on the menu. And the desserts are out of this world. The staff are always happy to help. Entertainment fun, lots of nearby shops. And a short walk to the beach. All in all thumbs up for everything. :)

Nice hotel. Superb central location. Good food. Massively disappointed that after sending 2 emails & asking politely on arrival for a balcony with sun in afternoon, they refused unless we paid extra for a pool view! We didn't care about the view. We just wanted a sunny balcony! So we have a balcony that's constantly in the shade whilst loads of sunny balcony rooms are lying empty! For this reason I wouldn't return here! Plenty other hotels who are happy to oblige us.

We have been to this hotel quite a few times is lovely and clean. And the staff are lovely always have a smile and very helpful.

Really good hotel, helpful staff right from the checking in to checking out. Good selection of food and it was hot, no waiting for a table or food to be topped up. Bar good & everywhere kept clean. Only one comment to make & that is the beds in the rooms where on the small side for my 6 foot 2 hubby!

Good place to stay in Benidorm. In the mix of things so well situated. Food good also.

I've been really impressed with both the hotel and the staff… Food is varied and first class. Busy but tranquil… will be back.

We had a great time at this hotel, but if you want a room at the front in the sun you must book it and pay for it at the time of booking before you travel… we stayed at Ambassador 11…

We come every year to the Ambassador, it's a lovely hotel. The staff are always happy to help you, the rooms are always well looked after. The food is very good and always different most important always hot. The pools are always clean out side one is cold but l like to swim in cold water (it's march now). Plenty of entertainment.

A lovely experience This is a really pleasant hotel for a three star, lovely and clean, comfy rooms, could be made better by the addition of a kettle but that personal preference, you can buy tea and coffee from the bars, to which there are three, with my favourite being the explorer, good music and service. There is lots of live entertainment in all three everyday from afternoon onwards, They also have a heated indoor pool, and the very nice spa in the basement floor, well worth a visit. The restaurant is also basement level but does have one wall of large Windows and nice soft lighting, I found it to be a comforting atmosphere the staff are fabulous and although kept extremely busy always have time for you if you need anything, all are cheerful and well presented. The food is buffet style, hot when you put it on your plate but depending how long you take to get back to your table, cools slightly but can not be helped, they have provided a microwave if you want it hotter, there is a good choice of hot and cold food each day, and a wide range of deserts, they have tried hard to cater for all tastes. We will be returning next year, great hotel and not too noisy.

Enjoyed our stay but a few things require sorting should have fridge in room should not have to pay for TV and safe. Hotel in good location friendly staff.

Had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it. The hotel it self is more suited to adults. Food was of a varied and high standard and the cleaners did a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and tidy.

The best selection of food in the area. Especially the sweets including the Mr whippy ice cream with strawberry sauce. Because the staff are so friendly it makes the holiday makers more friendly and talkative. Cheers.

The hotel ambassador is clean nice food good staff very friendly we found all the staff happy help given when needed.

Went to the hotel for a few drinks. Prices were ok and no difficulty getting a table for four. Entertainment was provided by the resident organist and singer, Toni, who is versatile and competent, if a little unanimated. The Explorers Bar next door had live music provided by two guys on rock guitar who were excellent although the atmosphere was a bit flat. A good place to visit if you enjoy listening to good musicians in a relatively sober establishment.

This is our 20th visit to the Ambassador Hotel. So obviously we enjoy our time here. The Hotel is centrally located so perfect for what we need. Love Mum Dad xxxx.

Great location, lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff, great for kids too, no parking even though it is advertised, buffet restaurants very nice but very crowded. Need to pay for safe in room. Nice rooms. Very noisy until midnight and there is a color changing hotel opposite the street view rooms. No chance of getting a sun bed and there was even an announcement about all towels will be removed from pool area if you are not there by 10am! Single mother and child staying 2 nights in half board, I'm sure there are better/cheaper options. We were out both days so if you are just using the hotel as a base it was very expensive.

Nice hotel friendly helpful but not good if disabled as not many mobility aids or disabled toilets.

Third visit. On each visit thought that the staff were friendly and polite. Accommodation clean food to my liking and the entertainment varied each day. I would recommend this hotel.

You cannot fault the hotel for its food drink and lovely staff but if you paying extra for the limited pool view then just remember to bring your ear plugs. Food outlets across the road attract all types of loud drunks coming out of bars in the early hours.

We have really enjoyed our time at the Ambassador. Rooms are cleaned every day and clean towels. The food is amazing plenty of choice. All staff are friendly. Entertainment each night outside is good too. Can't fault it.

Very good hotel has everything you could want while on holiday for first timers or returned guests like myself.

