Really nice hotel. Big, clean room, friendly receptionists — shopping center and stores, restsurants, beach and old city within short walking distance. Close to central station for busses to/from airport and nearby centers.

My fiancé and I spent our holidays at the Abba Centrum hotel in Alicante, during the second week of August.
We enjoyed it: room cleaning and impeccable amenities, exquisite buffet breakfast and maximum availability from the hotel staff.
If you happen to return to Alicante we will definitely opt for this beautiful hotel.

The hotel was really good, very close to the City centre. Very clean and quiet, the stay was very pleasant. It's a good price to quality ratio. However, the breakfast had little variaty and the Wi-Fi was slow.

Regret that our room with a large bed and a sofa bed of 120 cm, can not officially accommodate a couple and two children 12 and 6 years old.

In the company of a friend I stayed at this hotel a week in double room.
It is located in Alicante in the center, but it is very wide:
15 minutes walk to the main beach and the busiest restaurants/locals.
It is reached from the airport by C6 bus. To get around the city or outside there are many bus lines surrounding it.
Hall very wide and elegant, even weighs suitcases and shiny shoes.
It has 8 floors of rooms, unfortunately we were in the second and you have no outside view.
Very large and clean room, there is absolutely nothing missing (TV, fridge, sofa, safe, even the bathroom is stocked with everything).
It has a gym with a shift bathroom and sauna and solarium on the penthouse.
We didn't use breakfast and the restaurant.
There are many markets nearby.
Too bad it doesn't have bikes to rent (it only provides a private vault)
I highly recommend it to everyone, for a few days or a longer period.

A wonderful hotel with great breakfasts. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and functional. The staff are responsive. It's a 10-minute walk to the waterfront. The shopping street and railway station are 5 minutes away.

The staff were very friendly and most professional. The hotel was perfectly situated in a quiet location Within easy walking distance of all sights in Alicante. Hotel was modern and very clean and the room was large and first class with all amenities and a very comfortable bed. Our stay was good value for money and we were delighted with our stay and were most impressed. We will be back!

I did not know this hotel and I was very pleased. Modern rooms and very clean. I also liked the restaurant service. 'll.

We had a room on the 7th floor with a view of the rooms d opposite the balcony but the view not top, it's OK because we stayed in the room only to sleep otherwise no view.
We had to claim a shower cap at the end of the second day because the room staff never put it on a washbasin. Otherwise nothing to say. Menage made every day hearty breakfast with everything you want, fruit eggs Iberic ham cakes… and even what is rare the fresh juice dorange press.
We recommend this hotel.

Hotel in the centre comfortable and spacious rooms, staff very helpful everything very clean and cozy to go as a couple, or enjoy a massage I hired a masseuse saramasaje and in my room enjoy with her and after we relaxed in the spa everything was perfect and thank you for the deal.

The interior rooms (overlooking the light wells) are really large and have a sitting area and table for aperitifs or snacks in the room. The furniture is simple and well cared for. Room and bathroom are well cleaned and equipped with all the comforts. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, even if you don't speak too much about the Italian. In front of the hotel there is a Mercadoa supermarket which is a great point of reference. Unfortunately the hotel is not very close to the beach of Postiguet; By cons It is a center near the shopping area.

Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, with a small terrace, which even though it was interior provided clarity to the room. Bathroom, like the room, clean and spacious. To put a paste would say that it is a little less the gel and shampoo sealed. The reception I think of the best I have had, the truth is a good hotel to spend a few days.

Well located in the central area of Alicante. Comfortable and pleasant. The only drawback is the state of the gym machines and the small size of sauna and Turkish bath.

Abba Alicante is a hotel that takes care of the details. We really enjoyed the personalization in the room and the size of this one. Abba Alicante is a very comfortable hotel, well located, easy to park the car and with a very warm and friendly customer service. We loved it and will repeat it.

We were really happy with the hotel's location (near the beach, bus and railway stations — about 10 mins walk), staff and overall service. The only negative was that the room was noisy.

