Fantastic kids club, the energy of the entertainers is brilliant, we’ve just seen the best greatest show man show. Our 8yr old son was captured all the was though. 👍

Superb hotel with excellent food in terms of quality and variety. Exceptionally clean with effective Covid protocols in place. Having stayed in many other **** hotels in the area this is probably the best we have experienced. Recommended without reservation. Well done to everyone in the Bougainville Playa.

Great location. Good food. Helpful staff. There are no ‘full sea view rooms’ despite Jet2’s description. The way the hotel is built means it’s more of a side sea view. The first photo was taken from the edge of the balcony, the other from the room directly out onto the balcony. This is from room 444 which is described as seaview and not side sea view.

Generally clean and food is nice. Slides and pools are brilliant. Steps to slides need a good jet wash as full of mould and very slippery. In fact I don’t think they have cleaned around the pool side since we have been here needs a good jet wash it is sticky to walk on 🤢🤮 Tables don’t seem to be wiped in between different people so there are fresh cutlery but the table has mess on from previous people. The hotel should think more about families for example they don’t have any seats for parents near the slides and the kids mini disco is held on a random bit of grass so parents all stood around whereas at other hotels you can sit with a drink and watch. Silly rules like no floats in the pools even though they are 1.5m deep so our children have been struggling. There are two pools why not make one a family one? No children’s food station at dinner and limited children’s food options generally. Max table size is 4 so if you are a family of 5 or more you will have to start moving chairs etc every meal time. In summary nice hotel but has a way to go to be a great hotel for younger kids. Management need to decide if this is a family hotel or not and if it is they need to better think about the needs of families. Eg. I asked for a step for my 4 year old so he could reach the sink and was told they don’t have any?! 😵 EDIT: I did this review on day 2 just to see if anything would be done about the feedback before the end of the holiday. I can confirm not.

Good I had the pleasure of being 4 days in the hotel in the Presti area of the Hotel a real pass. The very good food varied the service of both cooks and waitresses very Good especially to Leticia and Domingo some amazing people. Amazing pools and the slides for the kids great and not so kids. 100% recommended.

Children are not allowed any inflatables or even a rubber ring as a swimming aid which was very disappointing.
The fresh grilled meat / fish is lovely but the accompaniments are very repetitive. Pizza / pasta / hot dogs for children. Good selection or bread & cheese. Limited drinks / ice cream in the all inc package.
First room was very small but we were grateful for the upgrade. We booked a triple room
With On The Beach but that meant a double with a fold out bed making the room cramped.
Staff doing their beat for COVID safety which I appreciate cannot be easy.
My biggest concern was no secondary lock on the balcony door therefore easily opened by children. When I raised this with the deputy manager I was told that it was only my opinion that it was unsafe.
Good for couples, not great for families.

Wonderful position, spotlessly clean, excellent service. Bedrooms are well fitted and communal rooms very good. The Christmas decorations are tasteful and it is always a pleasure to come back here.

Excellent hotel and the food was superb, huge choice and the chef's cook while you wait. Only quick stuff though. 2 downsides, long trousers needed for dinner at night in the restaurant and we only found out when we got there. Luckily I had gone in jeans so had to wear them every night. The other was the drinks for the evening meal. They were not free and you didn't pay for them until you checked out so watch what you order. We got 1 bottle of water to share every night for 10 nights and it was €22.50. Obviously that will shoot up if you want beer or wine. No Biggie though and I would definitely go back. The pools were great.

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Activities throughout the day cater for all ages and interests, from water aerobics to archery. Breakast buffet is one of the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Would be a 5 star rating if only the air conditioning in the room blew a few degrees colder, but even then this is not enough to make me not want to return.

Really enjoyed the place. Pros: Good and clean room, buch of swimming pools both for grown-ups and babies. Own parking for a car. Excellent food on the menu. Animation for kids. Awesome view. Cons: Noisy karaoke bar across the street. Then someone is smoking on the balcony the smoke easily enters your room. Parking might be crowded, so you need to seek public parking plot nearby.

Very clean establishment. Good quality food with a variety of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool areas with a baby pool, medium pool and bigger pool. The hotel reps were super friendly and always trying to get involved with activities such as water polo and paddleboard yoga. The maids would leave little treats every time they cleaned your room which was a nice touch. I mainly got chocolates or cheese and wine. Would stay again.

Got a freind staying at the hotel at the moment and I was invited to have dinner there last night.
The food was superb and the staff so friendly.
There was a man playing the saxophone and the entertainment staff were dancing in the restaurant. A lovely touch.

