Hotel designed for foreign half-haired tourists, only the restaurant maintains schedules that fall within the usual Spanish hours. Leisure activities are in their schedules, such as pool volleyball championships with monitor playing the whistle at full lung and people soaping every point in full nap (16, 30h). We asked to change rooms as there is volleyball every day on the same schedule, and were told that they only attend those requests in the morning (? ) The café is nice, spacious and cozy. The food in the restaurant is also ok, although without much variety. The all-inclusive is pretty good at drinks, although lunch only have burgers, minipizzas, puppies, sandwiches and pan fries, no candy for the snack. The gym only has chest machines, biceps, triceps, and 3 legs, 1 bike and 1 elliptical, no pulleys or dumbbells… is somewhat sloppy and rusty bases. To keep a little, I think there's plenty. During our stay there was a fight between guests at clean punch in which he alerted the police. The type of client is usually foreign and somewhat ill-mannered, from slums… there are also many families with children. There is playground, children have a good time, it is an option for families, if you do not care about the rest of the criticisms I make. The rooms are ok, spacious and clean.

Rooms a little dated with no tea or coffee facilities. I know it is all inclusive but you sometimes want a drink in your room. Excellent food and friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning staff seem to be working all day and the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The evening entertainment is focused on the children so adults may find themselves going out at night to find something more to their taste. This will mean missing out on the all inclusive drinks. We opted for the all inclusive Plus and included are tickets and first drink free at The Benidorm Palace show (32€ per person). A very entertaining show and just across the road from the hotel. 200 meters towards town there are 3 bars all with entertainment and tribute acts. Well what do you expect this is Benidorm, they sell a bucket of 5 bottles of beer fo r 10-12€

Our 3rd year at meditrerraneo everything here is just perfect, the staff are amazing food cleaniness entertainment are all 5* so many people come back year after year, and always the same LOVELY staff, we can't wait for our next visit.

Good value for money, wee bit to far from the strip, nice food, good drink, Wi-Fi it's not free in hotel!

Fantastic hotel the food is absolutely fantastic we pay 12€ per person for all you can eat as we're not residents in the hotel but we can still eat in there Friday nights are the best days go on try it out.

For my family, it's been a wonderful few days.
My children are celiacs and have not lacked anything.
Everything's perfect.
The children have enjoyed a lot.
It's like being in a big family.
The food a 10.
The only drawback the mattresses are too soft for my taste.
Otherwise a 10.

The service is very good, the heated pool is nice, the rooms normal and the food is good and with variety. For putting on a snag, the dinner schedule is very early and that's why it ends earlier too. But otherwise… Very well.

This hotel holds many conventions of note was the tattoo festival, this was a great attractions for tattoo and body art fans, the hotel staff are very good and it's a great place to sit and enjoy a drink and relax.

Great Hotel, this is the second year I've been, superb staff, Alex, Kirsty & Josh are brilliant, and not forgetting Terry. The food is always good, Rooms are always cleaned and the swimming pool is ace. Can't wait to go back in April. Can't wait to get here in September, love the place, it's like my Second home, everyone so friendly and always remember you. Love Mediterano.

It is a good hotel has sauna indoor pool with hydro massage good staff quiet area almost a km from the beach and the all inclusive are first brands the drink.

Such amazing serivice and friendly staff, would highly recommend, clean and great atmosphere!

Magnífica ubicación, no lejos ni cerca de la playa. Autobús en la puerta. Hotel amplio, familiar. Muy buena cocina, límpio, personal amable y encantador. Teanquili y agradable Buena animación todo el año, sobre todo en verano. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias.

Lovely stay fantastic food made to feel very welcome by staff couldn't of wished for better stay we will be returning again very clean and food served all day we'll worth all inclusive excellent for familys.

The buffet is quite scarce, with little variety in both meals and drinks and the snack is what is left over during the day. There are also no snacks in the hotel bar unless you pay for it. The room is nice but the beds are worse than a rack of torture.

An experience to forget an all inclusive that includes what they want a beds like those of the fakirs with irons everywhere a meal passable for the one that is not picky and to say of the treatment of the staff a real going and coming of bad faces and M Total Alpolites a disappointment.

The Hotel is very clean and friendly. Good choice all inclusive. Could improve with more variety of food, good service attention. Failure to have free Wi-Fi, nor a spa according to its 4 stars.

Arrive Friday February 9th, I am currently in the 4 * hotel. Buffet dinner on Friday a plate of fish, soup, one of rice, cold cuts, lasagna and one of meat but it is worth mentioning the added service of the wok only for "the meat of the day". There is a little variety in pasta and sauces and the rest is taken by the salad. Have children's menu based on sausage and medallion of minced meat that varies as well as the rest of meals, is made of less the labelling of homemade desserts highlighting the ice cream and yogurt Nestlé. I do not understand the hot desserts like the completely "liquid" custard, much less the rice with milk that the grain of rice is pasted with the addition of excess milk, both always repeated in meals and dinners. No coffees or infusions are served in the dining room, you have to go to the bar where the show is held at 22 hours. It is worth highlighting the variety of breads all day long. Breakfast is a bit damaged by the quality of the juices that are very bad, referring to butter, coffees, jams… all suitable so far. Food schedules can be understood in English from 7 to 10, from 13 to 15 and from 19 to 21:30, when the buffet is finished even if the client is not finished. The facilities are fine, works are being done in the outdoor area of the pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness, bar, facilities, perfect. A place to go again without hesitation.

