Hotel well located and modern. It has a spectacular breakfast. Maybe there's a lack of staff.

This place has great customer service and will meet your sleep need if that is all you require. Breakfast is about subpar but that is probably due to budgeting. Not a lot of tourists.

Very friendly staff, and very clean rooms, loved the service here.

NH quality in central location. The hotel is located in the city centre and showcases the classic features of the NH chain. Correct service, cleanliness and cozy rooms, without luxuries but modern and functional. Good air conditioning. The best of my stay, the breakfast buffet, very generous and with quite quality. You won't have any nasty surprises.

El personal muy amable y atento. Y un detalle que me ha gustado han sido los tarros de golosinas que puedes encontrar por los pisos. Las salas para las presentaciones están bien de tamaño, y no te dejan desatendido, así que todo bien. De las habitaciones o del restaurante que tienen, no puedo opinar pues no use esos servicios.

I was at a convention only tried their meeting room and the buffet which for me taste is very deficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have rented a training room for three days, with breakfast and my experience has been quite negative as since we arrived we had to ask that we put fewer chairs per table since there was no literal space to have a minimum comfort, no one we I explain how the audiovisual with which once again we asked for help, we ran out of water number of times and we had to be pending to ask, if we put the air was cold and it was impossible to be in the heat, in this sense did nothing to solve, in short a set of nonsense that despite paying a significant amount of money the service was regular, saves them that after the complaints responded except with the air that was a problem that all the attendees complained to the course.

All great, rooms, staff and all very well, just a little expensive parking.

Well located, Central Murcia, I was only in the cafeteria-restaurant and in the hall. I had a coffee and the service was right, no more, I was in a conference room which was fine and then ate at the restaurant which was buffet free, the bread delicious and the food there was everything. It was good.

Very rude at reception. We were treated badly. Also much abuse of the client deceiving them with a welcome detail that then make you pay. €36 additional. The rooms are very warm and cramped.

Good hotel, very clean and well-equipped rooms. Unique site is in the center of Murcia. The only bad thing is the parking you either pay at the hotel or you'll have to find your life around.

Lovely place with lovely staff. Nice, clean rooms with lighting a bit dim. Fresh bathroom and a brilliant breakfast buffet! Choice of Vegan milks etc with helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.

The rooms are fine. When I arrived I had to wait a bit as they were not at reception. Nor is there a bottle of water courtesy in the room when in others there are up to Nesspreso, and it is indispensable unless you're in Madrid or a city with good water. For my part, I do not think I return and that NH is my favorite brand whenever I travel to a city.

The beautiful hotel is in the center of the city, next to el corte inglés. The hotel and rooms are of the same quality as other NH hotels. The breakfast buffet excellent. The staff is friendly and happy. I can recommend this hotel for business and holiday trips.

Hotel located in the centre of Murcia, 10 min from the cathedral and next to El Corte Ingles. Full breakfast with special mention of the detox shakes and the tea menu. Clean and tidy rooms, nice bed, no noise and bathroom in good condition. Friendly and attentive staff. Good place to go to work or sightseeing.

Old building renovated, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is great, but there is only one lift and it is not looking to be so reliable.

Is a very good hotel and the attention of them employees exceptional, want to highlight my experience: came d work and me stayed in this hotel, had a pizza frozen and request if had an oven and just came out of work the waiter and me heard and by your own will is offered to help me and heat my dinner out of its schedule of work, are waited to be warm and I it served. In others hotels do not exist this attention. Congratulations to the hotel to have people as well.

Staff very attentive but the food better outside, the pasta was hard and some dishes cold. Very complete facilities with Wi-Fi in conditions and the very large meeting rooms.

This hotel is located in a good area, there are other more central but walk no time. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable beds… The attention from the staff very good also. Little parking in the area, all blue area, the hotel has parking.

It is a perfect hotel I loved it too much and hope to be on it during all my stay in Spain and specially at Murcia.

Hotel with an unbeatable location right next to the Corte Inglés in the Centre of Murcia, we were offering a Valentine that included dinner and room, excellent dinner, good service, by putting some but to the furniture of the room you notice the years.

It is located in the Centre of Murcia, on the back of the English Court. Workers should improve in their languages. The reception is of the more remarkable. Good coffee and enough press to read it. To improve your Wi-Fi.

Good hotel. Very new, very clean, very comfortable. We miss a toothbrushing kit and a kit of shaving in the bathroom to be a four-star. Old-fashioned television. Good friendly staff. One catch: the buffet breakfast has few things to be a four star hotel.
