The reason I have only given this hotel 3 stars is that it is off the Camino route and not in a very pleasant part of town. That said, the hotel will both pick you up off the Camino route and drop you back the next day, and it is only a 15 min walk to the Central Square for food. Rooms are clean, comfortable and new so from that point of view, a decent overnight pit stop.
Beautiful little hotel with bar and restaurant with views over Estella (Lizarra). A short walk from the city centre but it is priced accordingly.
Beds are comfortable and the rooms are accessibly by a lift.
Meals were quite cheap and many pilgrims stay here.

Basic hotel. Smells very musty and old. Beds are soft (as in not nice) and it is on the very edge of town but not a good area. Don’t come here if you’re expecting nice! Bar server a bit snippy and not pleasant.
