Won’t be back. The staff make you feel unwanted. Very slow service. Wee paid too money too be turned to at both restaurants because reception made a mistake on the phone so wee are all inclusive with a 4 year old child and could not eat dinner that night in the hotel so wee had to go elsewhere an pay for our meals. The key cards also fail to work after several times. This is the most expensive room in the hotel. I really do it recommend this hotel it’s is very poorly ran.

Hotel gorgeous banquets is breathtaking everything is beauty especially in the evening illuminated by the turquoise pool.

Fantastic location, the rooms and service was amazing, lots of choice on the breakfast buffet we also had club class and the extras on this were very good especially the early evening tapas and drinks selection, we enjoyed the bali beds and the lower pool area near the beach was my favourite area for a swim, I would definitely recommend and return here again,

An all round great place to stay, can highly recommend.

A really good Hotel, for the third Time, we are here now. Now after the rebuild and that was really great, the food is really great. Also, it is great that there are still the old, or known to us personnel. What is, however, quite expensive, the Parking fee for the hotel guest, that is, it must not be in vain OK but 15 euros per night is simply outrageous. Under ten euros would be acceptable, but 15 is a joke are. This is really the only defects. Otherwise, who the South of Tenerife island as a holiday destination then definitely this Hotel.

Love this hotel so many nooks & crannies the design is a masterpiece. The pool is amazing & a sea view is a must.

We have stayed here twice now, once as a couple and once with the full family of 7. Gorgeous hotel with lovely welcoming staff. Breakfast is lovely in both the club and buffet restaurant and the on sight restaurants do lovely food too. We stayed the second time for 5 days and barely left the hotel the children loved the pools and really liked how spacious the rooms were. It is situated right on the beach front so should you wish to escape the tropical for a while the beach/bars and restaurants are on the door step. Will definitely be visiting again.

Only two things bothered me, beside that everything was ok and without complaint. We had quite a couple of cockroaches in our room. Not exactly what I need on my vacation. And second, the water in the shower had a mind of its own. Even when you set the right temperature it will hit you with a really cold or hot water.

One of the best hotels in Costa Adeje, beautiful gardens, rooms, staff & location. 10min walk to Siam Park & Puerto Colon (watersports). Free parking. Take "The Club" option and enjoy it as a 5 star! Wonderful.

Wonderful place, beautiful territory, great food.

Lack of class and manners. Went there to organize a wedding for 50 people, so needed rooms restaurant and swimming pool. I was welcomed by a black employee yelling at me to move my little scooter from a little corner where it was not bothering anyone. I replied that could do the same job without aggressing future clients. Went inside and talked to someone at the reception that without even telling me to take a seat said to contact directly a web site. 2 stars service! Would not recommend.

Upscale place very close to the ocean. The pool was smaller. Built in a way to look like thatched walls. There was free morning breakfast buffet with many live counters. Lots of tree in the interior. All the restaurants are good. Staffs are very courteous.

The hotel has recently been renovated and it really shows, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The most customer friendly staff I’ve experienced in years. Rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds. The pool has a nice temperature and is super clean. An outside gym, with a great ocean view. Towel service, Bali beds (Club option) and all kinds of lovely area’s where you can sit & relax. Excellent food (the best restaurants in the neighborhood are part of this resort). The Club option is great, besides a separate area outside, it offers a lot of extras (i. E. Coffee/tea with little pasty, all day fruits, drinks, little tapas, and even a happy hour)! I never wanted to leave and have already booked again.

Just stayed a week at this wonderful hotel. It is a beautilful hotel with nice bars and big swimmingpool. The location is very good. It is near the boulevard and near lots of nice and delicious restaurants. The restaurants in the hotel are also very good. The breakfast was delicious also and with lots of choice. The room was very clean, just as the rest of the hotel. Although the hotel got a lot of guest, you would not notice that. Everytime you came back at the hotel it felt like an oase of relaxing. The spa and sportarea are very good too. The staff was always very friendly and try to make you feel like a queen. Although i'm not a morningperson, one member of the breakfast staff always knows how to let me leave the breakfast with a smile. Please give him my compliments (to bad I didn't catch his name, he is 27 and works at the breakfastarea near the pool ;-) ). I definetly will come back to this hotel soon.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. I recommend to stay at Floor 8 if possible, and take Sea View and if you have the cash, the club room. They are bigger and you get some extras, like your own breakfast area which isn’t as crowded.

