A nice hotel, a bit old; the inventory could be replaced, especially the beds, the staff mega nice and friendly.
Centrally located and also the rooftop pool is nice.
On the food (buffet) you can still work, it is very monotonous and the fish that is freshly prepared has unfortunately always died 7 times…
But overall, an unbeatable price/performance ratio.

Nice clean and welcoming hotel. The food was fresh, varied and offered food for everyone. The male waiters were very very kind, helpful and patient. Unfortunately the only female waitress wasn't, she was rude, snotty, arrogant and not in the least helpful. Shame really. Overall I would recommend this hotel and spend my holiday there again. Had a fantastic christmas 2021 at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Bar is well stocked. Only complaint I have was we asked for a double bed but ended up with 2 singles pushed together. This is NOT a double bed so was a bit uncomfortable but apart from that nothing to complain about.

It's a very nice place a little quiet but that's just what I want. It is very clean with a rooftop pool. The rooms are very nice with a kitchenette. Kettle and coffee maker and fridge and 2 ring hob. Food is good too.

The comments read in some forum, led us to choose it as a hotel, after 11 days of lodging, all has been correct, especially the attention of all the staff, always with a smile and great professionalism, make you feel part of the hotel, if I return to Tenerife will undoubtedly be with them, say to the address that mime and take care of their employees, q do not change ever as q are 10… And is not as common to find a site with that familiarity…

Ok hotel, a little worn-down. The kitchen (in our room) was not very well equipped. But the view was nice, since we were on the Teide side of the hotel. To answer the question from the hotel: The kitchen was just poorly equipped with everything, knives, forks etc. But also there was no way to wash up, no soap or brushes. We ended up using disposable plates and cutlery, which I hate using, because of the polution.

The place super quiet and comfortable, and the maid of flats pillar a charm of person. I decorated the anniversary room and it was beautiful.

Great hotel. Can not, unfortunately, no or almost not German. The food didn't taste so much to me personally either. The rooms were top and cozy. Everything was clean and service was good if you could communicate.

Absolutely nice people and delicious food, for the 5th star you would have to make some cosmetic Ausbessetungen, but price performance ratio is great.

Recommended tourist hotel for people who want to be on the road the day. People who have peace and want to spend the day at the pool are wrong here by the city location alone. Rooms are spacious and equipped with TV, cooker, fridge and coffee maker. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant hinterläst a ambivalent impression. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. On the other hand, the supper is unfortunately a bit uneventful and monotonous. Some of the hot dishes are cold. Those who did not include it in the travel price can do without and explore the gastronomy in the area.

Lovely pool in the roof. Very comfortable lounge and bar, dancing to live music every night. Buffet good value. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Dislikes — room decor. Very yellow and blue. Staff very professional and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Own facilities of a small hotel. Well located and with what you need to spend a few days of vacation. Just one suggestion, If you want to offer specific menu for food allergies and celiacs (sure you remember we were 3) I encourage you to contact some Celiac Association in order to improve. Still, they tried to help and make our food the best they could.

I put 4 for the service and kindness of the staff.

Very small bathroom, food is quite ok but not lovingly prepared. Unfortunately, the vegetables are always tea light and meat and fish have died several deaths. Too bad with little effort you could change a lot. In contrast to the kitchen, the operators are very friendly and attentive.

The flagship of this hotel is the staff. Always friendly and helpful. It even thought of my wife's birthday. The cleanliness in the room was superficially OK, the view to the corners, well. The bed was provided with a continuous mattress which is very nice at first but the hardness of the mattress could have been higher. The room was one of the smallest we've ever had in the Canaries. The German television programme was represented in sufficient numbers.
For breakfast you don't have to say much anymore, since other guests have already left out extensively. Yes, there are better breakfast buffets but usually also at a higher price. In any case, the typical machine juice was available as well as the domestic coffee. Scrambled eggs could be made if the cooking mind was what you wanted and he was interested. This was unfortunately not always the case, but fried eggs were constantly present. Anyway, we were fed up.
What is rare in Puerto de la Cruz are free parking spaces. However, we have always found them quite easily near the Noelia Playa. The city centre of Puerto de la Cruz is very well within walking distance.
We did not use the pool, the weather was not suitable for this December.

First I say that the hotel is objectively priced on the 2.5-3 stars out of 5, I put 1 star to lower the total average that places the liking of this hotel to almost 4 out of 5 stars.
The receptionist are very friendly and personally I recognize them very much about it.
The hotel itself (hallways, rooms and especially the smell of both) is a little outdated (as the average age of the clientele within more or less).
The meals are rich in quantity but poor for quality, with regard to an Italian palate; In fact you will hardly find positive evaluations from Italians.
We were a family of 5 and nobody liked it, so much so that we often went to eat in some local downtown.
Another positive note besides the reception is the location as you can walk to both Playa Jardin and the center of Puerto de la Cruz; It is also close to the bus stop.
On the roof there is a nice unheated pool with grassy carpeting.
As for the service of the rooms I did not understand why they give you towels and soaps counted and, even less than that, I did not understand why the Sundays were not cleaned and ordered the rooms (of course we were 2 days with the same towels).
From what I understand on Sundays is the maid's day off and then you stick to the tram.

Very familiar and close. To be a 3 keys this very well. Very Central, Beach and Parrot Park to walk. Very good staff.

The Buffet was very bad. Only for foreigners. Not worth the breakfast unless you are German or English. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Great Location for the Beach (Playa Jardin), and close to the town center. Parking can be a bit tricky, if you have a rental car. Food was pretty good, same for the room. It's a little tired, but the staff are excellent. I've stayed here twice and would again.

