Site with very good value for money and very friendly and helpful reception staff to us advised us some places to go from beaches and got it right we forgot a bag with children's toys and helped us get home again, thank you guys, we'll be back.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation. Dated appearance and slightly faulty but helpful friendly staff. Plan checking-in time else it's a long walk to another hotel to pay your £100 deposit and collect the key.

Just stayed in this hotel it was brilliant. Very clean & tidy. The pool area was emaculate and plenty of sun beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you are planning on literally just sleeping. Then I guess it will be ok. If your planning on using pool and chilling. Go else where. We stayed over 6 nights as soon as we arrived they took 150euros for deposit. We asked could we just give a 100 he was very rude an said no. Either 150 or 250. The apprartment was good. Decent sized rooms. The pool is shaded from the building across. So a lot of wind. The jacuzzi was absolutely filthy an had to ask to be cleaned. None of our towels where changed then noticed a sign in reception mentioning l that you if your staying less than a week then they won't be changed. The showers was the worst. The pressure was Soo hard hurt as you was showering. The beach is roughly about 10-15 mins walk. Overall enjoyed the holiday just wouldn't stay in this apartment again.

Dismal felt like staying in a ymca Apartment grubby Needs TLC Bathroom needs decorating. Noisy with people dragging furniture Pool area not to bad Although smaller pool looked grubby.

Left this apartment today 15/5/18 The Positive-The rooms are a lovely size, the bar staff are fantastic they can’t do enough for you. The man,! young on reception is so rude! When you check in he will eventually look up from his phone with a YES! Dose not even look at you no welcoming or anything even with a problem he shows no interest in you. The sheets and bedding in the room were so thin it’s ridiculous, the top sheets were very smelly, the pillows were very smelly from body fluids, stains and old “ Horrible “ you only have one set of towels changed in a whole week and are so worn and thin you will need your own, the toilets in reception are so smelly and old looking at times the smell was intense, the pool area is shocking the pool wasn’t cleaned or, tested once dirt can be seen from our room the 12th floor! debris in the pool too, sun beds are so old it’s so unclean had I’d have taken a child I’d never allow them to swim. Wi-Fi is €25 a week and it’s unresponsive most of the time and you have to pay to watch your TV €10 This building is so dated very tired looking with everything around broken I will definitely not re-book here and certainly won’t recommend to anyone I’m not one to leave any reviews but this place was quite shocking.

Well been going to benidorm twice a year for a long time and always stay here very clean very large apartments reception staff are always on hand to help you and very friendly it's in a great location aswel just back after another week and will be returning again in September we just love the Buena vista.

Staff and rooms are great. Outdoor pool is shaded in the pm but its not a big issue at this time of year, as indoor pool was quiet. The bar closes at 7 but there are loads of places around to grab some food and drinks. All in all a very nice place to spend a week or 2 with the family.

It's ok. Clean. Staff can be arrogant but we are only sleeping here. €10 for the TV remote is outrageous. Wi-Fi is poor and expensive. Oh and we had a pet cockroach. Only 1 I have ever seen in all my years of coming to Spain. Told reception and they were in the apartment spraying instantly. But don't let 1 roach put you off. It's a common thing in Spain If your wanting easy self catering it's fine and there is plenty of parking around if you can't get on site. Easy access to the 332 too. 10min walk to the beach. Pool is clean.

Well away from anything in benidorm. Nasty guy on reception and we were only picking keys up at the place.

Far enough away from the centre and beach. Great staff. Clean apartments. Small indoor pool. Outdoor pool is very cold though and the sun disappears behind the tower blocks in early afternoon. Plenty of loungers to use to the right of the gardens when the sun reappears again till about 7pm.

Ive becoming here for 3 years with my wife came here on sunday 21st january found out bar was closed had to go elsewhere was not ideal then on tuesday night went to the bar and it was closed how do you expect to get customer service the arpartments are spot on canny fault that I just hope things will be better on my next vacation.
