Spectacular attention from the team of both the hotel and the spa. Everything very clean and complete, the abundant buffet and with very healthy food, The spa highly recommended for its saline waters that leave your skin wonderful.

Lovey stay staff friendly and good breakfast our room was lovely and spacious but the bathroom could do with any upgrade A hostess tray would be good for tea and coffee.

Nature, nature, again nature. Amazing place in the middle of salinas. Good spa service, nice food, comfy beds :) Hope more buses to get people from/to the new Murcia airport.

Wanted to say big thank you to all staff that look after us on our few days stay. Nothing was too much trouble and Joseph and all the lovely girls working at the bar was always friendly and up for the laugh :-) The hotel is spotless and the food is amazing, especially the breakfast. Thank you again and we will be back next year for more motorbikes testing and good laugh :-)

Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was decent and had a large variety of foods. Spa circuit was really relaxing and from what I saw the massages are well priced. They have a daily special kind of thing with a theme, Tuesday was turkish, Wednesday Thai etc etc. Good quality hotel not too far walk from the strip. Close to the salt flats.

It wasn't as nice as I expected. At first they didn't let us change the day of the reservation to another, even saying that it didn't matter in November instead of in the middle of summer. We may ask for the change hastily, but the customer is usually the first thing.
Another thing is the mouthpieces, we were there one night and when we left at 12 o'clock the next day they were still there in the middle of the hall, something that does not give very good image.
And I didn't have a toothbrush or comb, instead they put knives, something I don't see as useful as a toothbrush, but well that goes with the hotel.
The breakfast was quite good and the receptionists were friendly.

The hotel is very nice, the room is great and with balcony. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen. And the spa I loved, especially because you have to book a turn according to availability and that does not have crowds of people, so you can enjoy it at your ease.

The safe has to be activated. We asked to activate it on the first day, we were 3 and we were not activated. Everything else is fine. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Reception staff very helpful, however food leaves a lot to be desired in restaurant. Buffet style with chef overcooking large batches of food. Fried Eggs at breakfast were in general hard.

Quiet, clean and with friendly and effective service at any time. Somewhat outdated rooms. Complementary services and facilities, including the Barros, very well organized and pleasant. Numerous leisure activities really interesting and attractive for the entire D-age range.

The rooms are great. We actually stayed in the apartments which are behind the hotel. The only thing I found the SPA a little overpriced. It is 12 Euro / hour. But the salt water bath is great.

No sheets on the bed but the staff were friendly. I had asked for a disabled room but when we arrived, it had not been made ready for me. The next day, it was ready but repacking all my clothes was too much effort. I would not stay there again.

Easy to reach from the highway and parking facility. The spa lacks natural light but its setting with dim light is very nice as well as music. Very friendly staff. It has water service and you for the customers, which is to be appreciated. The feeling of buoyancy in the pool having this high concentration of salt is really unique. In the Finnish sauna you will miss the saucepan with water to control the humidity in it. They have EM times deals which make their prices more attractive.

Quiet location, good views, good food, good treatment of the hotel staff and close to the exits of S. P. Of the Pinatar, a great place to walk and enjoy the nature, where to see among many other birds, flamingos.

Bad customer support and dirty! Better keep away!

We stayed in one of the apartments with an offer with access to the spa. Overall the attention was correct and the facilities were clean, though not very cared for.
The day we went to the spa broke the jacuzzi, but we still enjoyed a lot of the visit. I would repeat for a reasonable price.

I have repeated several times in this hotel, but it is definitely done. Very large apartment but no maintenance. The staff seem to be angry and it is from the few places where they charge you when you arrive. They are suspicious and you know the saying.
About the cleanliness of the room… a two and over the beds (be prepared to suffer the springs of the sofa bed.
All this I have transmitted to reception and a smile (I better not put name) was his reply.

The SPA is worthy of being visited by the properties of the water three times more salty than the sea minor. Excellent care by the team of masseuses.

This hotel has plenty of stars everywhere. Starting from the front desk, it is nothing prominent and even hard to find the entrance. The old and modest decor. The double room we ordered was small and the spring mattresses were very uncomfortable and were sinking through the center. There are no personal hygiene items in the bathroom, such as a comb and a toothbrush. The toilet bowl was dirty, with hair and droplets. And the "Spa"… an experience that we would not want to repeat for anything. To start the bathrobes looked like esparto and were frayed. Once inside we are surrounded by other guests, the saturated pool, the whirlpool areas always occupied and one of them did not work. We were not at all comfortable and left before our time ended. By the way, I recommend wearing diving goggles because the eyes redden and steam from the salt of the water. Although what I really recommend is that if you want to surprise your partner with something nice and romantic do not come to this hotel… Money and Wasted time. I don't know how to keep the 4 stars.

The SPA and the food very well. The only thing we didn't like were the locker rooms, a bit claustrophobic when inside we agreed four people. Otherwise included the deal very happy.

Room too warm, all night with the window open, despite the fact that we were in November. The bathrooms and the spa is very disappointing. The bed very uncomfortable.

The pools more of the same, half of jets did not work, neither the ice bath, and the showers without almost hot water.
People don't respect the rules, and there's no one to control them. Theme Massages to me a 10, but explanation and informaciln of the same zero.
From Alli I stay with the attention and treatment of the waitress of the Bar, Maria the girl cares for the clients. There would be no better places with less flashes. Thank you.

