Staff not great with English people.

Very good attention from all the staff and abundant and very well prepared food.

Excellent facilities and a great location close to the beach.

We have just come back from the Gran Hotel, all the staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff came in every day. Breakfast was nice and very well organised, there was also plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. Would definitely come back.

Just spent a few days here and have to say I was very impressed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and were very organised and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious and we had a big corner balcony. Rooms were quiet in the evenings and daytime and there were always sun beds available none of this having to get up with the lark to book a bed. Breakfast was well organised and nice. No complaints whatsoever. A bit of a walk into old Benidorm and the tourist area but a taxi is only 10 euros or a bus outside the hotel for 1.55 euros. Got to say was a really nice hotel and would definitely go back x.

A beautiful clean hotel! The staff do a fantastic with their English! The service was good! My only criticism was lack of variety at snack time as far as the hotel was concerned. My other Criticism was that the Spanish guests/holiday makers where not very welcoming, which is a shame because not all British people are uncontrollable drunks but I still smiled at every single one of them. Yes I would go back again and I would keep on smiling 🙂 xx.

First impression the reception is lovely and the pool area is perfect. The staff on reception and one bar lady — lovely — the rest pure ignorant and rude. Food — one day was ok. Then there has been no sliced bread at breakfast, or a roll for a hotdog. I would love to know where the pizza is that the manager has previously advised 🤷‍♀️ Prosecco you can get in the bar but not in the restaurant — apart from at breakfast 🤦🏼‍♀️ So for the last two days we have eaten out! Rooms are dated and depressing — no aircon so sleeping isn’t possible unless you get drunk and pass out. The hotel is right on the outskirts so you will need a lot of money for taxis. Would I recommend — absolutely not — especially not for children.

This hotel is big and beautiful. we have truly loved our time here and be sad to leave tomorrow I really don’t get the moaners They clearly have never stayed in a very dated 2 star hotel. The food has been great & I think some people forget they are in Spain & not greasy joes cafe! The drinks are good and as many as you want even sparkling with breakfast (lovely touch). Entertainment was great & it’s full of young brits so the Spanish comments are bulls@it. I’ve worked in hospitality all my life and these guys are hard working and do a great job. Well done Bali 5 ⭐️. X.

AWFUL! Staff are rude. Food is minging. If you’re anything but Spanish they do not want to know you. Discrimination and racism at its finest! We got here on Saturday and go home this Saturday and we will not miss this place. No entertainment, apart from some music playing from MTV channel. Unless your 80 years or older, this hotel is not for you. 4 Star? More like 2 star. You can’t help yourself to drinks, it’s table service but because we’re a young couple and English, they’re oblivious to us. From arriving at the hotel to check in we didn’t have a clue where anything was, not even the lifts, what time meals are! Staff are not helpful at all. 🤬🤬

Just returned after a week spent at this fantastic hotel. My first all inclusive Holiday so I had nothing to compare it to and no expectations. Firstly the hotel is spotless. Housekeeping do an amazing job. Room was cleaned daily. Check-in was very quick and all our questions answered. Everything explained to us clearly and accurately. The Pools are so clean and the area around them. The dining room is amazing. 2 counters of hot food, salad bars, desserts etc, so much variety you'd be hard pushed to not find something you liked. So many reviews I read people complaining about the food. If you're any way fussy don't go all inclusive, simple!. The public toilets again are absolutely spotless. The bar area is nice and spacious and we felt quite safe and comfortable. The entertainment was great, although in Spanish we thoroughly enjoyed it each night especially seeing people enjoying themselves. We met some great people throughout our week and are already planning our return next year. Keep up the great work at the amazing hotel and thank you for a wonderful holiday.

No longer 4* hotel, this was my 3rd visit and most probably my last, the hotel on arrival is beautiful, but then that's it. Rooms are so dated and tired, dirty looking, food was awful, cold cheap nasty, pudding was so dry, to the fact the rest of holiday we ate out, we came for birthday celebrations and always said how amazing this hotel was, very sad, come on gran bali get with the times!

Hotel Bali is absolutely beautiful. Rooms little outdated, smells cigarettes, room service below average. And we are talking about 4* hotel. Staff arrogance (not everybody but most), not helpful, treating you as worse guest just because your have all inclusive and didn’t want AI plus for €10 per day. Food is utterly bad. Small range of choices, no local food, cannot order sparking water cause it is not on AI but sometimes it is. Depend who serves. We were staying for 10 minutes to have a seat and gentleman who was cleaning completely dismiss us and went cleaning tables where wasn’t even people. AI in this hotel is really bad joke.

Spectacular views, order, cleanliness and impeccable treatment.

The hotel is beautiful, and the maids are exceptional, but the reception is a totally waist of time and not very good for a hotel of this kind 😀

Good treatment, good rooms, excellent views.

