Stayed for I believe is the 5th time at la Laguna gran, was in a standard room and we came across a small leak and we were moved in less than 10 mins and was put into a superior room. An amazing classical cañarían feel room with living room very large bathroom and amazing bedroom!
The service and staff are outstanding and we will even consider our wedding at this hotel.

The hotel is a charming place, small and cozy with touches very elegant, it is beautiful wherever you look … to part your cuisine is simply spectacular and grateful for attention that we have had by the Maître and the chef such a special day that was the day of our wedding guests very happy just like us and have a store of fine wines @elgustoporelvino many thanks.

DISHONEST! Staff very unprofessional : we booked our room via Booking. Com and the hotel never informed us nor by email or face-to-face that the price actually INCLUDED a gala dinner for 2. At the check-in, no one informed us either so we never went to that gala dinner. The info only appeared clearly only once at the check-out. So we paid 300€ for a dinner we never had! This probelm happened to many other customers too. We found out when we were complaining as other customers doing their check-out realized that they paid for a dinner they never had either.
The staff and their manager showed their bad faith. Awful customer experience! Double room with 2 separated beds on WHEELS and not attached to each other so I fell hard in the middle many times. Why having 2 separated beds on wheels in double rooms?! We were not the only ones to pointing that nonsense. We informed the reception of many issues in our room (safe door blocking the closet door so unable to use any of them, no shower gel and shampoo, etc) and nothing had been done. At the check-in, the receptionist encouraged us to use the pool and the jacuzzi… which are actually unusable as they are freezing cold. Reception, restaurant, lobby are very nice decorated but the rooms and bathroom are very basic and really getting old.

It is a hotel with taste and elegance, we've been delighted by all the family that we have been I don't have any But. It has everything to the last detail, and service is better. Keep it 100% recommend.

A place with very good experience and charm… between the old and the modern two styles that generate atmospheres and spaces of total luxury.

A boutique hotel in the you feel care. They have a few facilities that you can not put paste any. The cafeteria is super nice and the food is very good. The pool is huge and the views are spectacular! If you could heat the water, as it would be perfect! We traveled with a small child and we have since facilities without problem. In truth, it is 100% recommended!

Very beautiful hotel, both the decor as the design. The entrance hall is a nice patio and green where it is good to have a glass of wine, and the servers are charming. At the reception they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Only downside, the staff room : they forget to put toilet paper or to renew the missing products, such as coffee or herbal teas… The glasses or cups are not always cleaned up. But the bedding is fantastic and the bathroom is superb with bath and shower and bidet + magnifying mirror and hair dryer. Not forgetting the bathrobes and slippers. We had a Suite and the living room is very comfortable. We were on the highway so no nice view, but the sound insulation is very good. Another important detail, the public car parks are free of charge and, at night, there is always room. It is more difficult the day… in Short, if we were to return to La Laguna, we would choose this hotel. Excellent stay. Thank you.

My wife and I enjoyed very much our stay in this wonderful hotel. Ideal for a romantic getaway, with one bedroom modern and comfortable, the breakfast spectacular and a bar-restaurant with a letter innovative. We will return without doubt.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything looks very new! As if the interior was recently renewed. We didn't use the hotel parking because there's a public parking in the next block. The room was very clean and spacious and the food from the restaurant was very tasty! Friendly staff as well. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Ideal location, has parking (own payment and one public side), this well situated, decor excellent, good facilities, friendly and attentive staff and very good breakfast. The restaurant is not what I tried but had a good pint. 100%recommended.

Pretty much the best hotel in la laguna. Worth giving it a try.

Wonderful hotel. Exquisite decoration, ambience and staff. We couldn’t have enjoyed more our stay. Restaurant with inner patio to have your breakfast or other meals, amazing hall where you can sit and relax while having a drink from the bar. They also count on a wine cellar and a Michelin Star restaurant next to the hotel. On the top floor there is a swimming and a solarium and a very well equipped gym. The location is great, quite near from the main streets but in a very quiet area. There is underground parking and next to the hotel there is also an overground parking area. We will surely repeat.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Good choice to enjoy a wine or just a coffee in the lobby.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is a boutique style. Service was exceptional! Rooms very spacious. Gym has every thing you need to get a good workout. It was too cold to use the pool. Breakfast had great selections. Except the eggs the scrambled and fried were cold : ( The bar and lobby are are very busy but it has a great vibe and a fantastic selection of wines and cocktails. The parking is tricky you can pay at the hotel 9€ a day or you can try the free lot behind the hotel and to the right. There's a guy who works the lot and helps you find a spot. He's great a bit scruffy but do know that he expects a tip when he parks you. A euro will do. If your nice to him he'll remember you and look after you! Always be kind! XO.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great; modern, clean and most importantly had a big comfortable bed! The reception staff were very helpful and polite.
Only complaint I have is that the breakfast staff were very stressed and as a result they were quite abrupt with any guests who were waiting for a clean table. Also, the buffet wasn't replenished often enough for the amount people and a lot of time was spent standing round waiting. Maybe an extra person is needed on a weekend to help to keep things running smoothly.

We had a problem with the reservation that was all my fault. When we contacted the hotel they sorted it out to our satisfaction. We only spent one night but it was a lovely stay and we will definitely return. The foyer is based on the original old atrium and has a glass roof. The rooms are modern and well sized. Excellent underground parking and a nice bar off the foyer. All the staff we had dealings with were both polite and professional.

Today we enjoyed a great brunch, the magnificent décor and the absolute calm of this hotel. The brunch very complete, without skimping on quantities, and with quality products… recommended 100%
