The hotel in general is very nice and clean its the staff that let it down they are rude and very anti British …. The staff on the ice bar were friendly but that’s all that was.

I was staying together with my husband at the RH Corona del Mar hotel, we arrived on Sunday afternoon and left on Monday, the treatment of the staff was totally disrespectful, the person in charge of the reception apparently did not know the basics of the treatment of guests, we requested a claim form and there was no one who could sign it, they informed us that they would give it to us the next day, when the claim I wanted to do when I was the object of the abuse, after a while, another hotel staff, pretending total ignorance makes us deliver the claim sheets, staying the hotel with the original, to which we again claim that it is had to be delivered to us, finally they deliver them sealed and WITHOUT SIGNATURE so we had to claim again until at last, another hotel employee finally signed it, the less irregular this procedure. Very unhappy with the deal, where they take for fools and discriminate against guests.

The Corona Del Mar is a very tempting proposition to a those who visit Benidorm. However, I was desperately unhappy with the way I was treated, The RH Benidorm Hotels, do have a good reputation. My final trip (at Corona Del Mar) was ruined by unhelpful junior reception staff. They showed no interest in resolving a problem, that could of been very easily resolved. Amazingly, the previous trip (also Corona Del Mar, one month earlier) the same thing happened, but this time a more senior member of staff resolved the problem, instantly. Despite giving a generous rating review on Trip Advisor, I was not afforded a proper reply. Despite being a very regular RH guest, I did not get a reply either when I contacted the hotel directly. Surely, with is an area that should be looked at.

Lovely hotel… fab service.

We have just had a fabulous stay in this hotel. Very clean and covid precautions were exceptional. On arrival we were greeted by receptionist Laura who was very helpful and made us feel most welcome. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea. Nice pool area, very clean. Great location for the Old Town. We would recommend this 4*+ hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from 14 july untill 24 july.
we had a lovely holiday. The animation for the children is very good been taken care off by Teresa and Christian. It was nice that Christian speaks Dutch for my son.
All of the waiters were very friendly. Federico did his very best to speak Dutch to us. Also in the restaurant everything was more than ok. During our stay everything was a little different by the corona messures but we enjoyed every meal Everything was cleaned verry well, room, tables, chairs and the pool area.

Right from the start of our stay here we welcomed by Friendly staff. This made our Holiday at the Hotel RH Corona del Mar a good time spent. The Different varieties of food that changed daily were fantastic. The Drinks were amazing even the Cocktails.
I would recommend staying here for good stay.

The sea is very close, close to the shops on. Grocery. Deliciously fed, but when compared to Greece, the variety is not so great. Friendly and friendly staff. Daily and high-quality housekeeping. Of the cons — all drinks are paid, however, as in many European hotels. A little noisy if the room is on the side of the sea/road.
In general, a solid 4z hotel by all measures.

We have stopped at most of good hotels in Benidorm. This one is at the start of the poniete beach area. This hotel is one of the best, if not the best. The hotel is close to the beach, has probably the best restaurant with full board. Is not adults only but fortunately not one of biggest to attract shall we say the disruptive families. While we were there the children were mainly Spanish and only wish British parents are as good as keeping the children under control. Great hotel. 5 stars. Hopefully going back soon.

Hoteĺ very well located to go to the beach. It has improved the buffet and both the bartenders in the restaurant and the bar are very attentive and friendly. Very good cleanliness in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing.
It is located exactly 180 steps from the Poniente beach about 100 meters.

This is lovely hotel with perfect location. Rooms are nice and clean. All the staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful. We have great time and need to say we enjoy every minute of it. Buffet restaurant was great, food was very nice and plenty of it and good variety, everybody can find something they like. Definitely like to stay here again.

Spotless Hotel in Great location with lovely staff and good prices.

Elegant, good facilities, well-crafted food. Modern with a personalized touch. You can see the boardwalk from your outdoor terrace bar. The room is nice and the staff friendly. Its proximity to the old town is another point in its favor. Environment full of shops, good combination buses. Highly recommended. Medium Select Environment. Well-liked by tourists from different countries and famous in Benidorm. I recommend it.

Spent Christmas there this year. I couldn't fault it. Christmas eve and Christmas day meals were fantastic. I hope to return again very soon.

Well located Hotel and Cerquisima of the sea. Very clean and quiet.

Food was very disappointing, most meat dishes were in sause, the meat was poor quality and tough. Good choise of deserts but were all tasteless. Also no atmosphere, terrible background music especially at meal times. Hotel is suited more for older people and not anyone under the age of 50.

Food is ten times better than your typical Spanish hotel and I've been to quite a few. English bacon at breakfast. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, average entertainment mainly for people over 40 but good non the less. The only gripe is the pool area which at this time of year the sun is lower in the sky and sunbathing is restricted to a small part of it. This becomes frustrating as towels are left for hours on the sun beds in the sunniest part of the pool area. We had a sea view which we paid extra for and the sound of waves crashing on the beach was very therapeutic, it was also great to see the exercise classes on the beach and decide whether a coat was required at night. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Staff friendly, clean available. Only downside; the mattresses too soft and the buffet, the quality could be improved.

The workers very close and friendly, the hotel beautiful and super clean, the meals very rich and the rooms impressive, a few questions things seen, the only thing a tad bad is that the pool is poorly located, as from a certain time of day gives you the shade.

Beautiful & spotlessly clean hotel. Meals were good. Shame no drinks provided with dinner & evening meal though. Kids entertainment was ok it started at 4pm which I thought was a bit late in the day but the animation team worked very hard to entertain the kids. Music by the pool would hav been nice. Rooms were lovely. Location perfect. Would definitely return to this hotel.

I had a wonderful time on holiday at this hotel. I've never been to Benidorm before and was apprehensive but staying at this hotel near the Old Town on poniente beach has inspired me to book again. Spacious rooms, lovely food and frienday staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Having just spent 3 weeks, cant praise this hotel enough, every member of staff, so polite, also the food excellent, will be returning next year, for the 4 th time, sea view a must,

Perfect location, very short walk to the beach. We had beach views, excellent customer service and the rooms had everything we needed. We had a couple of issues with the room when we arrived but they wereally dealt with quickly and professionally so no complaints.

We have been coming here for years. My Mum and Dad and sisters and now brothers in law and 4 of the next generation. This is the best hotel in Benidorm. The beds are super comfy, the dining room has a great selection of good quality food that has improved year on year. The dining room staff in particular Carmen and Javier always extend the warmest of welcomes to all of us. My niece recently got a birthday cake on her birthday. Bar staff and animation team work hard every single night to ensure everyone is happy.
On the occasion that we have had a minor issue or a family issue both the reception and management have done all they can to help us. This has become a yearly winter holiday for the whole family and I wouldn't miss it. I'd give it 11/10 if I could.

Fantastic accomodation! Brilliant high quality service and facilities. Staff friendly and always available, great location just by the beach less than 2 minute walk. Excellent buffet breakfast, highly recommended!

We spent two lovely weeks at this hotel from 5th 19th April the first time we had been and wont be the last the hotel is in a good position for the beach, and the old town, the hotel itself is clean, good food and very friendly pleasant staff, we have no hesitation of recommending. I was on holiday and perfect.

My parents were this summer more than 1 month in this hotel, and I must say that your experience with the address of the hotel was regrettable. A 4 star hotel with prices that apply, should serve a 4 star. It was not. Thank you, not repeated since then. 7 years in the RH chain hotels and none have had such a bad experience. I do not recommend it.

Stayed in the corona del mar on the 9 may 2015 for 10 nights my wife and myself had a fabulous time, hotel and staff were excellent cant wait to go again.