I'm talking specifically about the spa and gym. Which is run separately to the hotel. Gym is like a postage stamp… more importantly the guy who runs it is incredibly rude. Expected me to pay to be scolded, no thank you 😊 Over priced and simply not nice.

Arrived today and so far the staff are very friendly, food is good and the outside view from the rooms is amazing!

Poor service, little staff that if the one there is is friendly and attentive, queues to get into the rooms, 2 hours to do the chekin, and the food of very poor quality, would certainly not come back again.

My stay has been 10, we had a great time, arriving at reception the super friendly girl and by 10min I was already in my room with which I had ordered, the three pools more say that great, the view from the spectacular room. With the Covid the dining room for schedules and much better, all the waiters very attentive and good food. Pool activities and evening music. We've had a great week. 'll!

This is a beautiful structure but the rooms are now dated and the food is not the best BUT its not the worst.
I dont think I would go back to the Bali.

Hotel gran Bali is one of the most loveliest hotels I've ever been to staff are fantastic and very polite and helpful York accommodation food the bar swimming pools you can't gon wrong with this hotel it is fantastic and it's only a 5-minute taxi ride in to Benidorm itself and back so you can always pop out there's a little beach down the road from the hotel gran Bali you can go down to instead of going to Benidorm you got shops restaurants bars everything you need is around hotel gran Bali it is the most perfect place to go have fun.

Great location. Lovely helpful staff. The room are very clean. To be honest the food could be better. Other than that a nice place to be, lovely location near to beaches and local shops and restaurants. A short hop in a taxi or bus to Old Town of Benidorm.

The staff was very friendly and made me and my friends feel like home. Which was my first time on Holidays out of Ireland. Special our cleaner' she was out of this world went over and above with her cleaning and made us feel like humans and help us out of where to go around benidorm she a star Level 3 she works if anyone stay in this beautiful Hotel

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious with lovely on suite.

Just back from a weeks stay here and I would definitely recommend! Brilliant for kids! Animation team were brilliant! Entertainment every night! The cleaning staff never stop… day & night! Good selection of food! Great pool and and lovely views of Benidorm!

We have just spent the last week here. Have to say after reading some of the reviews I was dreading it. Room was great. Didn’t have a balcony but the room was big. Very clean. Reception staff didn’t give much information out on arrival most weren’t helpful. The entertainment was ok. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of small shops and supermarket near by. 10mins from beach and only 30min walk into Benidorm it’s self. I’d definitely book here again.

Cheap and bad quality food, no AC in the rooms, all inclusive is a joke u have to pay for everything or u will get the cheapest drinks and snacks with limited quantity. Very rude staff is if somebody forcing them to work I have never seen this kind of customers service in my entire life. Worst hotel ever, I saw many many bad opinions about this place but I thought to give a chance and try but I should listen others, now… very disappointed, couldn't wait when I will leave from there honestly.

Honestly it’s a good hotel and I can't fault it.

The food was rank and alot of it was cold. Definitely not 4 star quality. Entertainment also poor although they do have a free nightclub. The rooms were average and a bit dated. The staff were pleasant and helpful but otherwise very disappointing. The view from the top is however well worth going to see.

My partner & I are are still here at the Gran Bali and honestly we can’t fault it. Location lovely (bus right outside to Old Town & Benidorm Central 1.50 Euros per person) food in hotel is lovely and a very good selection. Rooms clean & tidy & view from room was amazing. Could do with a few more staff in restaurant as they are working hard clearing tables but doing a really good job! Pool area lovely good choice of pools & plenty of sun beds! Good program of activities in pool. Been here 11 days now & loving it. It is really all down to each persons or groups individual experience but for us weve had a great stay here. Maybe in the height of the season is different as lifts take ages & really busy in restaurants but not really a problem for us in September. Room cards do stop working a lot. My advice is go early September it’s not so busy. Honestly it’s a great hotel don’t always read all the bad comments. I’ve been to Benidorm 10 times now & my parents lived here & I have stayed at a lot of hotels… this is a good one!

6€ por cabeza subir a la terraza y con el ticket luego en el bar te dan dos bebidas. Para ser nuevo podían tener una terraza arriba y tomarte las bebidas con vistas, pero bueno. Se veía con mucha actividad de los animadores en la zona de la piscina, mucha gente jugando y pasándolo bien.

Seen lots of negative reviews, but not sure why. Staff can be a little surly, but I think its the old cry of 'overworked/underpaid' — been great with us, and we've had quite a lot to do with them (my husband has needed a mobility scooter which is charged and stored in luggage room). Rooms clean and spacious, pool area clean (but busy), pool cafe good, the snack bar place has amazing food, everything done to a good or excellent standard. Not had a problem.