It's close to the airport.
Lack of illumination in the outside area.
It's a little off the beaten path but not too much.
But the overall rating for this site is very good given the value for money and the atmosphere you breathe and the good treatment of the staff.
The price is a little high.
In addition to having close to several beaches and being crowded but at the same time very quiet.
I recommend this place to everybody.
Ideal for Couples.

Hotel without doubt of extreme beauty, completely renovated recently, with swimming pools and beautiful gardens, great kitchen, full breakfast of every delight.
My judgement of three stars is due I hope only from my negative experience regarding some behavior of the staff unprofessional and for certain points of view offensive to me.
As I arrived they made me the Ceck-in, I went to the room and after 2 minutes I get a room call from the front desk inviting me to go down and settle the room bill, which in reception had not been made (they could also wait for the Ceck-out).
I go out in the evening to dine (I had half board) I finish dinner and I am put on the room bill. Up here all right.
Two days before the Ceck-out I come again called to the room and invite me to go down to settle the dinner bill since in the hotel there is no charge in the room (they could tell me the same evening of the dinner, I did not put it on the room bill). Ok I answer that the ceck-out I would have welded all the extra (the room had already been welded on the same day of arrival).
The day before the departure not having acquitted the famous dinner the staff I disability the key of the room forcing me to go to reception. …
This thing here has been unprofessional and not worthy of a structure like that I would point out that never happened to me before.

Great hotel been many times its just keeps getting better and better the hotel as just a full revamp its immaculate clean the staff are all ways very helpful and the breakfast is just great they caterer for every bodys needs you just can't go wrong great location the pool area and the beech club is really very nice the beech club as its own sea water pool that fresh every day im told its only one on Island it's well worth a visit I im going again very soon its a really lovely hotel.

Dreamlike, wonderful, what more could you say! The Entree alone is wonderfully designed. Then past the tasteful bar into the outdoor area with a view over the dreamlike pool landscape. But not enough is the enchanting garden right by the sea with equally imaginative pools.
An all-round successful hotel!

Very nice hotel but what do you eat there badly… A real scandal the worst is certainly the evening buffet. Pity an effort. I thought that it served the same Popotte only in retirement homes for people with Alzheimer's. No better the pool restaurant refrain. If you have a minimum of palaces go your way. Unfortunately for us the hotel was bought by TUI and the quality only made it disappear. I'm still looking for the nice pictures of dishes seen on Google image… Let's not forget the sea view with the restaurant opposite and its singer who will Bowl our ears all night. Welcomes in French but when the time comes the complaints there are no more people who understands.

We rested at the end of March at the hotel Jardin Tropical. We liked everything, good location, interesting terraces. Pleased with the heated pool, the water is really warm. We took the club room, appreciated and beach rooms and the opportunity during the day to eat and drink in a private setting. Particularly pleased with the administrator Galya Katsukawa key solved all our questions, gave full answers. Very pleased with the knowledge of the Russian language. Sincerely recommend to future visitors to contact her, you will not regret! Good mood after talking with healds is guaranteed!

A superb hotel, well placed by the sea with a beach in front of the casino and some restaurant and glacier excellent and cheap. This hotel has several restaurants. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a great choice of different world cuisine. There are several swimming pool and activated so the excursion…

One of the best hotels in Tenerife. Exquisite tried its employees and large newly refurbished facilities. Place to rest and enjoy the gastronomy.
We'll be back in September.

Recently renovated Hotel, cosy and modern rooms with spectacular views to the sea and La Gomera. Exquisite and varied breakfast served in its Laguna buffet market. We had lunch at their Burger & Crap snack bar from the main pool, delicious pecking, with a great menu of snacks and main courses.
They have an amazing outdoor gym with sea views and state-of-the-art machines, also with free Yoga classes, Aquagym etc…
Many thanks to the staff for their great affection and welcome.

Dream Hotel where we enjoy a weekend of relax!
Spectacular rooms overlooking the sea and the island of La Gomera, the main pool of freshwater and heated to 26 degrees, a luxury in winter.
Its unique beach club rocks in Tenerife with the stunning 60metros pool and ocean water, Balinese beds, hammocks and a 10-Concierge pool service!
We had a romantic dinner at The Rocks restaurant inside the beach Club, a sunset and incredible views to the ocean and the island of La Gomera in the background.

Bar is too bright and reception layout is confused. Do not like the club aspect. However the rooms are good sized, bed is comfy. The breakfasts are the best I have seen ever in a resort hotel. Very well positioned for bars and other eateries too. Trevor.

