Very good hotel in terms of image, cleanliness and treatment towards the client. The spa I can't value because we didn't get a chance to see it. To improve… The bathtub in the bathroom slides a lot and they would have to find a solution to avoid accidents. For everything else… That's great. By the way, the breakfast buffet… Out of 10!

I liked quiet… good attention… cheap… and for a stay of those that are not planned very well… repeat.

We've been alone for one night. Room with tiles that moved with their consequent danger. The same thing happened on the terrace. The doorknob of the shattered terrace. The furniture with dust. The roof and dirty walls. The paper in the chopping aisle. The breakfast was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Of the reception… don't even talk to me. The jacuzzi you can imagine!. All old and obsolete. The four stars will be given to you by Miss Pepis. I wouldn't go back for free!

Overall well, we stayed one night with breakfast and spa. The service was friendly and the room was very clean, which I value a lot in a hotel of any range. However, and without this I say disparage how satisfied we are in general with the stay, I will say I expected a bit more of a 4 star hotel. It usually gave me the feeling of being in a 4 star abroad where hotels are somewhat more limited (than not bad). Removing some details, the experience has been positive and we will repeat. Yes, I recommend going to the Balneario de Archena for those who like to spend a lot of time in a spa, because the facilities are OK but with half an hour in the hotel spa one has enough.

I was with my partner and we enjoyed a circuit in your spa, and a relaxing massage for a good price. The service was excellent.

The bed comfortable but the service very just as much the breakfast as in the spa to have 4 stars (put you to drink in the spa, do not put juice, infusions and more products of Squire brand, put better quality breakfast and would put a more set of towels per spa theme) the Massage Jose Angel Very good I recommend if you go.

Hotel located in Archena. The rooms are very good, especially the higher they are in the loft. In the basement there is a spa which is quite good. You can include the breakfast in the hotel and if you want dinner, there is a restaurant very close that he eats pretty well. The staff very friendly, made the stay very family.

The service is good. We spent a cold horrible. The water in the jacuzzi is ice cold, the hair dryer in the room broken and… does the welcome?

I went with my partner to spend a couple of days in Archena and in the hotel recommended us this site and often hit! The bartender very nice, the place very welcoming and were very surprised with the kitchen, really nice presentations and a prepared food with very good taste. 100% recommended.

Proper cleaning. The comfort of the bed is good but there are better ones. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Very good customer service. It would only improve the lighting in the rooms as it is very scarce (light bulbs of very low power).

A lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and obliging, especially Juan and Jesu on reception who give above and beyond expected service. The breakfast is Continental and offers a good selection. A shame the evening meal was not in the hotel but the International Restaurant which the hotel give vouchers for, is only a few steps down the road and serves good food. Tea making facilities in the room would have been nice but apart fro…m that our needs were met very well. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Well the bathrooms and you can park without problems on the street. Close to a good restaurant. It's outside the spa complex.

The hotel is great. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and effective staff. Despite not having parking, the parking is very good, the car we were able to leave almost at the same door. To give a recommendation you would lack a swimming pool to be able to enjoy all with your family.

The excellent breakfast and clean. The staff very friendly. Downtown and the price fantastic. A little abandoned spa, saunas area did not function. But overall very well.

After book 3 weeks in advance and a very gentle man to tell us that if the reservation q is had made today we call to confirm, rather than gave by fact, and tell us that there is no reserve, had no reference our and that if we had any confirmation code. Goodness you called from home and not did the 94 kilometers that is our home up to its establishment. Outraged and pretty crushed. Good experience, spa time falls slightly short because while you get, you change and have to take a shower after doing the circuit, you is very short. The treatment of the excellent hotel staff, we had a couple of incidents and they solved them at the time and always with a friendly and nice service. The rooms were large and clean, but certainly the best is received treatment.

Very friendly and good facilities. It would enhance the theme of the hairdryer in the bathroom and there is service of minibar in the room. But otherwise great we spent it very well.

Good location, and good and professional attention. The breakfast is too much simple, but enough. About the room, it wasn't too big, but it was clean and with a nice and new bathroom.

You could improve televisions, noisy rooms, linen torn and cooked, without SOAP, gel or shine, only two mini pots of gel, and more things to be a 4 star, the only thing good breakfast.

I only was in the spa and it is small, the floor is slippery, damaged lockers and showers, there is neither gel nor shampoo. The only thing that was good was the massage.

Very good customer service. Room with terrace guaranteed us good views and gave us the relaxed weekend that we were looking for. Spa is modest, however it was clean, the staff was attentive and we enjoyed making the thermal route while not all elements of it were operational.

I spent 4 days and although it is a great hotel with a great design I don't see it 4 stars, is so close workers attention. The rooms are soundproofed and the control of expenditure is not extreme, empty minibar and there is no SOAP in the bathroom. If that was clean but not super clean as other hotels. If I return the safe area that I will return to staying here.

I imagine that the crisis passes bill to everyone. First of all say stay was short, and discount coupons as well to do the analysis based on the duration. The rooms were not wrong, slightly damaged (some lights didn't work) and very used mattresses but in general good. The empty mini bar and restaurant or Cafe closed so I had to go down to buy water outside. Simple spa, clean but it is true that some things were not working well. The worst thing is that when they offered cava bottle and put a benjamin I was stone. In all hotels where have put me Benjamin said it clearly and the worst thing is that they only put 1 for two people. The service and staff were friendly. In short; I've been better than this 3 star hotels. Not claim because for my it was a very special day, but at other times he would have said or expressed my complaint at the reception.

Despite the fact that workers have been very attentive, I've been to much better hostels. The room was small, bathroom not had neither toilet brush, or hand SOAP. "Spa" there was no one to assist you, I had to get off the reception guy, was the sauna and the Turkish bath are off as we were told because "they spend", the relaxation room was cold that didn't want to enter any, there was no hot water in the hot water showers, it came out cold, total as you couldn't do nothing more we had a hot tub shared with 2 couples more (go the comfortable sea). Breakfast buffet we sit in a super comfortable sofas (forgive the irony) they were plastic. Good thing have an agreement with the rst. International, that at least the food was good.