You need to go to this Hotel at least in order to take the elevator to the top, and there is just a fantastic viewing platform!

Really enjoyed our 1st stay at the Gran Hotel Bali. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Service level was exceptional. Our room was always clean and tidy. Faultless! Food and facilities and choice of swimming pools were also exceptional, This Hotel is great for families. Overall experience of our stay was fantastic. Would definitley recommend to friends and family. Hope to return next summer. ☺☺☺☺

As for the tallest hotel in Europe is very weak. First, the weak Internet. What's free, what's for 8 z. Secondly — in the rooms clean badly, the balcony is not touched at all. But despite this, it is well prepared here. Also the staff (except the cleaner) go out of their way. There is a panoramic elevator with a glass wall which offers stunning views of the city.

Before arriving here I was very concerned about some of the comments regarding staff being rude and the food being cold and of a poor standard. The staff are so friendly and helpful even swapping our room no problem as we wanted a balcony. The room is lovely very clean, gorgeous bathroom having a stand alone shower and a bath. The food is fantastic there is so much choice for breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful — rooms are clean and the housekeepers work very hard to up keep the hotel. The pool area is beautiful and very family friendly offering a variety of activities for families. I find that the pool could do with some music as there is only music available by the bar. A couple of bar staff are very rude and tried to charge us for ice on numerous occasions when we brought drinks and asked for extra ice to go in our drinks.
The view point on 43rd floor is a must see but be prepared to be charged to see this even if you are a resident of the hotel.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast board but would only return to the hotel on a room only basis. The food was cheap cuts of meat and the hot buffet was always cold, We used both dining rooms and found this every morning.
If you want decent food at a good price with friendly service please visit the new York bark across the road.
The hotel is in a lovely place with plenty of bars that serve food, a supermarket down the road and a tobacco shop, there is also a beach just down the road which is beautiful. You have a lovely hotel but I find that some of the staff are rude and would rather just stand around and chat to each other.
The Wi-Fi is really patchy and can only be accessed down in reception.

The hotel is of an urban type, with a great viewing platform (toll-2.5 for the hotel's tenants. The Internet is 8 euros a week. Safe 2 euros per day. The rooms are good. There is an animation.

Honest review from an all inclusive stay experience.
Just returned from a 4 night stay.
Hotel and room lovely and clean.
Food very basic. Salads are ok, first night was steak… it was inedible, couldn't even put a knife through it was so tough. This put me off for the rest of the stay, we ate salad and bread then had something to eat later.
The hotel has capacity for a lot of people to stay but the amount of staff doesn't reflect this. The staff work very hard but there are not enough, I think this reflects the comments about staff being rude… they are so stressed and overworked. Staff couldn't keep up with the turnover of people dining in the canteen style room with no windows, which resulted in not enough space for diners as tables hadn't been cleared. Queuing for drinks was very long, on average 20 minutes! I agree with the previous comment about all inclusive guests being treated like second class citizens. Only drinks available are San Miguel and local spirits and pump fizzy drinks and awful wine, even water had to be given in a plastic glass, no bottles! The only snack available is toasted cheese and ham sandwiches, poor quality bread, ham and cheese.
We used the hotel as a base as the location is lovely if you don't want the chaos of main Benidorm strip. Bus service was good and the beach just down the road is gorgeous and local bars and restaurants very good.

I am disabled, and I let them know and there is only me and my wife, we are still here by the way. So what do they give us a room with 2 double beds and one single bed and when we checked in it said room for two. Plus as I said I am disabled and they give me a room with a bath which is impossible for me to use plus no grab rails and a toilet that is so low. Food mainly Spanish and cold. No food for kids like chicken nuggets and all the other stuff kids eat and a very poor choice. Staff in restaurant cleaning your table while still eating you would get up to go to the look when you got back your table and food would be all cleared away. The worst I saw was the waiter going round the tables picking up unused bread rolls and croissants and putting them back in the baskets without a thought that they could have been on the floor or worse. Entertainment all Spanish, I don't dislike Spanish music but a bit of variation would be nice, and I speak for nearly everyone who wasn't Spanish. Not a 4 star hotel maybe a 3 at best. I work for a British TV company and I will voice my opinion with them. Poor food, cold food, no choice of food, and no children's food. Staff rude and very unhygienic. The only plus was the cleaners they were bright cheerful and very good at there job.

Beautiful hotel. Not too far from the town of Benidorm. Local bus routes pass right outside the door. Rooms were spacious with baths and showers in the bathrooms. Good views of get up high enough. Be prepared to use the stairs. In building 1 there are 6 lifts beside reception. But you could be waiting anywhere upto 5 minutes or more for a lift. Specially if coming down at breakfast as they are packed covering 15 floors. When checking out leave at least 20 minutes before any bus service is due to make sure you make it on time.