The beds were very good, I couldn't sleep. The quality of the food to be a 4 star looks like a 2 star how much; They only had extra blankets not pillows; Minibar empty; The smart cards in the rooms did not open… I find it too expensive for the services they give, own hostels rather than 4 star hotels.

It's pretty good in terms of location, facilities and presentations. Recommended to go with children.

Well-located Hotel. Good food large and clean. The rooms are a family group and a room is separated from the others when we were told they were together. The cardboard you get with the cards the room number is modified with corrector.

Staying here 14th-21st of October, all staff are polite and helpful. The food on offer so far has been fantastic and plenty to choose from. The hotel is disabled friendly throughout and you park the scooter in the secure underground car park there is a charge of 1.50 euros per day. Wi-Fi is available for a charge I've paid 15 euros for 7days. I'm in room 2100 and has a wetroom suitable for wheelchair users. I will be booking for next October 2018

Brilliant hotel. Great staff and great service. It's a bit of a way out from all the action. But for what we need on this trip it's perfect. Short walk away from pubs with entertainment on. Food is good. Everything you would want to expect from an all inclusive hotel. Definitely will be returning. Keep up the great work guys!

Decent place outdoor pool was nice even in march the indoor pool was disappointing due to having too wear a wear a swimming cap. Rooms were decent so was the balcony viewing the Benidorm palace food was good but the Mexican food was at another level. I was a bit annoyed about paying for internet. The all inclusive was good. The woman at the bar was crazy. The games console controllers need fixing other all I had a great stay cant wait to go back in november.

Comfortable rooms, fine for a family of four. The Mini fridge (not stocked) was useful for storing own drinks. Our pool view room was good, even though entertainment was outside, when we were in our room before it had finished it wasn't too noisy. For a family hotel we found timings a bit late, but then that's more the Spanish way of life I guess. Kids Mini Disco started at 8.45pm, with evening show starting 10pm. Entertainment was good though. The main pool is 1.4m depth in all places. Plenty deep for adults to stand in. Would have been better if there was a shallower end as kids often felt a little out of their depth when playing. Little pool is just 30cm deep. Food was ok, nothing special but typical hotel buffet. Not a lot of choice for non meat eaters. All inclusive used a photo ID card based system. Bit frustrating having to carry cards at pool etc but it worked fine. You could buy a lanyard at the shop which lots of people did. 20 minutes walk to beach, or taxi for around €6. Supermarket and Iceland and other shops within 5 minute walk. Plenty of kids entertainment in the day time, from crafts to games and water sports. Various adult games during the day too including aqua aerobics and darts. All staff were polite and helpful. Over all a good stay.

Amazing place, rooms were spotless and air conditioned, food and drink was excellent and as the evening draws to a closw their is a variety of shows and performances in the main area across from the entrance. Staff were also excellent and professional. Would recommend here to anyone coming to benidorm for the first time as you wont be dissapointed. Cant wait to go back.

Staff were spot on. The room was clean, a fair size. The food I can not fault at all. Amazing. The kids had a brilliant time with plenty of activities to do. The pool was well maintained however you need to be quick for a sun bed. Defo a 5☆

Beautiful modern hotel. Excellent choice of food, cooked well with great service. Spacious clean rooms with mini fridge which is unusual for an AI room. Entertainment varied each night and the whole team worked hard. One of the best holidays we have had.

I have to stay any weekend. Good location, good service and superior quality in comparison to the competition.

It was only in the cafeteria section having a coffee, indicate that the care received by the employee that I attended is far from cordial and friendly, also I have to say that it was a rush hour and were overwhelmed working but not removed so they are more sympathetic. Quite high prices, coffee 1, €45.

Family hotel. Very nice. The rooms are spacious. Everything is very clean. The dining room is spacious and the food excellent. The friendly and helpful staff. Great animation. Quiet atmosphere.

On a ride are on the beach. Stop of bus at the door.
Opposite to the Benidorm Palace.

Had a nice time all staff r helpful me and my sister love the hotel it's very clean and friendly I am coming bk with my sister Gill in Feb 2016 I wud defo book this hotel again and again.

Amazing lovely place to relax but onlybad thing is the childrens entertainment starts to late my 4 year old daughter is tired bye then and ther is not alot of things for adult to so however the foos anď drinks make it better.

I like all food, cleaning, customer service good deal, rooms very well but what I don't like are the mattresses, which were very hard and not able to sleep but for everything else a 10

Had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned each day they were big the towels were changed every day and beds made, the food and drink was excellent. Pool was lovely. Staff were all fab. Really want to go back again.

I state this weekend, a week, and very bad. Meals fatal always the same breakfast only think of the foreigners, the all even is a lie, there are things q have q pay as ice-cream and a drink, you put leftovers to the middle of the afternoon, the all-inclusive you do not fill up the minibar of the room t go empty. There are hammocks to lie down you have q download 7 in the morning to catch site, the regular cleaning up to the 2 before eating and was still in the room without doing, if I go back to Benidorm will not be in this hotel, bad organization. The animation of the night is the good thing that I can say. But super bad I would not recommend it.

I loved this hotel, they had a balcony for every room, they had a bar the food was amazing! it was well worth the long hours on the plane, not to mention my hurting ears, keep it up, guys.

The hotel is beautiful amazing your service is great, their food very good I love the terrace with swimming pool and thermal waters are great the bar and the dining room are very vonita I recommend that you come.

We stayed at the mediterraneo, very clean nice staff, food excellent so much choice. Entertainment was great for children but nothing for adults except bingo, we found the local drinks quite poor especially the beer. Its a good walk into Benidorm town but opposite Benidorm Palace which is well worth going to. Over all a good hotel with great sized rooms.