Excellent hotel, we have stayed here three times in the last three years. Excellent range of food, helpful and friendly staff. Let down a little on the quality of the cocktails available, we prefer to pay for the at the local bars as my wife tells me are much better. We like to walk along the promenade to the centre of Costa Adje and call for drinks on the way. If you want to takes some local drinks when you go home, try the small shopping centre across the road on the way to the town centre.

Superb room with an amazing view on the 9th floor and opportunity to take beautiful shots. Regarding the wide choice food, many frozen products, in addition the food is often overcooked, what a pity! On the following days the quality of the dishes improved and above all the cooking.
The staff are very courageous, efficient and always smiling.

Think twice since change of manager. Returned in March 2018. Staff are fantastic. Management don't enforce the rules of the hotel. Not nice when people blowing smoke in your face at the pool when it says no smoking. Staff agree but management don't. So won't be back. If you want your kids to smoke then come here.

Elegant hotel in the south of Tenerife, great services, very friendly staff, unbeatable location, first line of sea, excellent shows and live music to dance. Fantastic.

The Star Prestige package made this holiday special. It gives you access to adult only areas, exclusive lounge with good quality snacks, premium spirits, bottled beer, wine. Also includes an upgraded room. It's a big hotel but this makes it a hotel of two halves really. Staff friendly and very accommodating with all requests. Food has been typical of hotels but good quality. Hotel right on the sea front with a promenade between it and the sea, lined with shops and restaurants.

+ The first coastline (however, the beach is urban), delicious and varied breakfasts (starting with champagne, Frash juice, cereal coffee, milkshakes, a variety of cereals, pizza, eggs of various preparations, grilled vegetables, different cheeses, sausages, fruit, Berries etc. ), no queues, useful programs (yoga, exercises, sports games etc. ), there is a casino on Saturdays or Sundays, animation (opera, Spanish dances etc. ), clean rooms, chic view from almost all rooms, quiet, good location.
— Most of the elderly Europeans for 60-70 years (probably 85% of visitors)

The hotel is located directly on the seafront and manages to satisfy individual wishes despite the crowds of tourists. In the dining room for 500 people you will be served and cared for by a very nice and child-loving staff. For the younger guests there is a miniclub with excellent care in the morning and a mini disco in the evening, in which the children practise various dances and dance games with super nice animators (and the doll called Starky).

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is very clean. Breakfast is varied and tasty. I would not like to go there, however, because of saucher making the rooms you do not have too much idea!. Just awful! We wanted a room upstairs in the star prestige (a bit more expensive but more luxurious), but there are not like children?! Outrageously!. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if I liked the staff very much because they were just so nice! Great pity, but more like 2 points are not in there:/

We are elderly sisters who have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in this hotel. Accommodation, food and service were second to none and the hotel was located in a — position which suited elderly people with minor walking difficulties. The highlight of our stay, however, is down to Tracy, the Iberostar Excursions co-ordinator who, at our request, put together a most comprehensive guided tour package which covered all we wanted to see and learn both on land and at sea. She was very knowledgeable and advised us with great professionalism. For this we thank you very much Tracy, and hope one day to come back and do it all again.

Hotel of 500 rooms, beautiful sea view, good organization, breakfast for all tastes, friendly and helpful staff, located on the promenade where many buses pass to move with ease.

Staff is absolutely amazing at the hotel. Very friendly and attentive. What made me score it 4 out of 5 is the fact that hotel tries to make some extra money by not providing free water or hot drinks with evening meal. So you have to pay extra even if you want a glass of water which is ridiculous.

The hotel is far from the facilities and service that one can expect at this high price. All extremely old-fashioned, according to the age of guests. Reception not helpful. Not recommended!

Very large Hotel near the Americas. The food in the buffet is very good. It has all kinds dexactividades. The rooms are very well included the cheapest. It has several pools from which you can see the beach of the Americas.

Just arriving at the hotel, the reception staff will hosts you with all the kindness and attention possible.
Very comfortable the common areas, and you will notice a very good and exclusive quality point in the prestige areas.
As for the food, the buffet is varied, with a lot of staff in Food & Beverage, for anything you fancy in a food story.
The room is very comfortable, with terrace, has a spectacular bed, full bathroom, and other services. Rest assured.

