We lost a few euros for the room.

Stayed in April. Well situated just off the motorway. Staff very helpful.

Clean. Tidy. Helpful staff. Parkings a pain but would def stay again when in Murcia.

We've stayed in our fair share of cheap places but this place was poor. I don't often care about complimentary toiletries but two sachets of shampoo was provided, no hand soap and no shower gel. Why leave anything?! Two nearly finished bog loo roles as well. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone and everything around us. Staff were very friendly and pleasant and the parking, while away from the hotel, was safe.

Excellent hotel, very good service, very good breakfast, it is central but not to go out and be close to everything. Some rooms have a terrace and are very pretty. The bathroom very spacious, there is room in the room for suitcases, overall very good hotel.

This hotel is 15mins away by foot from the city center. Great value for the money. The rooms are quite spacious and offer everything you would need. The staff was mostly nice, although I had to wait for two days for a reciept. The mattres is realy comfortable.

Very good location, small rooms and just the right thing, but according to the price. Kindness. The only thing really annoying, the noise. A background hum, I don't know if piping or air conditioning that prevented me from resting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and in very good condition. Quiet and well located. Excellent value for money.

The receptionist (disabled, one-arm) is very unpleasant, rude and incompetent. I wanted to give the ticket paid for broken bank card, I asked for a complete and his answer was: How are you man? This is what I have to stay.

Cheap, good area to 12 minutes walk from the center, the first floor smells bad, you have to close the toilet if you want to sleep, the second floor does not have that problem, more or less comfortable beds, if you try to rest in the afternoon and your room gives to the street, you are not going to be able, between the bells of the Church and the light that beeps all the time, very friendly at all times, not bad for what it costs.

My opinion about the dinner at the bar is a great and varied menu at the lowest price! Only 9 euros for a complex delicious lunch. Recommend!

Improvised night in Murcia and this hotel was close to where we were. €35 a double room, good price in my opinion.
The room we were given had three single beds which occupied most of the room space. Shower and bath Overall correct, clean room and bed not bad.

The best you can take your pet this clean and groomed staff well to spend the night is economic and central.

A modest and affordable hotel for any audience. I have visited it a couple of times and the deal has always been correct and everything has been in order.

It is a hotel that is not bad to spend a relaxing day. Neither is the big deal, but I have already been a couple of times with my girlfriend and the truth is that it is economical. Yes, I warn you, the hotel does not have a fridge.
It has a good location with respect to restaurants and so forth. For example; There is a pizzeria five minutes away, a Chinese to ten, a shopping mall to ten, supermarkets nearby… Good communication and affordable price.

Simple Hotel very good located (square of the opinion to 2 steps of the motorways) in Murcia to stop between two trips.

Cheap but nothing insonorizacion in the hallway. Q causes q any conversation or door slamming seems q is within your room. I will not return because every time q comes someone wakes you up. What never seen. I feel sorry for the workers. Insoronizar floor and walls please‼️

Clean Hotel, nice deal, what I did not like was the neighborhood, some have no respect for others, besides you hear from day and night a noise as if it was a water pump. Otherwise generally acceptable, in a good neighborhood and with quite a few bars nearby.

Not many services in the hotel, but a nice (albeit small) room, very good aircondition and a good Wi-Fi connection. Good location with many ships and restaurants nearby.

The room was nice for the price. Clean and simple. The only problem was the noise coming from other rooms. I would recommend if it's a short visitar and you don't want to expend a lot.

XQ I was a few years ago and esque has not changed much is old and expensive.

It is everything that you would expect from a hotel, without the frills is perfect for a stay of a weekend. This clean and cosy.

Bad hotel. Price very expensive for a room is so old, so small, and a bed so uncomfortable. Had bugs.

It is true what they say. All correct and very quiet. Easy access and parking.

Rooms are OK the only thing lack them is the dryer inall rooms and some leja where to put the SOAP and shampoo in the shower otherwise the service is impeccable.

A family run hotel with excellent treatment were delighted. We will return.

In many establishments hotels can have shortcomings in services, facilities, space, etc. What can never be missing, is education, and in this case, the personal midnight lacks.
The hotel is renovated although the rooms, by the price paid, leave much that wish. They are rather small and noisy and a noise problem, the problem mentioned above.
The night shift receptionist, not attending to reasons and consistently underestimating the partnership that paid him and to turn a deaf ear to the help that asked him with an impressive education high.
I urge the owners, renew and form staff who is not competent, since in a hotel of such close and friendly treatment is that will make a difference and not for services rendered.
In Murcia and narrowly more, there are hotels with much more category and of great difference in the treatment.
