You have magnificent views the breakfast is very complete and the treatment great, it is next to the port and you have everything very close.

Attention of exceptional staff, the spa very quiet and with all security measures. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with all services.
They have an ironing board and iron in the rooms. There is also a minibar in the rooms with Nespresso coffee machine.
The views of the room overlooking the harbour are super nice.

The air conditioning was bad … and in 2 days you state ahi… no they were able to fix it… apart from when we have called reception to communicate the incident they have not treated us very well…

The kindness of all the staff the first facilities, the divine rooms, the delicious breakfasts in general a very good experience.

Hotel is awesome problem for us was first and second time we stayed we had wow factor in room but this time we paid £130 a night more but had a much smaller room with tiny balcony but when we booked our room it showed pics of previous rooms we have stayed in, reception dismissed our claim in an instance which was a little disappointing to but still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing rooms, view and service. Staff are so friendly and warm and speak amazing English. Loved waking up in the morning and walking straight onto the balcony. The buffet breakfast was wonderful.

The only nice thing in the hotel was the view.
Even when you walk in, you feel like you're walking in a shopping mall, not in a 4-star hotel.
When we were at the reception we had to find out German speaks no one and the English of the girls very badly uninterested and just not friendly had to wait hours in the room and instead of offering us a nice solution one had to offer himself the own to have no business being somewhere.
The suite was just not a suite as I said looking out great but the room was just a normal room you should worry if that's ok to sell as a suite.
For eating breakfast or dinner and between what it was sad to look at and eat, and there were no German cards which made the whole thing very annoying, well never again Suite del mar and never again Spain.

The hotel situation makes everything magical. Saying we didn't leave the room is enough. Shower in a large shower overlooking the sea. Spectacular.

Visited Alicante for a short few days & after an eventful journey we were glad to finally get to the Hotel Suites del Mar which sits on the seafront only a short walk from the city centre of Alicante. As hotel entrances go this is the most impressive I've seen. So much light through the roof lighting up the greenery surrounding the escalators to the main lobby & hotel reception. The view from the entrance thru'the lobby to the Mediterranean is so inviting & captivating. Staff were friendly & helpful at reception with good English. Our suite was spacious and well appointed, facing on to the marina & the city. Breakfast can linger on for more time than expected as the views from the restaurant facing the rising sun can be so soothing & relaxing. There are countless restaurants nearby that be sampled followed by an enjoyable walk around the marina and seafront. We had an early morning flight & as we were going to miss breakfast the hotel offered us a breakfast picnic on our departure. For a relaxing break in the beautiful Alicante I would recommend Hotel Suites del Mer suitable for couples and families.

Rooms with sea view, very spacious and comfortable, some with a huge shower next to the bed, apart from the complete bathroom.
Access to the swimming pool and the reserved spa.
Fantastic buffet breakfast in exclusive area, with good quality and a great variety of products.
Very good location, close to the city centre and just a step away from the Postiguet beach.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Suite, highly recommended.

I came here with my guy and stayed in a "premium suite" on the fourth floor. First of all the room was very large with a huge balcony and lovely views. The directions for the room are great and they are very helpful. The staff that waited for us that weekend was great, they know how to address very well to the public. The only downside is that some details were not well cared for, the mirror, the entrance cupboard and the bathroom trash were somewhat dirty. Finally, if you plan to go to the SPA, do not expect much and if you have forgotten the swimsuit in the Chinese bazaar near the city council sell them all year (4 ' 5 €).

The room was very large and the bed was Jacuzzi, the bathroom was very clean and the food was very good.

Great hotel, with nice, spacious and clean suites. Good choice of food at breakfast and great pool with views over the sea. Would definitely visit again when in Alicante. I would recommend getting sea view suite — it's worth paying extra money.

Nice hotel with high level of service. Nice clean suites with big balconies. Morning buffet is ok. The place is never too crowded. Happy with the fact the pool and workout area isn't a over crowded. However the workout area could use some dumbbells with higher weight. More sunbeds instead of chairs. Like the free sunbed towel service. A little ant problem in the room but only saw a few — should be taken care of. All in all a good experience.

My default love nest. The location of the hotel makes everything magical. To say that we don't leave the room is enough. Showering together in a large shower hugged facing the sea. Spectacular.

The hotel is situated in the middle of all the touristy stuff that happens in Alicante and very close to the beach. It has a small gym/spa with a couple of machines, a small pool, several sunbeds and a jacuzzi. Our room was very big and the beds are very nice. The staff all speaks English, which is very nice considering the rest of Alicante doesn't.