Very nice hotel, with a glass elevator leading to the top of the hotel, the panorama is superb and offers a clear view of Benidorm.

The rest we'll talk more slowly. Someone wrote that that the breakfast is free, but everyone knows that it would be more accurate to say that the breakfast is included in the price.

This is not a four star hotel it's a good 3* at best. Cleaning staff are very good always happy and chatty. The bar staff can be impatient and a little rude, but as the long hours they work saw the same waiter/waitress from breakfast till 10 at night. The hotel reception staff are every good. I believe this is more a hotel for locals than the average Brit abroad. Good section of food but not much was cook very well. Snacks selection on all-inclusive not very varied. A clean and obsessive hotel on 1st impression but look closer and you will see that all that glitters is not gold.

I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been on many holidays and this is by far the worst because of this hotel. The staff are so ignorant. We got to our hotel on Tuesday night to be told ‘all inclusive’ stops at 11pm and we would have to pay for anything past this time. After spending over €1000 on this hotel to be told its an extra €20 to get a key for a safe for our personal belongings and to pay €3 for some water which is my understanding of a neccesity. Please do not make the mistake of paying for ‘all inclusive’ lunch the only thing that is included for ‘all inclusive’ is a toasty and some peanuts. For dinner and breakfast you get some cold barely cooked food and some pastrys and fruit. You have to pay extra for cocktails and some other drinks, we also had to pay an extra €2.50 for a glass which my drink was put into! I also work in retail and if I treated any customers the way the staff treat customers in this hotel I would be sacked straight away! Terrible hotel.

Very luxurious and spectacular. The height is the most characteristic of this hotel. It is the highest skyscraper in Benidorm. You can go up for free on the last floor by the elevators (internal or external), but the access to the upper floor-viewpoint is of payment (includes a consumption in the cafeteria of the ground floor).

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It does sit in a quiet location 10 min walk from the beach. Great for families with small children. Very clean inside and out. The room was a good size with a balcony looking out to the pool area and sea beyond. Three nice sized pools with shallow areas for children. Bus stop to the side of the hotel with regular buses to Benidorm centre (The red tourist bus also stops here). Supermarkets close by. Food was nice with a good selection. All in all a very relaxing hotel for those who want to be away from the busy city centre.

A great hotel. Fully comprehensive buffet style breakfast. Bar prices really good. The only negative is: the area is too quiet being at the other end of the bat from both Old and New Towns.

A good hotel complex in the West area. What I liked the most was the lookout worth paying to get up and see the views.

The pools stay a little small for the volume of people staying. Gives you the shadow soon.

From my point of view at the time was a revolution because there was another equal, to this day I think it has become somewhat outdated. The best thing you have is the views, but on the one hand it has a very limited visit schedule and also you have to pay. The site is very focused on tourists and older people, activities, music and the environment is little youthful, but yes, it breathes joy and good vibes, there are many older people but with more energy and vitality than many young.

We had a mishap with a security issue of the hotel and tried to talk to the hotel manager and not being available at that time they told us he would contact us, we are still waiting for his call. A shame but we can't wait to come back and we will happen the same knowing the attention that we can serve for part of the management of this hotel. Otherwise very nice and with good views.

The Gran hotel Bali is a Lovely restaurant, good food, clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool, restaurants offer a varied selection of food. Shops and Catholic Church on the doorstep. Approximately 15 minutes walk down to the beach. The hotel is on a hill, however the walk from la Cala beach is a pleasant one as the incline is gradual. There is a market twice a week by the beachfront, well worth a visit offering local produce, crafts and clothing.

Great hotel with lots of facilities. Spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies and views of the bay. Restaurant with varied buffet, even for quick meals.

Luxurious hotel with spectacular views from your outdoor elevators to which you can enter for free (but if you want to see the views from the rooftop of the top floor you have to pay). Good food and good deal. We had a spectacular room that looked out over the pool and to the beach. (somewhat remote beach but you can walk)

A great hotel in every way. The staff is very friendly. We asked for a room on a fairly high floor and looking out at the sea and there was no problem. The food was very good. In short, a most enjoyable stay.

I really like this hotel. Pools and entertainment very good as are the rooms and bathrooms and the staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of relaxing areas and the spa and vista from the top of the building is worth a vistit. Mske sure to put money on your key for 15%discounts. I only wish a tea coffee station was in my room. Everything else was very good and I will return.

Well very nice room and seen beautiful.

The building is fantastic. The service is poor. The food is awful. This is supposed to be a four star hotel No drinks with your food. You have to buy a bottle of water at 3.5 euros. Everything is extra. Most of the guests are also very rude. Maybe it's a cultural thing but I have been barged out of the way many times. Very disappointed. I wouldn't bother if I was thinking of going there.

