It was place to but our heads down. Some staff nise ther had to pay 10 euro deposit for hairdryer that say on web pay in eas in all rooms. 3 plugs in room between 2 woman in room we was on 7 floor view lovely from ther. All toghter hotel clean. Well bar man where I start one night we come bk. From show it was around 2 am he was in bar getting drunk
in days we was ther he always been forward remarks and one night he show a photo od man bits to my friends not nise. Not going ther again.

Arrived and got a room that was filthy. Mould on shower walls and we had booked a double room (through teletext holidays). We complained, put in another room and advised there were no double beds in the entire hotel. Next room had a leaking air con unit. Another complaint and it was sorted out later that day. Breakfast is nothing to write home about; buffet style but nothing of quality. Room very basic, no refreshments or facilities whatsoever. They want to charge you for the rent of the safe in the room for your valuables. Dispute having do not disturb sign on door, we were constantly being disturbed, which is a real concern. Changing a light bulb Was one of them! The stay has not been peaceful. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Once we were here we were a bit stuck having prepaid for it. I wish we had read more reviews and we wouldn't have chosen here. Please please be warned!

Friendly staff and clean, rooms a bit dated but then it's very cheap to stay here.

Good afternoon, been lodged a week in the hotel and I went alone on the room q gave me quite old but as I was just going to sleep since it could pass on the cleaning fatal I had q to say on the fourth day q please I swept the room q was full of sand and q had a can of coca-cola under the closet of the bathroom before q I enter the room the first day, on the food to go alone I'll get by but there was little variety q if q I have q q say q is on the waitresses of the table there is a girl q is called Lina, and is super attentive with the people and trabajora to go it alone and look at the people and she seemed very attentive and pleasant with everyone. Otherwise q Benidorm I like the environment q there are. Thank you very much.

Just returned from a 3 night stay for my daughter's hen party. Clean rooms, nice outdoor pool area and friendly staff. Quiet surroundings, lovely area.

I remember going to this hotel knowing it was three star, without many luxuries. The truth is that I felt very comfortable. It is true that it is a "beach" hotel and you may need a refurbishment, but overall it is an option to keep in mind if you want to go to Benidorm without spending much on accommodation. I remember the buffet was not bad and the room was spacious and clean. That the TV could be newer and the magnetic card key I do not doubt it, but that is something that I do not give a great importance.
As a curiosity, right in front of this hotel, almost across the street, is the skyscraper Bali hotel. It's so nice to see you at night, enlightened.

A very family hotel with a very close deal, quality price unbeatable.

If you are older than 70 years, this is your site, if not, don't come. Don't have coca cola, not have tea, not have nestea, ice cream are expired, the tap water is only for pensioners. The cleaning lady pulling the dirty water from the mop by the terrace, the machines, billiards, etc. Do not work any and the machine of snacks. Best of all, it is the time of the dinner: it is up to 21:30. We arrived at 21:20, we took the first dish and when we got up to the second, he had disappeared around the buffet including the dessert. The head of the dining room, I said that at 21:30 it was closing, I had to put a claim in reception which at first they refused to give me and after we were offered by way of compensation to invite us to drinks with meals and soft drinks on tap in the café. Saturday night, the waitress blonde from the coffee shop (the best in the whole hotel) was bad for both the filled the head of the dining room, which charged different prices that the waitress is blonde, which, by the way his head was sitting on the floor of the kitchen with their hands in the guts. I was at the bar asking the head a few cafes while she was arguing with an older lady for 20 cents faltandole respect and very bad ways. Then I told him that I attend to me, which I already played and began to chillarme, deprive me of the respect, saying outrageous things and with a lot of arrogance towards customers, I felt very offended.

The only thing that is saved is that the staff working at the hotel is lovely, except for the receptionist who seems to owe him and does not pay him what edge it is.
Regrettable the maintenance of the facilities that shines for their absence, the options to eat shameful, the mattresses of the beds no longer have springs and when you go down to complain to reception the manager tries to chantagear you with something so you don't put a Claim.
Please sirs the fact that my parents go to their hotel with the Inserso does not make them less deserving of being in a decent facility and their money is worth less than the tourists. Embarrassing that this hotel stays open and cheats with the pictures shown on their website.

