Hotel Rural LATORRIÉN DE ANE

We had a good stay at this delightful boutique hotel, situated in the rural village of Mues. It has been stylishly renovated, providing modern comforts, whilst retaining many of its rustic, original features. Wi-Fi worked well, our shower had oomph, and there were ample, well placed electrical points. Breakfast was a small but lovely buffet spread which included fabulous freshly squeezed orange juice and the most delicious croissants.
Dinner, served in an atmospheric old cellar room, was a simple but fairly tasty home cooked offer of starters, mains and puds. There’s also a cosy bar, serving drinks and raciones. The business is run by a charming young couple who were always on hand with a smile to cater to our needs. A car park is handily located adjacent to the property. There is no bus service, but I believe the owners are happy to run guests into Los Arcos, where there is a bus stop, as well as a route point for pilgrims doing the Camino. Latorrién de Ane is also in close proximity to the Circuit of Navarra.
Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Amazing stay. The innkeepers are really nice. The foot was outstanding. Breakfast can’t be missed. Dinner was also outstanding. The rooms were great. We stay in luxury hotels around the world and this experience was fantastic.

Everything I wanted after walking from Estrella. I called from Los Arcos, they came right away to pick me up. This is my second Camino, and I wanted to take my rest day in the Spanish countryside. Last time was Logrono, while lovely, I wanted local traditional Spanish experiences this time. With working AC and bathtub! Lovely clean character room, comfortable bed, unique local sights off the tourist track. And food? Local, done beautifully. Flavors of Spain, simple, delicious, stand on their own, made with love and attention. Young couple in their second year of business, service with smiles, local knowledge, multi lingual. I am very pleased with this choice.

This hotel is well worth the short trip from the Camino de Santiago route. It is run by a hard working couple who cannot seem to do enough for their guests. The room was comfortable and charming with two stone walls. Dinner at the hotel was excellent.

While walking the Camino de Santiago I stayed here two nights. The staff was amazing and made this fabulous hotel even better. The dinner was so good I had the same Salmon twice. It's a 100/10.

This guest house is gorgeous on the inside, and very historic in this small village. The property is largely managed by Vaggelis, who speaks very good English, and his partner Ane, and they do an incredible job of providing a warm welcome. Dinner is served in the wine cellar, a touch you won't find at many hotels. Our guest room had old timbers across the ceiling, and the shower was modern and clean. There is a modern elevator for luggage.
You will not find a better place to get a feel for small village life in Spain (the locals are very friendly), and the chance to feel like you are part of the family.

Wonderful place to stay for Camino, food was excellent and far better than other places along the route. Comfortable rooms, fabulous service from the couple who run it, including pick up and early drop off at the camino. Charming and luxurious.

I stayed here for 1 night on the Camino. My room was gorgeous and looked out on a pretty church. The bed was amazingly comfy. The staff, a you g couple (they’ve taken over manage my from the woman’s father) were LOVELY! They will pick you up /drop off in Los Arcos if you need. Dinner was great too. Salmon, asparagus and a lovely salad.

What a spectacular place to spend the night while walking the Camino. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and a beautiful house. Evangelos and his wife do everything at their establishment. Friendly and helpful. Very peaceful place to spend a night on the Camino. They have a good bar and tables to sit outside enjoy the quaint town. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel, which may be the only restaurant in town. It was good, but I would next time go into Los Arcos to try to eat there. If you’re walking the Camino, they will come pick you up from the plaza in Los Arcos and drive you to the hotel. It was a great stay. Would love to come spend a few more peaceful day at this great hotel.

After walking 1, 000 kilometers on the Camino de Santiago, I had a physical issue that suddenly made it impossible to continue. I still had 20 km left to reach the hotel, and when I called, the manager kindly offered to come pick me up by car. Once I arrived, they welcomed me with such warmth: early check-in, dinner brought to my room, and gentle care to help me recover.
This place truly is a haven of kindness — especially meaningful when you’re a weary pilgrim. Five-star treatment at a three-star price. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Such a lovely little hotel. A must stay for pilgrims doing Camino or anyone exploring northern Spain. The service and atmosphere are second to none. Firstly they collect and deliver you to Los Arcos as needed for your pilgrimage, should you require it.
The rooms are large and the bed so cosy. It was the best night sleep we had. Which is important when the pain train hits! We had a room with a large bathroom and roomy shower. It was wonderful and relaxing to soak the tired, aching muscles.
Last is the food service. Dinner was wonderful. Good hardy and extremely filling meals. The service, second to none. So attentive and caring. Nothing was too difficult. And breakfast! WOW! Such a beautiful buffet spread. From toast, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals and hard boiled eggs cooked properly it was super tasty, filling and just what we needed to head off for a big day of walking.
I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This place is exceptional and the staff/owners could not do anything more for our group of 7. From picking us up on Camino track to dropping us back the next morning. The food and service was great. Great value, great people great stay.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was walking the Camino de Santiago and was concerned because it is away from Los Arcos, but they have a free shuttle for the 10 minute car ride from the town. The property is beautiful. My room was good sized and clean. The food was delicious and I was able to eat in front of the fire place. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Can’t recommend them strongly enough.

A really charming small hotel with very welcoming service. Great for Pilgrims! The hotel is only a five minute ride from the Camino and when I called from Los Arcos, they were very quick to pick me up. In a charming little village, the hotel is run by the daughter of the proprietor Ane and her boyfriend Vaggelis from Greece. Cute couple and a charming hotel.

Lovely little traditional hotel in a tiny village, it is clean and has everything you need. This place has great character, really good food and absolutely the friendliest and best staff possible. Highly recommended for a drink, a meal or to stay.

This is a 15th or 16th c. Building, beautifully restored. Rooms are very comfortable.
It is a 5 minute taxi ride off the Camino.
Staff are outstanding, helpful and friendly.
Excellent meals.
Undoubtedly our most pleasant stay between Pamplona and Logroño.
Not to be missed.

Beautiful little hotel in a wonderful little village. Rooms are great staff were very friendly and helpful easy location good parking. The locals were very friendly I stayed there on my first night in Spain after just getting off the boat from Ireland travelling on my motorcycle a good find I will stop there again sometime.