A disaster, we went with full board and a nightmare… Little housekeeping, very noisy waiters picking up the crockery, very bad organization, the elevators fatal… Walk down every day from the 15th floor.

It great it is well organized comfort and the well animated.

This place is like my second home, we come every year with the bike trip from England. We always go all inclusive as we like a drink. Food can be slightly hit and miss but generally there is lots of variety, you will never go hungry. Rooms are clean and modernish with a TV. There are lots of drinks available on all inclusive, staff are required very helpful and speak good English. You can go right you the top of the hotel are rend nd the views are spectacular. Will 100%stay here again next March!

A giant hotel with very good control and operation.
Friendly service, good housekeeping and order in the premises.
As a negative note, there is little quality of entertainment, music, dance and sound activities in cafeteria premises.

Great luxury hotel. I only went to see you the legendary saw at the top of the hotel. This access costs however €10 but a drink will be offered to the terrace of the hotel.

Rooms are lovely. Food is just warm and staff are okay. We paid all inclusive, which is fine if you don't want a bottle of wine or a snack at the snack bar… going all inclusive here is like being a leper … Would not come back to this hotel. Last year we stayed at the meditarano hotel. And I would highly recommend that one.

Cozy and comfortable. Too much hustle in high season. In summer the pool is always full. The price is somewhat high in relation to quality.

It is comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean. If you are in the tower and upstairs the view is spectacular. The cafeteria area is big and quiet both inside and outside.
Good bus service to go to the village as it is difficult to park.

Beautiful hotel. Definitely family friendly. Not many (close to none) activities run in english but great pool area and games room for kids. Food is all you can eat and great quality. Staff (mostly) friendly. Rooms lovely and clean. Gorgeous view from our 41st floor!

Very close to the beach but not the best value for money.

I loved the hotel, the views were awesome, we took some photos people were nice. It's located at the center, but there isn't many things to do outside. The elevator was very fast.

A good hotel. It is distant from the shopping area. Going down to and up the beach can be an odyssey if you're not well-shaped.

This is not what I expected it definitely looks great in pictures not in reality. It's supposed to be all inclusive, only between certain times. TUI have nothing to worry about I will certainly stick to them. Would not recommend this hotel.

The five stars say it all. Big Hotel with great service. Spacious rooms with equally spacious bathrooms. Large pool for all visitors with simple SPS circuit, plus a waterfall. A couple of bars near the pool and the service of breakfast, food and dinner very rich and varied (in 3 days I stayed did not repeat anything). Inside the hotel there is a shop for clothes and jewelry, for those who have lost the suitcase or like to go shopping. In addition the hotel is famous for its height, reaching more than 30 floors, being able to visit the last floor with cafeteria and views from above for a small price of €3.

Great hotel. Although it's not on the seashore, you look out onto the balcony and it looks like you're above the beach. Spectacular views.

Nice, nice design and clean. Here comes the good. Bad food, lousy taste and quality. We have to wait for the elevators to go up and down an outrage. I have come to lower 41 floors, after waiting 15min an elevator. 3 Star Hotel as much.

We've had a great time at the hotel. The waiter service despite the amount of people is attentive and good. Very good animation options. The attention and dedication of the person in charge of very good daytime entertainment activities (many thanks to Viky for his excellent work)

Impressive H. Bali, as Hotel 4 * leaves a lot to be desired but as a building, peculiar and impressive. It hurts that your food and services do not live up to the design of this icon.
The Tower 1 of 18 floors, main facade. Outside large rooms but a coceding, in the Tower 2 the bathrooms somewhat small.
I was expecting something else, actually.

Great hotel with good service. Often stay here. Amazing views from the high-rise rooms, the rooms are spacious, comfortable. By the way, today returned from there-in July filled questionnaire-questionnaire about the quality of service and won free two nights on weekends with meals. Were pleasantly surprised when received a message about the win. Immediately and took advantage, there were no problems-thanks to the hotel administration.

Friendly staff. Good room. Comfy beds. Food OK but nothing special. Views are awesome from the 29th floor (and above). Beer is not great but bottles of San Miguel are only €1.71 so not complaining.

By Spanish standard, it's good. Relatively clean, only now in need of renovation. You should do without the food on site. It is ok, but one shares a station hall with Englishmen and Russians without table manners and other behavior. The service there is adapted to that and really very meagre and always in a bad mood, understandably wise. With open balcony doors it is impossible to sleep, in summer as well as out of season it is too noisy in the courtyard. Weddings, parties and loud drunken ones are not uncommon until 3 o 'clock in the morning, even during the week, otherwise you have the best street sound and roaring motorcycles from all over the area. The sound collects exactly at the hotel. The way to the beach is short, the beach is great and the other hotels right on the beach just as well and well located …

I booked the hotel and needed confirmation from the booking. I even sent reminder too, but still no message from the hotel. I find very bad for the guests. I don't want to give stars.

