Hotel is becoming busier but still great service by all the staff, from the chambermaids to the restaurant staff nothing is too much for them. The only problem we have is they move the entertainment outside during the summer months and so will hear it wether you want to or not. We didn't want to hear it, told reception and they changed our room. We are already looking to come back just earlier or later in the year to avoid the open air concerts. :)

Very nice peaceful and friendly place. Foods not bad either.

Still here at los gigantes. Hotel superb, food amazing, rooms big with really comfy beds. Staff and tui reps really friendly and helpful. I will definately return to this wonderful hotel.

We have been here four times in the past few years and seen some refurbishment in that time, when we arrived this time they were still painting some balconies and I think all the rooms are now refurbished. Around the beautiful pool all the sun loungers and parasols are new. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately we had lots of cloudy days in our weeks stay as reflected in my photos but our stay was still most enjoyable.

Hotel facilities good. Food a bit bland. "A la carte" restaurant actually not that at all; no choices and same menu through the whole fortnight we were there. Coffee worst I've had in a hotel. Staff were generally pleasant and hard-working especially in poolside restaurant.

Beautiful Island.

Good location, food reasonable, shops/ bars near at hand. It is a hilly area and a bit breezy. Have enjoyed hotel as had sea few balcony, spectacular!

Be sure to take a car and climb into the mountains (driving experience should be! ) especially the village mask. But it's not for the faint of heart! Beach, black sand, the rest of the beaches along the coast between the rocks and when the waves do not swim. (were in late January, really wanted to plunge into the ocean but did not venture out of the wind. Flew Na3 day car took at the airport there and left the keys under the mat, called, told the room in the underground parking and everything!? Gasoline was less than 1evro per liter.

Beautiful place, everything is impeccable and the kitchen a delight Bravo to the chef.

They have made a magnificent, simple and elegant reform. The staff of the hotel are very friendly. Unbeatable views.

We have been to this hotel twice and each time has been great. We can't really find fault with this hotel. The food choice is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful.

Very nice if you want a relaxing holiday lazing at the pool. Good food and wine. Not much to do outside the hotel unless you are willing to travel.

Not really a hotel for young newly weds. There was a miscommunication between tui and the hotel so we didn't get a sea view room. No possibility of paying extra for this. The hotel is well catered for senior citizens being quiet and having a 60's bar in walking distance. If you want to eat on the terrace pictured you have to book this (again — we were told this isn't possible as it's fully booked for the whole week) There really isn't anything worth mentioning nearby, you will have to book excursions to get away from here. The beach is a ten min walk down the road so not too bad in that aspect although it's small and crowded. The rooms are no better than a premier Inn — the beds you could bounce a coin off, not very comfortable. Selection of food at the buffet is pretty weak for a 4* hotel. Hotel is clean however. Shower leaked into the bathroom which was a bit dangerous for my pregnant wife. Simply no wow factor and nothing done for our honeymoon — overall a disappointment.

Great location and wide range of food options. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere with half board where all-inclusive is an option; no wristbands! We hired a car to explore Tenerife. Our room was mountain view with great views of the cliffs and the port & beach from the balcony. We enjoyed record high temperatures for the end of October. The sunsets were limited at this time of year as La Gomera was in the way.

Great hotel in a beautiful location. Sea view rooms are a must to truely enjoy the scenery and daily sunsets (see photos). Rooms are otherwise large, spacious and modern. Two swimming pools — one sea water (see photo) — would had loved it if it was warmed. A good gym available for those keen on a workout but again some equipment not working which is why the hotel doesn't get 5 stars. Staff are friendly and generally attentive to one's needs. Food was another reason the hotel just falls short of 5 stars. I might be a bit harsh as it is a 4 star hotel but still falls short with other similarly rated hotels I've stayed at as the buffet options are limited and quality apart from the show/fresh cooking area are bland and flavorless. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone keen on a restful break with stunning views.