This hotel is fantastically located on the sea front, close to shops bars and nightlife. The food and service are brilliant and the rooms comfortable and very clean. Hard to fault anything, maybe the bar staff could learn a few more cocktails but It's not picking really. Recommended!

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they do enough for you. Food is very varied and plentiful. The main pool although large we found excessively cold and uninviting; there is another but this seemed more for children. The rooms (even if you upgraded to Prestige) are not exceptional the beds we found uncomfortable. Every night at dinner you were greeted by the General Manager (or his deputy) and representatives from the entertainment team, usually there were stalls outside the restaurant selling a variety of items. We will certainly be returning and will recommend this hotel to all and sundry.

Simple Hotel in the south of Tenerife. Okay for tourists with little claims. A relatively inexpensive starting point for activities in Tenerife. The hotel is close to the beach. There are also many restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity.

Next to the ocean. The grounds are great.

At the Reception met at the Highest level, champagne was placed in the rooms of Star Prestige 10 floor view from the balcony of the patres. Then we went to dinner, dinners at Iberostar as always at the highest level. The swirls too, great. The territory is a big two pool. With cool and warm water. The gym, billiards, tennis, playground. Bars are self-sabot. Relaxed as always super. 12.12.2017 to 26.12.2017. Come back here for sure.

Love bouganville been coming here 3 times a year for the the last 14 yrs and have brought our children grandchildren and the last time our great granddaughter and they love it just as much as we do. Such a lovely friendly and fun hotel. X.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean and the pool is very nice. The fitness room is rather poorly equipped. No Olympic dumbbells and in some cases only the device for a part of the muscle group (e. G. Only for the buttocks muscle but not for the anterior thigh muscle). But overall it doesn't bother to 4/5 stars.

Right on the beach, super location to the center, public transport nearby. Great offer in the evening and a super pool! Staff was for the most part really friendly.
However, the food has tasted less. It was a huge buffet, but it was just way too much to choose from, and then the quality exploiting.
Another minus point is that it is always super noisy until 1 o'clock at night, so that you can barely sleep without Oropax. For people who need to get out early in the morning to make a day trip, rather annoying.

Excellent Hotel without reproach, Italian shower in the room, staff smiling on all floors and in all trades, professional and discreet animations in respect of everyone's rest, restoration to the top with gluten-free dishes (for connoisseurs). An establishment where you can go with your eyes closed.

We have just returned from this hotel, our second visit, we had a superb stay. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and all of the staff go out of their way to be helpful and are very friendly. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and the choice and quality of food offered at the buffet style breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a few steps from the beach with it's many bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this hotel again!

A hotel located in San Eugenio, very nice and spacious with its own parking in an area where it is almost impossible to park so it is worth enjoying the. Yes the hotel is very well located in a very touristy area. Very good quality.

Great hotel spotlessly clean, food nice but the breakfast wasn’t great the bacon and sausage are very poor, bacon just mostly fat but I guess you have to expect this when staying in a hotel abroad. Staff all very friendly, Noma especially (I think that’s how you spell it) she was amazing always had a smile on her face and always happy. Rooms nice and modern the only thing I can criticise about the rooms is the floor tiles they were yellow blue and green which kind of took away the modern feeling from the rest of the room but I’m just being picky! Lovely pool, pool party was amazing with the foam would stay here again.

Prestige rooms are excellent. Well equipped and clean. Food is plentiful and a wide selection. Hotel facilities are very good and staff have a very strong customer service. Location is great for shops, beach, bars and restaurants.

This is as they say a 4 star hotel the rooms are very nice and very clean and the staff are very helpful. It is very busy at the poolside so you need to get there early for sun bed. The food is great there is alway something that you like. Their Wi-Fi in not good that only down side but not a big issue for me. All in this is very good hotel.

Wonderful Service, people are very smiling, buffet quality, close to everything, I advise you to buy perfumes and cigarettes, bcp cheaper than with us.

The staff are great, friendly and can't do enough to make your stay a good one. Its so clean and the food is awesome. Always something good to eat. Only downside is that you dont have tea making facilities in the room but dont let that put you off. This place is brilliant. The pool areas are relaxed but with something going on all the time for those that want to join in. Happy days :)

Absolutely amazing I am going again after being their 2 years in a row absolutely fantastic the entertainment is amazing you can never get bored there. There is so much to do and it is near a lot of nice places aka Siam park the best water park in the world. Ricardo was so funny and a really good member of staff the food absolutely fabulous.