A different hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plants, gardens, spa, seaside resort, pools with sea view and the island of La Gomera, unforgettable sunsets, restaurant, bars and Shou live. Suit and rooms, with different furnished.

Wow, this is from the hotel! It's super beautiful, classy, modern, clean and I'm on. The view is amazing the pools are multiple, the bars serve very good cocktail and the restaurant is good. In short a little paradise on earth. I would definitely recommend the stay on site.

Good! Work there are and it may not look like me, but it is very nice, the staff is very attentive and helpful, restaurants bariados with letters nothing common and the bufett spectacular I never saw otri like cooking are bar and all distintan in food.

We've been there 10 days! All good, great kitchen, also good service, many stairs and steps, the name of "Jardin Tropicale fits very well, so much green.

High class hotel. Good clean modern rooms. The whole of the hotel has a tropical cultural feel. Good walking area across the coast from the hotel and good boutiques shops cafe bars cocktail bars. Food of a high standard and plentiful with waiter services. Pool area clean with gym aqua aerobics. Entertainment good standard. Live music dancing. Demographic in this location/ hotel possibly averaging 55 largely European. I will visit again! Excellent.

A timeless place, a quiet place of simple but clean rooms… for my memory, with the beautiful weather it is outside that life happens… a beautiful swimming pool, another of "private" sea water along the Promenade… cold but invigorating, on this place not Away a private restaurant where there is the possibility to eat "fish and shellfish" sunset the restaurant is on the Sea pier… the refined cuisine of this Hotel is… Divinely prepared, many desserts, at breakfast there is also a great choice, I remember one morning with "caviar, fish in Gaspatcho with Champagne"… tell you if there is any… Yes for fine gourmets it's perfect! I love it! The walks along the sea are superb and the still many places for a Sangria or other:-D, if you like to eat well you will not be left… beautiful holiday for lovers of the pleasure of taste buds, sun and rest…

Stayed here for 11 nights while visiting the island. Really great and friendly staff, a bit smaller rooms, but the hotel facilities vastly make up for that. The open seaview gym, the perfect swimming pool. Everything is top level.

Great hotel. Class room (must be booked with sea view) Breakfast an absolute dream. Pool area and other offers… Top… Nothing is missing. Restaurants and additional services, however, have price watches. Parking is a bit small and sometimes crowded. Staff absolutely OK.

Overall the hotel is a nice 4star hotel with some room for improvements. The location is good within walking distance of some nice beaches and restaurants. The room was recently renovated so it was looking very sharp and clean. The breakfast is very good and offers a great variaty of options. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel has two pools that are amazing, one is with salty water.

It's been a few years since I go to this hotel but alas it is the last, indeed if the décor, the food and especially the friendliness and professionalism of the staff are at the top, I find unacceptable for a 4 star superior hotel to accept guests While the hotel is under construction (2 out of 4 restaurants open, when we left our room the whole wing was under construction). And all its drawbacks with an increase in price compared to last year.

Unfortunately I can not recommend a holiday here at the moment. It is renovated and is very noisy. My travel agency had booked rooms in the main house we arrived in an outbuilding. In the bathroom stank the drain and the room was also noisy. Our holiday here was not worth the money.
We were not here the first time and were always satisfied but this time absolutely not.
Also other guests were not satisfied.

Looking for winter sun our travel agent suggested this hotel. What a great recommendation. We had not been to Tenerife before and Jardin Tropical is well located on an an established large site close to local attractions. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are well equipped and comfortable. There are a number of bars and restaurants at the hotel although the buffet style dinner is very hard to beat. The staff are very welcoming and helpful while the facilities are also very good. We will certainly come back.

Stayed here for a week in November. Hotel is lovely. It's an old style building with a labyrinth of passageways and levels and alcoves to explore. It also has neat design flourishes you would never see on a new building. It was showing its age in some areas of the floor but the terracotta tiling never got hot and so walking in bare feet was possible even in the middle of the day! Room was spotless, nice modern fixtures / fittings and the shower was great. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We manged to sunbathe most days on the sun terrace which was fantastic, but if you don't get up there, I found the pool area had a few too many trees and umbrellas, so getting a spot for all day sun was tricky. Would definitely come back here again!

