Incredible vacation, stayed in Red Level for adults only. Pool was perfect. Room was great and more importantly quiet. Free breakfast included was good, free light snacks in the afternoon, and perhaps the best of all, open bar happy hour in the evening for an hour which included a variety of small snacks along with the drinks. Service was friendly and always helpful. Free water when you needed it too which is underated! Would visit again in a heartbeat.

One of my best experiences. The staff was very attentive at all times and the service was impeccable. The room was luxurious, very attention to detail. Very good food and quality. We'll repeat for sure.

Amazing stay. The resort is beautiful, with great pools and wonderful breach and natural pools. The service of the staff is warm and welcoming. The restaurant in the resort are quite expensive, but the food is very high quality. The red level worth every penny with their own pool, restaurants and of course the open bar every day between 6 to 7 p. M. The resorts site offers better deals than booking. We ordered our stay from their site and even got free 20 euros aday to spand in the hotel. Overall highly recommended.

Tremendous (although we were at the Red Level area of the resort). Staff are absolutely first class across the resort, the facilities are superb, and there is plenty of choice of quality food.

The hotel complex of the Red Level Gran Melia Palacio de Isora is architecturally really successful and actually also maintained. The staff is mostly friendly but totally overwhelmed.
Unfortunately, we do not think of more positive at the moment. We had been given a downstairs room overlooking the gardens. The room was already very busy and not particularly clean. All rooms are equipped with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, minibar, Nesspresso vending machine, plasma TV, alarm clock and a high-quality phone. Holding handles for older people are not present in the sanitary facilities. During the first use of the Nesspresso machine, we exchanged the water present in the vending machine for bottled drinking water. After we opened the cupboard where the cups, glasses and Nesspresso capsules are kept, a disgusting indefinable bitter smell came to us. The cups could not be used without rinsing beforehand.
After that, we also no longer used the machine and were able to determine, based on the filling height of the water, that in 14 days not even the water was replaced. After the first use of the bidet, the toilet system was flooded due to a leakage on the pipe. However, the error was immediately rectified. On the second day, a horde of small ants made its way over my suitcase. After reporting, we were offered a basic cleaning or other room on a higher floor.

Staff were the highlight. Only problem was availability in the restaurants.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was a red level room sea side balcony with whirlpool. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. I assume that all the rooms in the hotel have a very good ambiance. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. The large pool in the general area is mega. The restaurants are imaginative and very well decorated by the ambiance. Despite the size of the hotel, you don't feel like you're in a crowd. We are off the island and find Alkala with the most beautiful. It is not so touristy and only a 5 minute walk there are nice restaurants simple but very good food. Two no markets for shopping and in the town centre there is a supermarket with all the tapas — bars. Despite adult only we would claim the hotel is suitable even for children.

High Standard Hotel. Impeccable whether it is for reception, cleanliness. View has cut the breath. Located between the mountains and the sea.

From passing to Tenerife South I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wasn't for us. We stayed in the red level which was described as a boutique hotel but this wasn't the case at all. We wanted peace and quiet but found it to be quite noisy as there are so many people around. The restaurants we ok… quality should have been much higher in my opinion. The gym equipment is very very old and needs replacing. Also the space it's in is not very inspiring! Spa was not great. No music was playing while I had my treatments and no dimmed lights. The grounds are very well kept and the non red level breakfast was excellent. But all in all I was sold a different holiday to the one I got. Would be more suitable for people with kids.

Impressive! Luxury in all its splendor! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They think of everything before you can imagine it.
Unbeatable views and facilities.

This is a very luxurious hotel with excellent and attentive staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurants were varied and high quality. Would definitely recommend this beautiful venue.

Staff were great, couldn't do enough for us. The activities, restaurants and facilities at the hotel are all you need.

Situated on the seafront in a private position. The buildings are beautifully maintained and are presented well. The rooms while not huge are spacious and modern. The large terrace is very useful with access to the pool. Service is spectacular from pool staff to management. This is our third time in 10 months. A wide variety of restaurants with good drink selections. There is a spa and entertainment. The Wi-Fi though needs improving with some new Google routers!