The whole hotel is immaculate, The food was amazing excellent choice every meal time, The staff could not do enough for you. We upgraded and stayed in Star Prestige well worth the money. Entertainment day and evening was great.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are warm and welcoming, always saying hello in the corridors and helping you with anything you need. Rooms have recently been refurbished to a very good standard, they are clean and modern. In my opinion the rooms that are sea side or sea view are best during busier times as these are quieter than the rooms facing the opposite way. Costa Adele offers some lovely beaches, one right on the doorstep of the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars nearby so if you do not go half board or all inclusive you will always be able to find something to eat. If you enjoy a lively area then the summer months are for you, if you are after something a bit quieter then the area is nicer at off peak times.

Good hotel on the beautiful island. It is now February, but you can sunbathe and swim. Cool.
But never use the services of a local operator Atlantico. They sit at the reception and sell tours. Twice ordered paid tours. Never went nowhere. Stupidly steal money.

We've been 22-28 December staying at this Hotel, my wife, my son and I. Everything went perfect. The staff is very friendly and professional in the performance of their jobs. Cleaning is excellent and delicious food.
The location is excellent. The facilities of swimming pools, gym, etc are a wonder. I. E. : a 10 out of 10.

Breakfast and dinner at 5! Always have what to choose. Really enjoyed that savory breakfast porridge, for people with diabetes is a huge plus, appreciated when we went with their parents!

99% of the people with whom we met during visits to hotel, come to him, not for the first time, there are people who have been at more than 10 times!
Hotel very sensitively responds to the needs of guests, from which you want to return again and again.

So, the hotel itself is ok but the rooms are very old, there is the premium way, we have included also the upper floors are newly renovated! The food is as far as well but always the same! So only conditionally to recommend.

It must be said that the breakfast buffet and great dinner, 10, and also luxury pools. Somewhat expensive drinks in bar and pool bar but anyway, it is a hotel, you know.  
And as a very negative: the rooms
The outdated bathroom and pretty, style of 20-25 years ago.  
The water would cost you to swallow — is up to a milestone of a 5-year-old boy.  
The bed with wheels;  switches light flush with head in the bed, give you without love; the very old fridge; the windows are unfortunate, bad and nothing insulated noise; missing plugs, just 1 in the bathroom and another next door, no one in the tables or on the desktop (where we charge mobile phones? ) ;
The appearance of the somewhat outdated room is the least, (tables and old desk, outdated bedding and curtains).

Only recommend this hotel if you halojas rooms of high standing area Prestige Star that seems as if are reformed.

A good place. The beach is gorgeous. The beach is 2 minutes, if you go through the gate with 3-storeys. Wonderful breakfasts: you can highlight the pancakes and freshly squeezed juices. The rooms are cosy.
There are no parking spaces in August. The car has to keep pretty far.
There are Russian-speaking staff on reception.

The facilities are not in accordance with the area where this East hotel, noted the lack of parking, friendly staff.

Food zero, just boiled sausages, beacon, sausages, gyrilandia nothing else, not even we had lovely for salads, 2 put the ham in 12 days. Unpleasant treatment, crappy breakfast, all very old hotel. The hotel is very expensive in relation to the service offered. At the hotel there are too many stars. We have nothing positive to comment on it. Hotel to forget.

While the location was good, it was not great — the walk to the beach was a little far. The air-conditioning in our room was terrible, especially given the heat. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.

Total disappointment, bad treatment staff and the food sucks, etc. Etc. Etc.

My husband and I were 7 times, we love everything about him. The staff recognize us when we arrive and are nothing more than friendly and helpful. The rooms need a face lift, but we're not, so it doesn't matter. Food is always plentiful you always find something to eat. The grounds are kept immaculately clean. We have made so many friends from all over the world, back as the same people come year after year. We recommend in the cafe in San Eugenio shopping centre, because you in the Centre (in addition to the Las Dalias are coming).

This hotel does not deserve its **** it should be downgraded to 2 1/2 — 3 stars. We lived at this hotel for 3 nights and decided to move to another hotel, because of the bad facilities, and the bad food. We actually payed for all inclusive. But because of the bad food. We ate in the city instead. We moved to the hotel jacarranda wich I so much nicer but also with 4 stars. By comparing these 2 hotels my conclusion is that bouganwille does not deserve its 4 stars.

I have been to Bouganville Playa hotel two times and now looking forward to go there in two weeks time. I love the location and the facilities on offer. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The entatainment team with their manager Marianno put on excellent performances. The food is good as well. I just love it.