All in all, all right. Rooms are small but clean, the bathroom is OK. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's nice that it's close to the center. Everything about restaurants and shopping is just outside the door. As it is so central, it is therefore not so quiet, but perfectly fine. The beds were a bit too soft for my liking, but that's subjective. The drinks at the bar were about 2 euros more expensive than in the city but also OK. One should not assume that if one thinks of wellness and reads the hammam and sauna, it also corresponds to that. The sauna is mini but available. The Hammam is also mini and smells so that we did not try it (like the sauna, but which smelled normal). Massages can be booked, but we have not used them. The solarium was the sun terrace that we found very sympatico, being on the 9 floor with good all round views. The breakfast buffet was fine.

I can recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice, clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast very good. Overall a good price performance ratio!

We would have to modernize some things of the hotel as the decoration of the elevator that detracts.
We would have to have more control in the hotel lobby of the entrance and exit. There is no one at the front desk and you can enter anyone to the hotel.

Super friendly at the hotel reception. The room was very large and clean. The dark curtains did not close well. The bathtub faucet should be changed, it's very hard. It was very hot in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were great. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a great variety and quality, I appreciate the natural orange juice. Ideal If you are coming on the airport C6 bus or you have to take the 24th to go to college.

Perfect hotel on walking distance to beach, city centre and harbour. We've stayed here several time's over the last three years. Friendly staff and good free Wi-Fi sigmal. Highly recommended.

The hotel structure, general appearance and cleanliness are very good. The fitness room is small but has free weights, a bench, a few cardio machines and lats pull machine, so a solid workout can be obtained. The hammam and sauna must be turned on by the reception when needed, which is fine, although half the time I asked, it wasn't done by the time I went up there (must wait 30 minutes). While the location is excellent in respect to the train and bus stations, it is quite a walk to the nearest beach (15-20 min) and to the city center where most shops and restaurants are (10-15 min). Finally, the breakfast was mediocre at best, coming in at an additional 12 Euro per person per day, yet full of greasy pastry (the watermelon I took was bad/sour). When we asked for just coffee the morning after, we were charged 3.5 for two coffees, which is a lot for the area. I don't think I would use this hotel again because of the breakfast and location, however, if walking isn't an issue and breakfast isn't essential, this hotel could be highly recommended.

I can recommend this hotel with just a few limitations: our room did not look quite as nice as on the website; even with temperatures outside below 30 degrees, it got very hot inside the room unless we switched on the air conditioning; and the sound on our TV set automatically switched off every ten minutes or so. But the hotel is very well designed and kept, our room was comfortable — — we particularly appreciated the wide range of international TV channels available — — the restaurant good value for money and the service provided by the staff outstanding.

Nice place with good location. Clean and tidy rooms but one girl from accommodation lost our lock card twice day by day. Reception helpful, breakfast lovely. I spend good time with my wife.

We have stayed at the Abba in Alicante a number of times, the reason why this hotel is rated the best is because it is the best, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Some rooms are bigger then others but no rooms we have stayed in feel small. The staff are like meeting old friends and very helpful, superb service. The Hotel also has a solarium on top which boasts superb views of the city and out to the sea (just wish it had a pool and a bar up there lol) on the floor below there is a Gym and sauna. The hotel itself is located a 5 min walk from the main shopping streets and bars of Alicante and a 10 min walk from the bus station (so you can hop on the Alicate bus at the airport). Everything about this hotel is perfect the food is superb and not expensive and this also is the same for drinks.

The Hotel is in an ideal location conveniently in the centre of Alicante. Under ground car parking is available at a small cost. The staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic, customer service is really high class at the Abba Centrum. The rooms are very modern air conditioning is included and in the heat of June very welcoming. The beds are comfy and the hotel is quiet at night, breakfast was better than expected and was plentiful. Highly recommended place to stop.

Disappointed at attempted check in at 12.00h, massive queue at check in and one man operating the whole system as fast as possible but the wait unacceptable and then getting told no rooms available until 16.00h. otherwise not bad hotel nice large room and bathroom. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special, if not included in your room rate it is possible to have a nice breakfast outside for quarter of the cost, but I would stay again.

