Lovely place fir price, we upgraded to luxury room pool side for 20 euro a night, nice 15 minute stroll down hill to temple bar etc, 5 euro cab back, will definitely return here.

Beautiful place with amazing views, perfect location for both water parks, food/drink and shopping. Great for all ages and families.

Just a brilliant hotel totally family friendly.

We have stayed many times. The hotel grounds are spotless and well looked after. The apartments are always lovely and cleaned regularly.

Great food at splash bar. Affordable and tasty… place is so quiet it's like heaven.

After standing at reception and being ignored by the concierge for 5 minutes we asked to pay for an upgrade. We were told no. We booked 2x Basic apartments they were noisy, very dirty and badly maintained, cracked tiles, no cutlery, stains all over the outdated furniture filthy, old bath with old shower & shower curtain, scruffy floor and NO air con. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Badly in need of updating. We left after one night and booked into sunset bay club not too far away which was 100% better at a fraction of the price.

Stayed April 2019! Massive rooms in quite clean complex. Staff very helpful and friendly will most deffo be back! Thank you! ✨

Was promised sound proof apartments great I have a child with SEN but no they don't have any. False advertising. Security constantly banging on my door about the noise. Music all night long no chance of sleep from noisy neighbours. Ants and spiders crawling over sofa all they do is sweep them up then they return every night that's where I have to sleep. TV didn't even work. Wi-Fi codes didn't work. Codes to doors didn't work. No onsite supermarket as advertised. No free breakfast as promised. Rudely woken to banging and drilling. Was not informed they had started updating/upgrading some apartments. Every morning was the same woken up by the banging and drilling.

Cheap and cheerful, great place to stay, friendly staff very helpful will call taxis for you etc, surprisingly very quiet of a night for a place this big, well located everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Located in a quiet and quiet area. A water park, bars and restaurants can be found nearby. Well I liked it very much and I recommend to everyone who wants a little peace of mind.

We are having a great time here in Hotel Mali bu Park. The facilities are perfect. Our studio is spotless and is equipped with everything we need. It is very family friendly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great. We would definitely come back again and we will recommend it to friends and family when we return to Ireland.

Friendly staff, great location with fantastic views. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (17/24-09/17), there was an extra bed settee in the living room/kitchen area. It was clean and sufficient for our needs, with a great view from the balcony. We were met by the friendly, informative and efficient Gerardo with complimentary cool water. We explored the area easily from here. We spoke to a lovely couple who owned the apartment next to our accomodation and they told us about a new bus service that stops outside near Aqualand, this was a bonus for our exploring of Fanabe Playa etc. There is a bit of a hill to the town, but we were on holiday with no need to hurry, so it isn't a problem. If your're tired or just dont fancy the walk it's 3.50 euros in a taxi from the bottom to the hotel reception. We got a taxi after a night out but it isn't steep or hard. The pick up for day excursions is also at Aqualand. We went to Jungle Park and Teide National Park (two great days out). The town is great for eating out and every night there is entertainment in virtually every pub, no need to pay in. Just walk, stop for a while have a meal or drink and keep moving or stay if you wish.   Malibu Park has it's own entertainment which is excellent. I particularily enjoyed Soni Farrell and the fantastic entertainment and variety of songs he sang. He also did the afternoon bingo that my wife enjoyed. The Spash Bar has a family friendly entertainment policy where the music stops at 10pm.

Had a fantastic holiday, friendly staff, very clean, maids in everyday. Well worth for what we paid.

Stayed here last year with partner booked straight back up and back again in june with partner and kids. Lovely place. Rooms. Staff. Cant fault it. Brilliant food aswel from the bar.

Apartment is wonderfully decorated and fully equipped. Worth pointing out our apartment was a privately owned one and not part of the complex hence decorated to higher standards.

Place is untidy, dirty and full of cocrouch. The pool is nice but the reseption is not helpful at all. Wifi is terrible and prices are extreemly high. I wouldn't go back to Malibu Park Hotel not even for free.

Rooms unclean. Made to move rooms during holiday. Facilities closed part way through holiday. Cleaners don't clean the rooms.

This this are 2nd time here at the hotel. There one or two things disappointed in there seem to be photos up of new bits that have been done to hotel but that is not the case pool still very cold and there in no new restaurant. Like it says on the Internet page. And maybe rooms could do with up date and the new lock number to get in not very good the keys was the best way I think.

Well done, well cared for, lacks an air-conditioned pool.

12 years in Tenerife allways end back at Malibu stayed 4 timed over years. Refurbishment comeing on! very clean in relaxing. Hear just now and enjoing every minute! great views of teide x.

A great 3 star place, towels and rooms cleaned every day, pool bar is very reasonable priced, if your looking for a self-catering place to stay that is cheap and cheerful this is it, only negative is you have to shower quick, they only have a small water tank.

Absalutly brilliant place and pool and pool bar spot on couldn't ask for anything better.

Very happy with my stay in here. Room cleaned everyday. I had refurbished room. Wifi excellent. Cant understand some people complaining about hill. Go to laguna park 2 and you will see the hill. Mercadona 5 minute walk.

Came to this hotel on 15.10.17 for a weeks stay and loved it. My room was very clean and had all the things you'd expect for your stay. The cleaners came everyday to replace your towels and take rubbish and all the staff both in reception and around the hotel were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was also surprised by the aftercare you received. I needed to be out of my room by noon and my transfer wasn't due till 3.19pm but I was offered (for free) full use of all the hotel facilities, somewhere to store my bags and a shower room to freshen up before my flight if I needed to. They also have a lovely pool with a pool bar that served food and was open until midnight so it's great if you prefer to spend your days/evenings at the hotel. If not, then the beach, clubs and bars and entertainment were only a few minutes away. Bonus is the weather is great in October too. An average of 25 degrees while I was there. Stayed here before so booking again was an easy choice however this time we went for the luxury suite and I have to say I was rather dissatisfied with the "luxury " we did not have a bin for any rubbish, the fridge was tiny useless really there was no hob to cook on so be careful I you think you are getting a better room than the standard apartment you really are NOT! I stayed here in 2015 in a standard room that had a proper fridge freezer bin etc. Another annoying thing is the rooms don't have air con so they get really hot even leaving doors and windows open through the night does not help. I would say though that if you are looking for something cheap and clean then this is the place.

Staff very helpful and friendley. Pool very clean and tidy and although apartments are basic still can't find fault. Lovely place.

Location spot on not far from airport so good for transfers. Apartment lovely with sea view. Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment good and food outstanding.

Great apartments. Had a studio fully air conditioned. New toilets. Fresh towels linen all kitchen appliances. Balcony more than I expected!

Stayed here back in July and also stayed here last year and now have booked back to go back next year. This place offers just about everything. The staff are lovely and friendly always helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and modern and we had fresh bedding and towels daily. The splash bar was welcoming a new owner who instantly starting to make changes even in the first few days of being there. Put computer consoles in for children, karaoke for adults and the bar staff are lovely with the food being very good for money. The pool was always clean and there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. Good destination if your looking for a quiet night in away from the rowdiness but also only 5 short minutes in a taxi to main town if that is your thing. But only a 5 minute walk down to local bars and restaurant. Can't wait to get back.

Malibu park is a lovely relaxing place with friendly people. And lots to do. The staff at Malibu park and the splash bar beside the Beautiful new pool and some of the best on the island. I would recommend it to anyone. Weather it be a holiday with mates or just a break with the family this place is for you.