Big but really great hotel — the Red Level is exceptional. Great rooms and excellent service. For a week in the sun it was perfect. No faults.

Where do I begin. For a 5 star establishment I am appalled. Rooms dirty, insects dead and alive, human hairs on the floor, along with pubic hairs in the bathroom, dirty mirrors and invested with ants. Will provide photo's Paulo the bar staff ignored my request for a latte and also avoided taking a drinks order for us and I had to get up and go to the bar and order drinks myself while other guests got offered. another member of staff " mohammed used English bad language in conversation to us as if it was normal to do so. Do not get me wrong he was very friendly but unprofessional. I would like to say that Daniel and david was very pleasant in the liquid garden. We chose to leave this hotel 4 days early as we was treated unfairly by the duty manager Mario, he discriminated us and made us feel like second class citizens and told lies after lies and when reporting him, he denied it. Well I hope he has it on his conscience of the lack of respect he showed us. How can this member of staff of management level be working in red level is beyond me. I really wished I recorded the way Mario had treated us some how as surely he should of been disciplined for his actions. We have a very successful family business and I would never treat my customers or even a human being on how Mario had treated us. pools are not heated, and was very cold for this time of year, Jacuzzi's did not work properly, half jets worked one side and the other did not work at all.

Best resort or hotel ever stayed at. The resort is huge but you feel like your in a magical place. The red level has free daily pressing, complementary sunscreen and clarins products in your very spacious bathroom. They serve drinks and canapés from 6pm — 7pm for red level guests. My only suggestion would be change the spirits from the very basic to middle shelf. The service was generally very good all over the resort, our experience will be one we don't forget.

I come almost every year. The paradise ideal for rest and recharge batteries. Although it is not in the tourist area of the island, if you are looking for peace and quiet, it is perfect.

Stunning Facility that never fails to surprise me each time I visit. We have been visiting here a minimum of twice a year from the doors opening 7yrs ago. Every time we visit the Hotel have introduced more subtle improvements to enhance the Facilities. The RL is by far our favourite Exclusive Resort.

We are fortunate to be able to do a week's holiday each year, so we have been in quite a few hotels five-star on the coast. I can assure you that is the best we have found. We were at the Network Level, great room with large terrace with sunbeds I jacuzzi, good breakfast, several restaurants inside the hotel, only a but they are expensive, but you can eat really well. Hotels there is no inconvenience in repeat.

Perfect for a resting holiday. A formidable moment. You must go to the spa and do there water circuit! Service is perfect.

Beautiful hotel with high quality furnishings. As you walk through the main hotel area there is a Beautiful scent of vanilla. Lying on a Bali bed overlooking the seawater infinity pool, whilst being served freshly chilled melon and rose wine, from the polite and friendly waiters, was the epitome of luxury. The food was excelle.

Great hotel. Highly recommended for its facilities, swish quality and overall value. But… Service is impersonal compared to many other top hotels we've stayed at. We have not made any connection with any member of staff here after some 4 days so far. Staff seem disconnected. Everything is "fine", but just unexceptional. Restaurants expensive and pool restaurant food disappointing and uninspired. Menus lack flair and originality Bottled water is pushy at 5.70€ and the only choice Buffet has little change day to day. Other hotels like this have a theme every night so the menu is truly varied. Why not here? Rooms good but beds poor in quality for a hotel of this standard. Don't expect a double bed, you'll have to settle for two singles put together but with their own linen. Sofa bed quality even worse.

Truly an unforgettable experience at the hotel Melia. That huge pool… is really where want you to be during your stay. Really advisable, wonderful breakfast and the rooms are very nice and arranged in detail.

Magnificent Hotel, with a restaurant truly exceptional (Nami) Japanese. Perhaps by putting some but the Mojito Party in the pool does not go with the hotel, is as a poligonero in opera, the rest justifies the stars.

Very nice, lovely staff, very high prices, I put an example a water bottle €5 and acceptable breakfast.