This was once an amazing building and hotel. It is undergoing a refurbishment currently but it is too late. They are quite literally painting over the cracks in many places including the whitewashed areas and the old shower units in the beach club area. That said… the service is excellent from the staff especially the reception team inc Valerie K. In particular who was very helpful and a credit to Hotel Jardin Tropical. The setting is superb and views second to none I am sure. The seawater pool is very cold but a welcome retreat from the heat. Rooms are ample. Room cleaning daily and a very good standard. In basic terms it is a tranquil holiday potentially spoilt by late night live singing that finishes at 11pm. This cannot be avoided if you wish for an early night as it is in the outdoor area centre of the Hotel and echoes around the rooms. Not a problem for us but an observation to note. Where we to return to Tenerife then YES we would stay here again.

The hotel is excellent, it has every facility you could possibly need. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help, there are currently on going building works (SEP 2017) however there is almost no noise at all.

The cooks should get a raise, the food is really top. All the staff is great, especially Lu. The hotel is located in the best location, beach promenades and various shopping facilities nearby. The only drop of courage is the ongoing renovation at the upper pool, but for that it is quiet at the bottom pool at the Beach club. If I land again in Tenerife, I will be happy to come back.

Beautiful hotel that deserves 5 stars: the best breakfast of all time, great location, nice pools, large and cozy rooms… Unfortunately we came during the renovations (which were not written anywhere) … and the works were made Feel (all day next to the pool), and see (Our room was with yard view). From a structure of this level I would have at least expected to be informed in advance.

Hotel that stands out for its particular architecture, the curated provisions of the interior spaces are perfectly integrated with the lush vegetation, spaces always different to discover that connect the swimming pools and scenic angles to be enjoyed for a Memorable stay, excellent cuisine and professional staff.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful park/garden immersed in the green of exotic plants and equipped with beautiful and large swimming pools, wonderful that of La Roca with sea water, directly overlooking the sea.
The staff was very helpful A good quiet location for a relaxing stay by the sea.

One of the oldest hotel there in the place, accordingly, also looks the hotel complex. Price + performance did not vote. We will not come back…

My boyfriend and I have had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tropical Jardin. The good: The rooms have recently been renovated and so they're very comfortable and attractive. We were just in a basic room that backed onto the car park, but the balcony was spacious and it was very quiet! The rooms are spacious with lots of storage places, there's a large minibar and a free and easy to use safety deposit box. The bathroom is lovely and the shower is massive, complete with a rain shower head! The amenities of the hotel are good. There's three on site restaurants and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The two pools are very nice and there's wonderful sea views. Location is also great, you're walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants, two beaches are nearby and there's supermarkets and shops literally 2 mins away. The bad: The beds were on wheels and would slide around the room as you got in/out or even just rolled at night to face the other way. This was loud and annoying. The sheet is also annoying, you're supplied with a flat sheet which comes away really easily so you wake up on the mattress! As standard with a lot of holiday resorts, the sun loungers are reserved first thing in the morning and often you don't see anybody sit on them for hours… this is extremely annoying and on more than one occasion we couldn't find anywhere to sit.

Wonderful Archittettonico complex: an oasis of pleasure in the most commercial and exploited coast of the island. Professional service and breakfast galactic, including even of crepe! The salty swimming pool also screams.

Beautiful and scenic Hotel at the same time! (near the facilities) Possibility of access to the different areas: gym, wellness centre, indoor swimming pool at the hotel (freshwater) or outside, accessing through a blot (with salt water).
Excellent also the different thematic evenings proposed as the evening BBQ, dinner in the restaurant typical etc. The weekend well thought for children because in the freshwater pool they mount an inflatable slide!
Suitable for both couples and families!
I highly recommend to try a massage at the external reserved stations (so with a view)

The rooms are cosy and comfortable. Attentive, pleasant and friendly service. It has exceptional views over the Atlantic and La Gomera to the Fund.

I returned to this hotel in August 2015 and will be staying there again (for the 4th time) even in September 2016. The place I like. It is more comfortable to many structures, long walks along the ocean, restaurants and bars on site. Needs a serious renovation because the signs of time are noted well. But all in all for my needs that's fine too. The proof is that I will be back for the 4th time.

The welcome upon arrival was warm and relaxed, we were presented with a glass of wine to sip whilst we were being booked in. The room was spacious and the balcony overlooked the swimming pool area. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want. Fruit, meats, cheeses, fried breakfast, cereal and pancakes and more. An outstanding stay would highly recommend. My only negative is that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Super Hotel. The staff are always friendly. The room is ok from the size and is cleaned every day. Great Pool equipment with a salt water and one heated fresh water Pool. The Breakfast buffet has a very large selection. The port is only a few Walking minutes away.