I have spent a great week at this hotel. Family atmosphere. Very nice employees. Beautiful views. At the buffet like at home. I do not understand the negative comments… Price/quality is very good. As soon as I can get back. Thank you.

Fatal, the one that to the iron dries the sweat with the hand and takes off the denture, and with that same hand cojia the breasts and followed making iron!
I won't be back in life, and I've been nine nights with my husband, I just got back.
It's all very old.
Simple and similar food every day.
The phone in the room was glued, without connecting to the current even 3 star nothing at all.
Don't even think about it.

The buffet Justito the treatment well Linpieza well and for the price you can not ask for more.
But the improved throughout the week the food is good.

Very bad the hotel is for a star and if yega the fatal food the rooms so old that they smell super bad an experience to not come back.

I do not consider this hotel to be a 3 star. He needs urgent reform from top to bottom. Old furniture, lockable lock, Analog TV with 5 channels that looks really bad. Air conditioning is for solo and the controller is not working properly. The food very simple and scarce. The cook very unpleasant. The toaster set fire to the bread that the burning ke does not toast. I definitely give him two stars.

The worst thing I've ever seen in my life.

All in all a dated Spanish hotel stuck in the 70's outside entrance looks appealing inside is not. Recently stayed here for 9 nights on a full board basis food basic and repetitive room was small with a grand view of all the real hotels gran Bali, Torre dorrader… Down the hill close to the poiente beach sits a wonderful hotel the gran delfin these show a superior boarding place. Im sure the Calas marina may have been a enjoyable place to stay at many moons ago it's just a place for the Spanish to frequent. If from the UK yes it's not an expensive place to stay at but I would not recommend it's my opinion on my stay here and observations maybe the tour companies should emphasise this hotel is mostly occupied with Spanish nationals as it seems to appeal to them. Good luck with that one as for returning to the Calas marina afraid not far better hotels in the area.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights bed and breakfast. Well let me just inform anyone who is thinking of booking a room there this. The food was an absolute disgrace and inedible! The pool was freezing cold! The staff were ignorant and unhelpful and who the hell wants to stay in a hotel in a country renowned for its hot weather that doesn't provide a fridge! Had to convert b-day into makeshift fridge and the cleaners would just walk into room wether you were there or not! Sunmaster owe us! Other holidaymakers whilst we were there also complained about these very same issues! 3 stars my ass! Seriously folks, avoid the calas marina hotel!

I stayed this hotel for 14 night. The room were clean but need updating. The food not the best. I am gluten free and most of all I had to have salads there was nothing I could. There was not a lot of fruit. The girl down in restaurant try to help best she could. Some the staff did not want to know. I am gluten free not by choice I have been like this all my life which 58 years. Not happy.

Stayed here for 10 nights bed & breakfast. Out of the 10 nights had breakfast twice (it was awful). Glad I was not full board. Diego on reception was good the rest were a joke very unhelpful & miserable looking & didn't speak English. The room was ok to shower & sleep in no hairdryer, fridge or kettle in room TV was in Spanish. Room were cleaned & fresh towels daily. Bus stop over road & beach about 5mins walk. 40 mins walk to old town which was a nice walk during day. The area is ok if you don't want to be right in the town bus costs €1.50 into town. I would go back to the area but definetely would not stay in that hotel again.

Where do I start me and my family stayed here for 7 nights bed and breakfast. The food was terrible eggs cold and hard yolk, sausages cold, beans cold. Juice not juice. Diego the receptionist was lovely though helped us out spoke good english. Receptionist manager, women always in black was sour faced and didnt want to help us. We used the games room on a rainey day playing pool and cards and she told us to be quiet even though we werent loud plus it is a games room. The rooms are out of date but beds are comfy. The shower positioned in a strange way and flooded the room every time we used it. Also asked for 2 double rooms and got a twin and a triple which wasnt what we asked for. The room me and my partner had was infested with bed bugs and ive come home with bites all over my legs and my partner has them on his back. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels but clearly the beds werent checked. No fridge or kettle in room in the heat you want cold drinks but thats not possible here. Good distance from the beach. Overall would not stay again.