If you only want to stay overnight and get up in the morning in time, you are well advised here. Right at the bus station, a thoroughfare and a sports hall. Breakfast is €6 cheap for me.

We were late arriving at hotel so missed evening meal, but they organised us room service which we diddnt ask for at no extra charge. Luvly meal, bread, water and fresh fruit. Room is luvly and clean with all that you need, and I did contact hotel in advance for room with a view and they did just that. Staff are very nice and friendly, ther is also a mini market! Food up to now has been great plenty to choose from, and the chefs see to. All your needs. Pool area is great very clean, only thing no bar! If u like to take to the dance floor there is live music everynight. Lovely friendly Hotel.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were very clean every day. Breakfast included in the room was good and the pool facilities on the room were good.

We arrived in tenerife to a hotel that just really wasn't up to it and searched for a change. We landed in a hotel with the Noelia that is completely the opposite. Great hotel. Very clean, very friendly very nice. The pool area is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. My only negative is the view from the room and the noise from the road but that's what you get staying in a town as opposed to a beach hotel. This is a great place.

Middle class hotel for the price for a three star hotel is suitable. The hotel is very close to the beach.

Very good location, close to beach and also to the city centre. Room is big and spacious with good facilities. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Spent 12 days here with the Mr, he's hard to please, but both of us were impressed with our room, which included an absolutely massive bed, small kitchenette, balcony, and bathroom with over the bath shower. Kitchen contained fridge, pots and pans, kettle, coffee maker and crockery and cutlery.
We had a view of the sea from the balcony and morning sun, which to us is better as the room doesn't get to hot.
Staff were fantastic, couldn't fault them in any way.
Wi-Fi in downstairs lounge only, but plenty of space and sockets if needed.
Entertainment not to our liking but we don't go away for that, so it didn't detract from the holiday.
We stayed B&B, breakfast was OK, fruit, yoghurt, plenty of different breads, cheeses, hams, muffins, fruit juices, coffee, and a varied range of teas, and hot choices. We opted to stay at the hotel for evening meals twice, again, a very wide range, something to suit everyone, and at €10.50 PP, very reasonably priced. Both are self service buffets.

NIce rooms, clean areas, food ok, but poor breakfasts. Very nice service and good location. TIP: Ask for room at high levels (6 or 5) as otherwise You can have view at Parking building…

Good hotel with good service. The advantage is the pool on the roof — where you can enjoy the sun for about an hour longer than any hotel with the pool downstairs. The sun goes down after 4pm (winter time) and when there is already a shade downstairs you can still enjoy the day light and sun on the roof. But there is no allocated parking, so you have to find a parking space somewhere on the road which might be tough.

The chain to which belongs is synonymous of quality in Tenerife, and this hotel not is is behind their brothers of the area south of the island.
Frequented by customers of age advanced, has a very good entertainment for them by the nights, with music and dances.

The best, the staff, especially in reception and in the pool.
Pretty good buffer with live cooking. They are changing daily menu, above all the dinner. (Drinks only during breakfast).

I stayed 1 week and repeat without hesitation.
Is quite close to the station of guaguas (bus) from the Puerto de la Cruz, with direct connection to the airport of los Rodeos.

Not the most modern place, but good value for money. People are very friendly but not always very fluent in English. Very good location. Beach and city centre are very close.

The hotel is 3 star, as is customary in Spain, expect not so German standard. We were between The 22 07 u. The 09th 08th 2013 there. We were still very much to peace. We had a Studio, which was ideal for three people. In the pantry, kitchen there was everything you need. It looks there really like in the photos. The staff is nice, friendly and above all suitable for children. Complaints about loud neighbors are addressed immediately, but must expect until about 0:30 h, but acceptable with some noise from the neighbouring hotel, it adheres in the frame. The food is diverse and common for this hotel category, you will find always something tastes one. Making fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes, fish and meat, cooks, is particularly noteworthy in the morning and evening. The rooftop pool is great and also clean, the swimming hours are stupid, sometimes swimming, don't want playground was like later so after 18 h. Gibts unfortunately, lack of space around the hotel. But there is a room with billiards, Foosball, and air hockey and 7 year old boy that is also fun. For whom it is important, there are two Internet stations and free Wi-Fi access is to use only in the lobby. Below in the entrance area there is a mini market — very handy. In short order, we can recommend the hotel.

The Noelia Playa is a 3 star hotel, about 5-7 minutes walk to the beaches, 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre of Puerto de la Cruz, 20 minutes ' walk from Loro Park is situated. Car rental, where a car you can rent is for about 20 euros a day is just opposite or at the hotel itself, it is sometimes difficult to find parking around the hotel however.
The rooms are very spacious and have a large balcony, and a tube — TV. From the kitchen, we have used only the refrigerator because we had booked half board. The rooms are air conditioned (switched off or levels 1 and 2), but failed the air conditioning for 4 days at a time with us. Since bath is something tight and come in the years, but all clean.
The pool is on the roof, there is a beautiful view. From about 7: 00 is completed here, however, so that one can no longer on the roof.
The breakfast was good, could have been but varied. There is a barbecue station with fried eggs, bacon and pancakes, as well as a buffet.
The dinner was varied, also here the barbecue station with a variety of fish and a meat type in operation. It tasted very good us, drinks cost 20 euros (10 x 1, 20 euros) with a coupon booklet 1.
Unfortunately the dishwasher seems in the hotel somewhat in the years to come, sometimes you must seek clean dishes, because even dried residue from glue. Here it will be not too meticulous, then it tastes good too.

The apartment is very large and the cleaning is pretty good.
The only thing is open to criticism of the Hotel is its open buffet breakfast which leaves much to be desired.
Without breakfast he would return.