It is wonderful, with a safety and quality is awesome.

Excellent hotel. Very attentive service. The first room we had was damp — — bed cloths humide as if poorly dried, probably the result of a poor climatisation. We got another room, large, agreable and that without any price change or discussion. Very satisfactory indeed. Music in the bar at evenings agreable. Room service amiable, efficient and precise — — indeed among the best experienced (and we are no more young, have been in many hotels). Breakfast varied and no waiting times to get a table. Added bonus: proximity of 2 restaurant in the hotel precint.

Absolute bargain! Stayed here Dec 2014 and got it for a steal of a price. Ok ok… bit out the way but local bars welcomed us as one of their own. Bus journey to Americas only cost €2 and journey back (which I cant remember) only cost €12. DOWNSIDE… the hotel wanted to clean the room CONSTANTLY ha. Yeah we was a group of 3 lads so they must of thought we was going to trash the place but we tided up after ourselves daily but I guess they was making sure we hadn't trashed it.

It is beautiful and the views are unbeatable, service is good and rooms are complete, comfortable.

Great hotel and great service. Rooms were excellent although the TV was pretty small. Pool was big and clean and the facilities were great. Restaurants were very good. Will be going back at some point.

Stayed here for one week and it was the week of Paradise! Everything, every detail (starting from amazing interior and ending up with the perfect service) is set and well though-through which creates high level of comfort and full-fledged atmosphere for relaxation. I am really grateful to all the staff who made it happen. I will definitely come back here! :)

I stayed there for one week in April with my family (a couple plus 3 teenagers). Was amazing. The staff, the swimming pools … everything was soo good. The hotel used to be a 5 star but is still in a good shape.

For the price and location — excellent.

In early September, the location is one of Tenerife, the hotel Jardin Tropical ten days. In Spain, several times went on the Costa del Sol, once Антлантику in El Puerto de Santa Maria. This time decided vacation times not as long, as usual, did not waste, refuse to long internal trips to places of interest and indulge bathing and sun baths. For these reasons, decided to leave the mainland and fly to the island of Tenerife. The Natalie tour we made a few suggestions, but the wife immediately laid eyes on Jardin. Painfully he reminded her of an Oriental Palace of the old children's film about Aladdin. The hotel is near the town of Costa Adeje, the airport is twenty miles, so that arriving and taking the Luggage, got there in 20 minutes. The hotel is indeed impressive, architects have tried lifted the sugar Moorish tale amid высоченного sky and the sea. Looks cooler than in brochures. Nice room overlooking the beach. Room is spacious, well furnished, TV with Russian channel (but we only upon arrival included), bath solid with any cosmetics, etc. In General, the Euro level, all lived ten days in comfort. In the Jardin Tropical rested for two weeks in late November — early December 2009. This hotel was recommended by our travel agent Olga from VKO Club on the Kursk. A lot of good reviews about it we read before a trip in the Internet. And once there, we weren't disappointed. Hotel is really great and he has justified all our expectations. The merits of the hotel Jardin Tropical many: The original, memorable architecture of the hotel and the landscape of the territory, adorned with palm trees and a waterfall. Cozy rooms, perfect service, very high quality and varied food (lobster, shrimp and other seafood, plenty of fresh fruits, champagne for Breakfast etc). Kitchen in the Jardin Tropical considered one of the best among the hotels in Tenerife. Of the drawbacks include only the absence of an own beach. Therefore, Jardin Tropical is a four-star hotel, though in many ways it is superior to most five-star hotels on the island. Municipal beach to go away not far away, about 10 minutes. But if too lazy to go there, then you can sunbathe and swim in the luxurious pools at the hotel. Hotel Jardin Tropical deserves the highest recommendation and he, perhaps the best in its class in terms of price/quality. And yet, if you have a driver's license, I advise you to take it with you. You need it to rent a car, you can move freely on the amazing island of Tenerife, see lots of interesting and beautiful places, get a lot of impressions and pleasure.

The room was beautiful, light, but we came in late at night, and nine had already run away. They cleaned it every day, it is seen that trying. We had Breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant. Just a wonderful restaurant that La carte, seems to be considered the best on the island, I don't know, but I was very tasty, especially fond of steaks and shrimp grill.