Am here now with my husband and my mum & dad. Its a nice hotel, maybe rooms a bit dated but they are cleaned every day and beds comfy, We on first floor not much of a view but nice and relaxing, food okay bit of a mix and match but okay I mean we all found something to eat it's not brilliant but we will live … its a cheap and cheerful break, We also bought a weekly bus ticket to get us about and bus stop just 2min walk from hotel. €30 for week each, perfect. Its a nice quiet location…

As stated food poor very poor 4.5kl to benidorm not much open very difficult to speak with staff as little understanding of English nothing to hire ie fridge if on cheap deal or stag hen do it's ok as very quiet to sleep of hang over best meal here is burger king down the road. No covers on food to keep flies off first time ever seen scrambled egg as choice for evening meal unless u like fish or pork chops then everything else is processed and cold use microwave oh beef stew was hot pity no spuds but chips would never ever come here again.

Lovely place with reasonable food lovely staff and its clean. We would definitely come here again.

The rooms were very basic bathroom was terrible mould on tiles went onto balcony closed the door and looked from inside so unable to get in to room and it was the 7th floor not safe at all. The food was terrible no choice they seem to cater for the Spanish would never recommend this hotel.

We stayed there couple of weeks ago. Its like going back to the 1970s very dated. Breakfast not great either. A lot of spanish staying (ok it is in spain) we found the hotel staff ok but out in the resort in bars and resturants very rude and ignorant. Never had this in spain before. I know you get what you pay for but come on travel lodges are reasonable and modern.

If you are on a budget, a good hotel for just getting a place to sleep of the heat&drinkits ok, fresh towels every morning & bedsheets, the breakfast is not great, but fills the belly, staff are nice.

I was so disappointed with this hotel, this was me and my partners first holiday away togeather and we had to get transfered to another hotel as the room was appalling, we booked for a double bed and turned up to a dirty room with two single beds, when we went down to tell the reception they where in no way apologetic but offered us a room which you could only just fit a double bed in, it was like a postage stamp. The floors where dirty, the shower was dirty the sheets where dirty we stayed one night and put beach towels over the bed so we could sleep as they felt like they where crawling, the food was not edible, we couldn't even piece togeather a meal from what was put out. The lift is very small, could barely fit two people in, the hotel is extremely dated and In desperate need of a make over. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely wont stay again!

What can I say bout this hotel. Nothing really worse place I have been to stay party knocking on doors all night not a family hotel. Receptionist very rude got there had no confirmation had to pay to stay there till they got it sorted. Didn't even go to pool as I wouldn't repeat what we see all I can say it was disgusting with the pissed up stags in the afternoon round the pool. All I can say is yes have fun but remember there are other people n children in there too.

Very careless, but if you just go to sleep and the rest of the day was this good, would recommend not eating there, poorly refrigerated foods e. G. Mayonnaise and cockroaches in the dining room.

A good hotel, very simple. The location is ideal (about 250 mts to the Poniente Beach, near the area of lifeguards). Meals, but very rich and always with options for all tastes. Very friendly staff (Restaurant, both in reception and animation). The pool is great and the rooms are spacious. The furniture of the hotel is rather outdated and can improve.

the food is no big deal, I have eaten much better in any two-star the levante benidorm area. In general good treatment.

The facade very good reception and common sites well very very old rooms and lounge areas in terms of contracting services are contracted with water and wine at meals give you 1st bottle of 250 cc and if you want more you have to pay when already it is paid double.
Lack of hygiene there are cockroaches. Very bad the worst hotels.

Leaflet toast with margarine, the basic food, and very friendly workers, daily cleaned the habitaciones. Vuelvere but only cojere the alojamiemto without full Board.