It is a nice, friendly four star hotel in a beautiful location and currently undergoing refurbishment of bathrooms. Unfortunately, standards appear to be slipping in favour of a more commercial driven approach — far less choice in the buffet restaurant, spillages etc. Not cleaned up immediately — small things, but suggestive of wider issues.

Great staff, nice and easy going. Rooms very comy. Food great. Wifi a bit hit and miss. No free tea & coffee during the day unless in your room. Pool very clean not overcrowded. Overall a great hotel for a holiday. We will be back for more.

That was our first time in Tenerife and we were really impressed. The hotel was lovely, really clean and tidy as well as the room. We had a great time, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was really good (I am normally quite fussy…) and the view from the room, pools and restaurants was amazing! We will definitely recommend it and probably go back there at some point. The activities were really good and the trips we did through the Thomson Rep were fantastic. Everything is well organized and you don't have to worry about anything. Very relaxing holiday!

Love this hotel. The surroundings are picturesque whilst the rooms are comfortable and provide ample room without being too big. The pool area is great for a relaxing day. The entertainment team offer a wide selection of activities without being forceful about participation. The restaurant is one reason why we are now here for our second visit. There is always a variety of delicious food options which are cooked with flavour. The dessert section is a definite highlight to every meal. The staff here go above and beyond and will always aim to provide the best possible service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's our third visit to to this hotel, we really like it here. The standard of accommodation is really good. Our rooms have always been impeccable and the views from the room's balcony is superb. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and varied, the swimming pool good and bars relaxing. There are many activities in the hotel. Local shops, bars and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The harbour is not too far for an interesting walk where shops and restaurants can be found. Highly recommended if you want a good value, on the quieter side, holiday in a really nice hotel.

Just gorgeous… we went in September last year for a wedding… and shortly we'll repeat!

I'm having a fabulous time here; the room is spacious, light and airy, and kept beautifully clean, with great water pressure in the shower. The view of the cliffs and out to sea I'd stunning, and the staff have bent over backwards to ensure that my stay is just wonderful. There are ample loungers available around the pool and the gardens are fabulously maintained. The local village has plenty of places to eat and drink as well as pick up holiday supplies, without being too bawdy or overbearingly touristy. The beach in Los Gigantes is very small, with black volcanic sands and an undesirable bathroom, but there is enough to do that this won't be a problem.

Facilities and spectacular views. Good treatment and a very pricey, although the cocktails are made with ice without chopping. Good thing they're cheap.

Above all, by its location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is not only for foreigners, (as they say in a review) I am Spanish and is not the first time that I come.

Service, food, drink and staff are wonderful. Could be cleaner in rooms and in food court with plates ect.

Pictures on the website make the hotel look a lot nicer than it is. Our room was "newly refurbished" but still out dated, air con was terrible and barely cooled us down, beds were very uncomfortable. The lobby, restaurants and pool area were very nice and looked new, the lobby especially is very welcoming. Food selection was varied, we were unable to try out the second restaurant. It's nice not having lots of children around, however there is a hotel next door with a water park so can hear lots of children there.

Very good 4 star hotel which enjoys great mountain views of Los Gigantes. From some rooms you can see over the mountains the ocean. Located very close to the beautiful beaches and is definitely a good starting point to visit different places. Is located in a quiet area, there are few locations that hold open late, so it's a great place to relax. The hotel offers all the services of a 4 star hotel. Great food, you don't expect the pasta, but overall the food is definitely valid. The only flaw is missing the bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is geared mainly for German and English clients but is also some Spanish and Italian.

A hotel is only for foreign, not for spain. The food is very good and the room quite comfortable. Very quiet.

Lovely views, room was comfortable, staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very nice sound diffusion all over the bar area. Entertainment team was swell. Buffet dinner was one of the best I had so far.

Super Hotel, I lived there for about 4 weeks. Great staff, good food, nice room. Super Service. I think this was one of my best vacations. Highly recommended!

Nice Hotel with two swimming pool areas. Service events are aimed at English speaking tourists. The port offers a variety of Charter options.