Great view. Clean and large rooms.

The hotel itself is great, good views, nice pool area, nice bars, quality rooms and friendly staff. BUT even though I've paid for Full board in a 4star hotel, you can't get ANY drink with the evening Meal, not even a water or a cheap local beer or glass of wine. You have to pay extra if you want a drink with your meal! Come on Grupo Bali, that's awful service.

It is currently 02:30am and there is VERY loud banging hardcore playing. I am being told that it is a wedding and this will go on till at least 4am. We have two young children ages 3&4 and we have a night flight tomorrow night. We have not been able to keep our rooms on tomorrow as it is full so we have to check out at 12 tomorrow. The shows total disrespect for paying guests and means I will never ever stay here again. Disgusting. If only I could upload a sound file and no one else would stay here either… Furious! Food — nothing more than average Decor — needs updating/ trying to be something it is not and looks unfinished in many parts Room — cleaned daily and good clean towels Pool — lots of dirty grouting that requires redoing and with black bits floating about Room Wi-Fi — not worth paying for… Very intermittent and should be free anyway in a hotel this size Bar — Drinks very expensive / even a child's slush is £2.50. Lovely staff though I am not a happy customer and I will be DEMANDING a nights refund tomorrow when I see the Manager. I will update this post following on from his response.

Just had a week holiday in this hotel Sept 2017. Beautiful hotel… very clean. The food looked lovely all laid out but was cold at every meal time. Complaint to management but still no different… I'd advise anybody booking to stop here just to get a room only… eat out. Also half board full board and all inclusive dose not include any drinks you must pay for them which I think is wrong… also you have to pay for Wi-Fi… £8 per person per item phone tablet etc… not per room.

I booked before I read the reviews, so glad I did. So my said was rubbish an rude. Total rubbish! They moved me 3 times to keep me happy without hassle. The staff did their best to help in every way. Yes it's a quiet area but still lots to do. As a family the kids 7 & 12 had a great time 5 pools an constant games put on like blow up castles an foam party fun. I'm a moaner an want a good service for what I paid I was very happy an will book again. I hired a car so I could travel about but on, y used it 4 or 5 times. Free parking just outside hotel near supermarket 3 mins walk from hotel door beach 10 mins both ways left an right. Can't fault this hotel. Very impressed.

The hotel is not a 4 star as we expect it to be… more like a 2 to 3 star. The rudest staff I have ever come across from the front desk to the waiter who swore at me when I asked him for a knife… the cleaner was the exception she was lovely… The rooms were ok but dated… the food was average to terrible… breakfast was being cleared away a good hour before it was supposed to be finished… on the plus side the hotel is a 5 minute walk away from a lovely beach which you can actually walk along to the old town which has some lovely tapas bars…

The hotel is awesome. I recommend it.

It is good the food you can choose what you like the pool you need to reserve a bed by leaving a towel at 7am. 8am too late will be full. Better put money on the card will have 15% discount. I didn't like the entertainment I personally prefer Algarve Portugal for entertainment. They have a very good view on the top not to miss make sure you get a receipt for every ticket you by you will get a free drink. I recommend specially if you have children they have activities for them also pools and playgrounds Adults have activities as well you just need to get evolved. :)

Good hotel. Clean and easy on the eye with some added value during our visit with Latin Dance festival. Good facilities including pool area. Breakfast not that hot, though understandable given the numbers catered for. Lifts busy at certain times of the day.

The elevator's too hot. The internet is a big problem! No free Wi-Fi. It's better not to buy. Staff was very helpful. The sea is 15 minutes from the roller coaster. The pros are close to brilliant store.

Great location.

Awful! Checked in on Thursday afternoon. Went to room and A/C and refrigerator were not working. Spent most of my time trying to get those fixed. After many promises to send a maintenance guy to my room, no one ever showed. After midnight they decide to change my room. I had spent the whole night waiting for the elevator. Three were not working and this place has 43 floors. A/C still does not work properly. Refrigerator does not work properly. Ice is not available. I was told to get ice at the supermarket. I have to say Enrique at the front desk tried to do all he could to make it better. The place just sucks! Never again!

Great stay lasted a week. The hotel has quite large and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Excellent location in the city. Great facilities, including particularly large pools. Possibility of arriving by elevator to the 53rd floor to have a breathtaking view.