Good entertainment at night finishes at 12.00 midnight due to music laws of outside entertainment. Then can move inside to the knew Explorers bar for more. Very clean comfortable with air con in all rooms Different dishes on menus to suit all tastes.

Best Hotel in Benidorm, without a doubt. Just returned from a 5night stay and I speak on behalf of each and every one of our party of 10. Everything about the Hotel was just fantastic, from the rooms, to the room service, dining hall and food (we were on a full board basis) pool side area and pool side bar. Absolutely perfect. A very special word to thanks and praise to the staff at the restaurant, and especially to the Manager, Pastel. Such a pleasant and friendly man indeed. Himself and his team could not do enough for us (in the Naughty Corner) and we just can not thank them enough. Highly recommended. We just can't wait for our next holiday at Hotel Presidente. Much thanks, much love and much appreciation to you all for your kindness and hospitality. You were all fantastic. Thank you all so very much.

This holiday we only visited for drinks but I've stayed at this hotel previously and can confirm it's a great venue in a great location — very close to the strip, shops and the beach.

I am staying here ryt now and I wud not recommend it 2 any1 it 1 off the worst hotels I hav been in and I hav been in a lot off dumps but at least they respect u. Wen ur dwn getting food witch is not the best they more or less rush u my friend went 2 the bathroom and wen they came bak ther food was gone and they wernt done shocking. And def no place 4 children my son was having a bad nyt and the security man came up and ask me 2 keep the child quiet and he only 2. No entertainment 4 kids wat soever. They hav good Wi-Fi dats it and most off the time it crashes after 10mins then u log in again. So never come bak here ryt ever. Sorry but it the truth.

Decent hotel, good restaurant, great location, no life guards round pool area nor anyone monitoring towels on beds tho.

Fabulous hotel, outstanding great food, lovely restaurant and bar staff always pleasant and can't do enough for u, rooms are first class very clean, cleaners are in every day with fresh towels… only down side to this hotel if u put ur towels out on sun beds at the pool side and don't sit on the beds within an hour, ur towels are lifted folded away for someone else to take with no warning… but overall this hotel is amazing will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

The hotel president is located in the levante beach of Benidorm, next to the "zona guiri" the zone of nightclubs where I usually go all foreign, the location relative to the beach is not bad is I would say the second line of the beach about 700 meters. (measurement not exact) the service is very good, staff pleasant and attentive.

Nice hotel pool area good staff are excellent only down side was the food not as good as other hotels we have stayed in not very good selection on veg and does not look very appetizing, breakfast was the best meal of the day, Has anyone been ill while they were there as I was very bad tummy bug and my wife was also ill the same it was not due to alcohol as she does not drink, and also as a no smoking hotel people were smoking in there rooms and every where around the pool area even on the top terrace so rules were just ignored we will not be returning.

Great location, right near the beach and nightlife. Great rooms with free Wi-Fi. Wasnt too fussed on the food though breakfast was good but evening meal I think I would have preferred better quality. However I'm a fussy eater.

Great rooms. Loads of choice in bars to drink in all themed differently, I think the most popular was the western themed bar. Two reasonably sized pools and you can see the beach from most pool facing rooms, just! Plenty of entertainment on an evening and plenty of loungers during the day.

Bar downstairs is lively and good prices for drinks.

Stayed here on a weeks holiday, staff absolutely brilliant, rooms comfortable and clean. Situated on the end of strip of fun bars, clubs, eating places and only five minutes walk to a fabulous beach. Ambassador playa 1 has a spa used by guests of both hotels very much worth a visit at least once in your stay. Recommend a stay here. The hotel manager is a fabulous lady along with her staff very accommodating.

Very good hotel. Excellent food good variety. 3 excellent bars to choose from all supplying good variety of entertainment. Free Wi-Fi through out the hotel including in rooms. Drink prices reasonable. Pool area though could do with some TLC. Would highly recommend.

If you have vído a very good service excellent, clean, food very good. The only one what was worth nothing, was the coffee. Others excellent! We will return soon!

We was in ambassador playa1hotel last year everthing just great our first hols abroad we going back to the same hotel same room can not wait this year 2015 our hols are paid already this feb 2015 can not wait for a week away here we comexxxxx.

My partner and I have been several times in the last 3 years and always find we have an excellent. Time at the ambassador.

Great stay. Decent rooms, free Wi-Fi throughout, and excellent food.

The hotel in general was perfect. The law firm of very good quality and the staff very friendly and attentive. The spa the facilities are impeccable and of great quality even though the joint is severely damaged by the constant harassment of the charge and the receptionist called "Bianca" to the users by calling the attention. With very little education and respect for speaking, don't hang up the towel, not sitting properly, not accessed by the stairs to the pool, etc.

We don't like the shows in English.