I went to the spa and the restaurant, the spa is a wonder with water of the salinas, jacuzzi and sauna and the treatment very good, the restaurant is also very good, the food excellent and the staff very professional, highly recommend.

Highly recommended, all very clean, Buffet great and the location very good too.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and reserve. No room service but food is served at the bar throughout the day and evening. No entertainment whilst we stayed there but it was January. … not sure if this changes during peak season. The local towns are lovely, particularly lo pagan, which is very family friendly but also great for couples or loan travellers. Lots of small bars, restaurants and cafe's. … especially Frescos… our favourite place for brekky, lunchanged or just a coffee or beer… situated right next to the beach with views of the market menor… lovely!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel, we were staying at start of march, racing in Cartagena, pre season testing, room very comfortable, and well serviced (thank you) breakfast was great lots of choices, Used the restaurant every night, buffet style with lots of choices, deserts were fab, must have put on a stone! Staff were all very pleasant as am sure it was a bit of a surprise having + bike racers staying out of season, will be back.

All right, the hotel is clean and well maintained, but in the spa there were a lot of people, very dim light and I particularly overwhelmed a little, between the low light, the heat, the salt and the people I don't know if I would come back.

I like everything about this hotel.

We stayed 10 days in apartment. We had been going years at the same hotel, first the room and later, in the apartment. Up to this point we had not had any complaints important, unless some type of oversight. The hotel is good, staff in general good and the pool great. However, the quality of the cleaning staff leaves much to be desired (except a lady with a mane blonde short that has education) because they sneak in the apartment without giving you an option. I put a review on Tripadvisor with such bad fortune of the sales Director to confuse me with another lady… We had NOT made complaint at reception, we had NOT been invited to the SPA and of course, a lack of wickedness. For this and other reasons, we will NOT go back EVER nor will we recommend the hotel to anyone. In addition, we REQUIRE rectification from the public of Commercial Director.

Estuimos a week staying in the apartment and I liked it a lot especially in the area of the pool. Have a cheerleader esclusivamente for children, rocio q is a charming girl, very loving and this all afternoon playing with the children and doing q will be easier to make friends. And the first responders paco and raul very nice also q engage too much with the children's games. We had a great time and we were very pleased with hotel and with very good memories of the friendships q did. I highly recommend to everyone especially for the kids who pass great.

My partner and I went with a gift certificate that included spa and dinner buffet with wine bottle. The spa was correct in dealing, but the HORRIFIC spa, was of itself a sauna the heat that did in the entire area, a bubble with unbearably saltwater pool, a jacuzzi with equally salty water in which to fit four people just, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as of any fitness center of Murcia, and little else; the locker room very small and in the girls hair dryer did not work well. Dinner with very little variety, as well as that by the grace, the man from the reception of the afternoon shift 21/05/2016 (it seems that it is unknown what is the deal customer: cool and unpleasant) we wanted to collect the water bottle that we had taken, when the coupon did not restrict beverage and also included a bottle of wine that we do not receive. Anyway, I don't have to extend more so our experience is clear. Not recommended, would not return or that they return it to reglarar.

Bad treatment and total deception.
We had to go on Sunday to the 15 as put in our bonus and the 12 cast us as dogs, the kids crying food of the purchased apartment, a disaster, the hotel told us was all busy (a Sunday) when the two days we were failed even to less than half. A hoax total, leaving a family out for 3 hours and with all purchased.
Nothing but get were all payments, to pay for using the spa (you obligated to rent caps, slippers and bathrobe) €30 that we had not planned to pay. The Aparthotel in a small pot of gel for four people for two days. Wi-Fi did not work or did not signal other deception, in short, a bad experience that I will never return to live, in the end the cheap is expensive, a little more, metres away there is another hotel and many best features without any negative comments.
To my gave me the same, but my children crying not again allow anyone more.
But you want to have last-minute surprises, you don't go to this hotel.

Nice apartments, but with a small terrace. The hotel staff is normal, but not very fast.
The saltwater Spa is a recommended experience, but the jacuzzi breaks down very often.
It is fine to spend a few relaxing days. The beach is a 10-minute walk.

The water of the spa very salty, as well as having a faulty installation, very good location and well equipped apartments.

The hotel is good, room very comfortable and lovely views. In terms of the spa a REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. You have a salt pool, sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. Nothing more. In terms of breakfast… a lot of variety of bread for toast, all kinds of sausages and now this. Nothing of pastries but that chocolate croissant, and muffins packaged. Milk cartons, open without plug, drew from within already opened, thing that it should be open face to the public. Had 2 bottles of water in the dining room, we also uncovered, supposedly Bezoya, and wise to tap water. Very unhappy, do not come back never more. The treatment of the staff very good.

Great hotel in quiet area at 600m from the beach. Spa the only one with water identies the salinity of the zone of baths of sludge natural but clean. Everything very new and clean and easy to park on the street.

Errors in the booking. The food was not bad, but monotonous, boring, little variation, no menu for small children (4 days-based paella and squid). The apartments very basic, little bit flirty and anything clean. Not bajeis to the pool before the 12 hrs, it gives you the shade and the water is frozen. It is 3 keys but with a quality of 2 or less. Not we would repeat for anything in the world!