Considering the price per night, this hotel is really not the best choise. For instance now there is again no warm water! Unbelievable! The food is not more than OK, but you get used to that. It is really noisy all the time. So if you want to relax, look for another place. Also you're always waiting ages for the elevator. There are many other things, so that I have to conclude, something like a Holiday Inn would be a better choice. One plus they get from me is the free Wi-Fi, thought it's really slow.

I'm in here for 2 weeks. When I got in the hotel after long way I was waiting for 50 minutes to reception and was just 10 people in the front of me… when I got in the room I was really desepoind … like in 1990 looks inside. The room was dusty and dirty. Was impossible to put my clothes in the cupboard because of the dust. I booked with all inclusive but for lunch and dinner I have to pay for the water or other drinks what was "included "when I booked my holiday. The food is plenty but almost the same and not really good one… The pools is really nice and the staff is lovely… If you like to go to bed befor 3-4 in the morning is quite a noisy hotel with music all night. Location is nice… close to sea … Definitely not 4 stars … probably 2

The hotel is very well. Very good entertainment for children. A very cool for the kids pool and another larger for older people. Has many games children's. Views on the upper floors are incredible. Them 2 unique drawbacks are the variety of food, that not has much, and the distance to the beach.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We stayed there in February for 5 days with All Inclusive package and never regret. The food and drinks selection was amazing and members of staff were really polite and helpful. We stayed on 13th floor and the view was just stunning! Entertainment program was not too bad. It was fun watching elderly Spanish people dancing all night long. It was too cold to use swimming pool but you'we got a play room with many pool tables. Spa is simple but nice with steam and jacuzzi. Gym is a bit old but still useful. We'll definitely come back again.

Spectacular views from the room. Outside of that without being bad at anything nor is it q stands out especially in nothing. Nienla animation or in the food or in the price or in the pools. To top it all off this in the most dead entertainment of Benidorm and a default huge is q when there is a wind block with panoramic views and you get a beard waiting for an elevator. Despite not being surprised does not pass bad vacation.

For my. It is the best hotel there is in benidorm. A very friendly with the customers. Good information. Treatment friendly to the customers. Good food dance swimming pool. And was very cordial with the customers. Every time I can going to Bali.

I am staying at the worst hotel possible, Food if you can call it that is bad I would not give it to my dogs. Staff are very rude need to learn manners. Rooms are bad to need to be update urgently. I know what you are thing I am a moaner but I have stay in hotels with 1/2 stars and are much better. My daughter is at Prince park in Benidorm and it is 10/10 for them.

I was at Easter and I thought it was magnificent.
Visit to the viewpoint is virtually free for the residente:2, 50 and a account consumption (coffee, worked…)
The buffet is very complete in breakfast, lunch and dinner, variety of roasts and attentive staff.
. Lifts are sometimes slow in coming to intermediate floors, but not much.
Wide room.
Excellent treatment.

I want to tell you that it is my third visit to this 4 star hotel but I think that there are too many stars, since they allow certain things, which is the first time that I see them as: allow the entrance to the restaurant in a swimsuit, Cap and slippers of pool mostly at night do not require long pants and shirt or polo to the Knights and vestimernta according to the ladies. Cleaning this year left many to be desired and not to mention the animation it seems that we are in a foreign country. A cordial sakudo.

I've been 10 days with my husband in January. I have to say very well in general. What if I find is that the food could be more varied and with something more of quality. The hotel in general is very full. What if we have noticed in lack is not having at this time of the year, an indoor swimming pool, but it is the least of it. We bathed in the sea that is more healthy and refreshing!

Went to a wedding, at the end of the night, we wanted to pack the things, but the helpful waiter said, they would put all our belongings in a locked room, 2 days after, went to pack the belongings, but nothing was found. Items: kids walker, bottles of Remy Martin xo, Tabaco and 2 big glass vases. Not very honest people. Cannot believe that big hotel like that would do things like that.

Visitors to the Lookout went out disappointed, by the price of the ticket (6 Euros with right to consmición) Or the views are to that price, or the drink allows you to drink non-TAP, for example a beer without Alcohol bottle does not come, I do not recommend this visit, they charge you even to the Host with a discount. Disappointing.

A fantastic hotel I love.

Horrendous hotel if you like to sleep at night. No sound proofing at all, if someone above you drops a pin you will hear it! first day a function in the venue went on until 5-30 am so we had to sleep in the reception area where the unfriendly staff ignored us and when we complained they threatened to throw us out! your 6 miles from benidorm centre so its bus or taxi if you cant walk far. Wouldnt go there again if it was the only hotel in benidorm. Lady with young children complained as well, as did several others about the noise, all treated with disrepect by the staff. Yes its a 4 star for noise, but nothing else!

The views are certainly incredible, the buffer very large and varied, with evening entertainment and the rooms clean and spacious, also has a gazebo, swimming pool, spa, and many services, recommended to visit benidorm.