Taking advantage of the recent holidays in Alicante I invited some friends to this hotel.
Taking advantage of the demand by the bonfires rose prices, but not the quality of the breakfast or other services to be proportional.
From my point there are better options in Alicante, in the budget strip that ABBA Centrum offers. Better, more up-to-date decoration and breakfast more proportional to the price.

Perfect situation. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Large bath towels, something that is rare in hotels and shoes are also a nice touch. I want to thank also to the water that we would like to take from the minibar come within the price of the room. Everything very clean and do not appreciate noise from other rooms. The only downside is the parking of very difficult access.

We have been two marriages with our babies and we felt very comfortable. Rooms spacious and comfortable. A good breakfast. Friendly staff very correct. Very clean throughout the hotel. Totally recommended.

Room:
You could not avoid to come in the morning light, I propose to improve closing of curtains system between wall and between themselves to avoid the morning light coming into the room.
The toilet lost water, it shows a lot noise that makes the evening, with the loss of water that it entails. I propose that the cleaning make a check list of the facilities.
Wi-Fi: Very bad service, a service that is advertised and that does not exist. Of echo at times the mobile you said that not had good quality to connect the Wi-Fi.
Soundproofing: We heard a baby cry at the beginning of the night, I propose that they enabled areas for families with newborn babies or children as far as possible at the hotel.
Breakfast:
Put spoons where have you located the knives and forks at the entrance next to the Café area, now have them where they are yogurts natural and napkin with covering them unseen. I realized the 3 day.
Quite varied, but when the omelette is finished does not reset it.

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast and room were good but could use additional drawers for clothes in room and tea and coffee facilities would be great.

Overall a good experience. Just some minor misunderstandings regarding the full board as the restaurant was not informed. Everything was sorted out in a acceptable way. Friendly staff and clean room. La habitación y la cama muy amplias, pero la estancia fue horrible. Hacía muchísimo calor y no se podía poner el aire acondicionado. Después de reclamar en recepción me dicen que lo iban a mirar y solucionar en un momento pero no hicieron nada. Tuve que levantarme varias veces durante la noche para ducharme y refrescarme un poco para poder dormir. Como punto positivo, destacar el desayuno, con buena variedad y una gran calidad (zumo de naranja natural, jamón ibérico, etc. )

It is a centrally located hotel and very quiet, gives the feeling of being very organized. Ideal if you need to perform any management or meeting by the Center or pleasure trip.

One of best places in city for a stay with business or leisure trip. Huge rooms, very clean and quite. Close to central area and shopping malls. Variety of breakfest is not impressive, but food is tasty. Very friendly staff. Probably best choice for money in Alicante.

Staff are all friendly, cheerful & helpful. They gave us a very nice room & the location is perfect to Corte Ingles Mall. The parking is very important to us too that's why we always come back. They serve the typical Bread of Calatrava. The pan de Calatrava is a pudding is very dense and typical of the levant, above all, Murcia.

In my previous stay, April/2015, they are advised of the need for, put a handle in the tub area, the probability of leak, is high, with the consequent risk of accident.

A hotel without any nasty surprises, when you come back everything is like the last time, fortunately. Things work, the room is comfortable, clean, the breakfast correct. Ok for the night, near the train station, warm welcome by the reception staff and dining room. All in all a safe bet.

Central and well connected. Rooms, cleanliness, breakfast and staff very satisfactory. Very thankful that the cafeteria is open from the early hours of the morning if you are not interested in the breakfast buffet.

This is an high quality hotel. Everything was perfect. The room is spacious and modern, very confortable. Very good breakfast, staff helpful and polite. We had a welcome drink, well appreciated. The hotel has a parking garage and is in front of a supermarket were you can buy anything you need. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the beach and city center, this is the only little drawback.

If you want a very good experience in Alicante this could be the best choice: center position, 10 minutes away on feet from the city center where the life is and 15 minutes away from the sea! Great staff, great comfort and if you book directly in the official website you can find some good offer (we have the water included in the price! ). In hotel also gym, sauna, solarium, every comfort! Absolutely reccomended!

It was a good stay — but we made a mistake by booking for 14 days. We only needed a week — but we could not get some money retur. And now I have found out, that the hotel have charged me for a further amount after the stay. I have written to the hotel — but I have not heard anything.
