I live opposite sunbay villas and I am tired of the constant noise and parties. I’m a young, outgoing person but this place just takes the piss 😤😤😤

The photos both of booking. Com as Facebook differ quite a bit from reality. The maintenance of the facilities scarce, it is not cheap so that that is not fulfilled that, decoration regulates and cockroaches.

Very spacious and bright. In 3 heights and in the lower one is the car park with direct access.

Quite a hit! The manager who received us was very attentive to us, the Villa was better than we expected, large, bright and with everything you need to spend a few different days… Having a private pool has been the icing on the cake, the peace of mind of being safe right now has been wonderful. Although I keep the possibility they give to be able to carry your pet.

I recommend it and give it a 10 in attention, its beautiful interior and its private pool, I was with my family and we did not miss anything. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staying in no. 44, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Please give the properties some soul. Multiple lights not working, marks on bed spread. Dirty and ripped curtains in master bedroom, and dirty blind in master en suite. Only one sofa in a 3 bed villa?!

I don't come back anymore, the rude enricher doesn't know how to treat people, it must be that retirement is close and everything doesn't matter. Already the day of the delivery of keys was incorrect, when you have to call the tfno that give in case you need something, it is the most rude thing there is, I repeat no more while that person is there. Shame on you.

Amazing villas! Very clean and spacious! Enrique who works on reception is very friendly and was great with our 3 children. Helped us with everything that we needed! Would definitely recommend, we will definitely return in the future ❤️

We stayed in a three bedroom villa with a private pool. The Villa was clean and spacious and the patio nice for sunbathing. The kids loved the private pool. The location is a bit far from the main attractions and the area around the villas is very quiet. A nice place to relax.

Luxury Aparthotel in Costa de Tenerife. From the rooms you will get the sea. Algunoscon Private pool. Tehacen Cleaning three times a week. Exquisite service.

My stay was ruined by a horrible man working in the office. I arrived at Sun Bay Villas ahead of the main party as I was flying from a different airport. As I was on a cycling holiday I had brought my bike with me and was exhausted from the flight and subsequent airport transfer. I went to use the water machine and the guy working at the office completely flipped! Ok, maybe in hindsight I should have asked but I didn't expected a full onslaught! The main issue (apart from the guy being worried about missing his lunch break) was that the villa required the full amount of money upfront before keys being handed over, again if this is policy I have no problem with this. However, I didn't have 650 Euros on me at the time so I could not move my bike or luggage into the villa. The chap gave me no options whatsoever regarding storage or waiting somewhere and was really annoyed that I didn't know when exactly the main party was arriving, my estimation was around 2 hours (1700 approx). Again he mentioned that he closed around 1700 and made it clear there would be no way I could stay in the office during this time. I ended up walking out on him, I don't get riled easily but this guy made me feel so unwelcome and basically told me to get lost, he was angry from the moment I walked into the office. So, I took my bike and case having just wanted to leave there and went to the nearest hotel which was the Fairways Club.

Very nice residence. Quite expensive but Bken maintained. Speak French.

Ziehmlich expensive… have seen better for the price.

Spacious and large villas. In our unfortunately no German TV channels. Somewhat lovelingly furnished. It is great that you have an underground parking space with direct access to the villa. The Villa-owned pool is very small and more suitable for cooling. All villas with pool have no direct sea views, except from the upper balcony. It is also practical that a washing machine is available. 2 full-size bathrooms above plus 1 toilet below make it possible to spend the holiday with up to 6 people without any problems. Above are still 3 bedrooms below the kitchen and the living-dining room.

It is very quiet and with very good staff.

A nice place for vacation, having spent a week in September, I see it too expensive for what it offers. Overall a good experience but there are things that I think are very upgradeable (Internet slow, only 1 pan, spring beds where you go to one side…) But also has its positive sides, 10min from the beach, private garage, private pool apart from the community, port views, much tranquility, barely noises, very large apartment. I recommend it as a B option, I would not return unless you did not find something better.

Great location for the airport, golf and just 20mins from Las America's. Spacious, clean and relatively quiet. Pool not heated and late check-in not ideal if you arrive early with luggage.

HORRIBLE! Never again in this palace! Don’t be fooled from the slow and chatty reception guy or the cheap welcome bubbly… By chance we forgot cash in the room. Since it was the 1st day of our vacation, not a negligible amount. It was immediately stolen. And from this moment you would expect some cooperation from the staff. no. Zero, so make your taught. if you like the thrill and paranoia of hiding and keeping safe all your valuables. It’s your place.

The pictures do not reflect reality, private pool is jacuzzi size both with public one not heated, no decoration at all just bare walls, very noisy we heard all neighbours around. Disappointing.

Beautiful Villa with sea view we could not choose better…

We are looking for tranquillity, individuality in the holiday. We want clean and certain amenities also. We have found everything here and are thrilled.
A small device, directly on the sea, no sandy beach, where sun worshippers in the sand pushing, but very much alone and a trail near the sea. Two golf courses, a left, one right, well kept facilities. No big hotels in the immediate vicinity, but chic villas, townhouses and apartments.
The plant has various villas, some with private pool. For each, there is an underground car park.
The villas and terraced houses show lots of glass and stainless steel. Are simple and decorated. Nothing lovely. Clear shapes and noble materials.
Flat screen — TV, washing machine, dishwasher, everything available.
In the plant itself no animation and no yelling, all soft and relaxed. Gastronomy is a piece away, but walking distance. In the corner is spoken mostly in Spanish and English, there is no "German stronghold".
Shopping is possible nearby, cheaper and with more choice — 5 km into the next village drive and go to Mercadona.
The local Carlos Manager is friendly and takes care of its guests perfectly. He is almost always there. His Office in the Villa is 54. Some arriving guests were not equal this.
We have felt very comfortable and super recovered and be like again to fly.