Stayed for 3 days at the end of October. Had great food with amazing choice. Lots of Spanish stop here, all friendly. Had no anti English at all. Felt very welcome. Room cleaned every day by some hard working staff and bar staff were great very willing to help if asked. It's on the quiet side of benidom but still a lovely break. Would stay here again.

Just returned after 2 weeks at the Gran Bali. I thought it was fab, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Hotel staff was soooo friendly. The rooms cleaned every day. I just do not have a bad word to say about the hotel. I loved it so much I am definately going back Christmas or in March.

Terrible hotel, food was bland and same menu most days. The room was filthy and outdated. Ate out most of the time even though we were all inclusive. Staff didnt speak good english, we were moved on the first day after complaining about state of the room. The next room was not much better we would not recommend this hotel and it ruined our first experience of a holiday abroad. I will be writing letter of complaint to both hotel and holiday company.

Loved this place and Benidorm. Food was great, room clean.

We have been delighted to have been in the ground 40, and the views are beautiful, the buffet is well varied and the best thing is the friendliness of the staff especially the waiters so many of the dining room as the terrace at night animation. What I didn't like are the mattress very hard and pillows very low or expended, nor do I really liked the bathroom too small for two people if abrias doors of the bath could not be open to enter the bathroom.

Not enjoyed at all, Didn't feel welcomed by any of stuff from reception to waitresses, paid for room with balcony been given without and had to asked for it, Entertainment only for kids especially Spanish, poor quality food, leftovers used to prepare next day meals. Not enough waitresses during the serving, Sometimes finished meal until got something to drink, No drinking water!

Only views of Benidorm any more which is good.

Great hotel lovely but clear. Impersonal. The comedoor is a trough. Everything is conjeladode 3*category. The kitchen is good in sauces, etc. But the raw material it rstropea. The waiters are robots dedtajo But always with good manners. To the best of the hotel staff. And there are quite a restaurant. Near and a mercadona. To stock.

We touched the floor 32 and the views are spectacular, the room is a bit worn but very clean. Hard mattress, pillow malilla, the worst thing … the breakfast included, oriented to the British public and of very poor quality. Only the pastries are saved but the rest is bad, or even the cafe. There is a snack alternative, but is paid separately. Super pool, reception regular. Garage 12€ extra May 2015

Not worth the effort, is a three-star hotel maximum, small rooms, TV dwarf, Wi-Fi of payment, we will there are two-star hotels better than this, it is only a facade.

What a great services available, but a bit of difficulty with communication in English. The environment is clean and friendly.

Absolute shit hole, food and drinks are poor all inclusive waste of money, rooms are small and flithy, anti English staff, no where near where you want to go in benidorm, general smell of stagnate wate which insistently they were disinfecting twice? in the bar area, would not return even if it was free, one think in its favour it looks good but thats where it ended, also it was full of Spanish people who were rude, I urge English people to avoid.

Hotel total whim, which must be sticking one in life. Incredible treatment, rooms, the treatments and the price so we are going to deceive us, is expensive, but honestly it is worth it.

Everything perfect. Spacious room with breathtaking views. Great pool, spa correct but something basic, like the buffet. Very close to terra mitica and 5 minutes drive from the Center, and a mercadona almost at the door. Unbeatable quality/price ratio.

The hotel has four stars, but should be three, as my review.
As building is spectacular, beautiful, clean, nice swimming pools. The view, if you're lucky like us, the best in Benidorm.
The buts. Poor maintenance in general, holes in the sheets, breakfast a little repetitive and the foreign public, pay Wi-Fi, location in Benidorm, away from it all, customer service-oriented a little pasota.
When you return to Benidorm, I'll try other hotels.

I love is super great but what happens is that the hotel is great really pk by my mother looks Hahahaha of course and also that the best jajaj up to beach hotel.

We found the hotel food good but didnt find out that I could get a 15% discount when money put on a card until the 3rd day. It was awkward getting your drinks then carrying them to the table plus it was very busy at meal times and often breakfast ran out of tea pots. Lots of people were all inclusive but we were not so there was often a mix up whether we have to pay for our drinks. Desserts were disapointing and tasteless. Very monotonous. The location was on a hill so quite a ten minute walk back from the beach plus surrounding area dull and nothing to do. There was no information regarding the spa so didnt go there but found it wasnt free. If we wanted to go to the Lavante beach it cost 12 euro in a taxi and 4 euro each way on bus. This looked a grand hotel but not very friendly reception staff run off their feet. The lifts were very busy and due to so many people staying at the Hotel we had to wait ages. The foyer looked nice and pool area nice but water very cold. The bathroom was awkward as toilet in the middle of the room with no lock. Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious interlocking rooms.
