I think it is a great spa to spend the family all very clean to enjoy its facilities.

First impressions were just OK but what a fabulous resort in beautiful grounds, cannot remember having so much fun xxx.

The very professional and friendly staff, the facilities and services, if you come on your own it comes out a bit expensive.

Great place. Rejuvenation guaranteed.

The food paying the spa the raw meat we did not pay for a 5 star menu but something dignified to eat lla that you pay and we were not the only ones who complained poorly served and with bad face by the spa a 10 and the employees of the pools a 10 for the food and the treatment 0

As always The Spa of Archena is a place to rest and recharge batteries. Checked, but lately they are passing prices, before it was not so, they charge you for everything and in Balnea what was paid for the whole day now is for two hours the reason is covid I hope, that when the confinement is over the conditions of before will return. It will be a shame if not. I personally hesitate to come back with those conditions

Compre el 3 de marzo un bono para mi marido y para mi para disfrutarlo durante un viaje que teníamos programado, debido a la situación actual de pandemia no pudimos disfrutarlo por las restricciones, ahora me encuentro embarazada y no puedo acudir al balneario por recomendación médica, y además vivimos a 1000 km, lo cual hace inaccesible el paso entre provincias. Hemos reclamado el reembolso y nos dicen que no es posible esa opción. Segun ellos debo resignarme a perder mi dinero y a no disfrutarlo tampoco!
I bought a voucher on March 3 for my husband and me to enjoy it during a trip that we had scheduled, due to the current pandemic situation we could not enjoy it due to the restrictions, now I am pregnant and I cannot go to the spa due to medical recommendation, and we also live more than 1000 km away, which makes the passage between provinces inaccessible. We have claimed reimbursement and they tell us that this option is not possible. According to them, I must resign myself to losing my money and not enjoying it either.

Fantastic spa resort in the Murcian mountains.

The restaurant pesimo, with 6 waiters that had and 3 tables to serve were more entertaining talking to each other than in attending us, what we have asked for have lacked things to bring, pff I do not recommend it at all.

Fabulous place. The spa pools are amazing. The grounds are beautiful. Spotless and clean set in beautiful surroundings. The restaurant is very good and the staff are really helpful.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large.

For the second time I repeat the stay in the hotel leon 3 nights the truth a wonder! this time and caught the thermal circuit balnea + spa and I leave super happy will repeat without a doubt! a 10 at all, and the treatment of staff reception! a greeting and see you soon!

What a wonderful day! we booked the couples massage package and had lunch in the restaurant and a few drinks it was amazing very relaxing I would highly Recommend it and will definitely be returning.

It is a place where I recommend to come to relax, to release tensions and enjoy the thermal pools, the friendly staff & food excellent.

1st visit and it was brilliant not only lots of different pools saunas even an igloo all finished off with a couple's massage by Pepper and a male (sorry didn't remember his name) extremely good and we felt like we were floating. Thankyou for making our wedding anniversary so memorable And will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Great water circuit, mud massages and spa facilities! Good for a relaxing weekend or ‘entre semana’. Great restaurants too.

This place is fabulous … historic hotel, Roman baths, great rooms, friendly staff.

Great pools and baths in the Thermal Baths and Spa Circuit. But you need to get there when they open if you want to secure a sun bed. And don't — DO NOT — eat at the Pool Snack Bar, as service is clearly sub-par. If you go there, make sure to catch one of the harried servers and get on the waiting list. If you don't, you'll spend an hour waiting in the excruciatingly loud dining hall, waiting for absolutely nothing, except bad service. Also, yes — you can pay for parking with credit card, but it's tricky to get directions to the tucked — away little cubicle in the garage where the attendant has the credit card reader… All in all, a good place to spend the day. And do try the homemade lemonade!

As a treat when friends visited from England we visited balneario de archenna and was rather disappointed after hearing good reviews. The pools and setting was great the pools was warm and relaxing unfortunately we felt the food and treatments let it down. The food was all pre-cooked and just reheated, myself and my eldest had chicken and chips from the children's menu and it was like it had just been dropped in the chip pan to reheat and my youngest had pasta bolognais it came out stone cold I asked them to warm it up, I saw them put it in the microwave but it came back still barely warm. Needless to say my daughter didn't eat it. The waitress was very clear she would rather be somewhere else and moved at a snails pace. Myself and my friend booked treatments in advance, her a back massage and myself the archenna special massage. When we arrived I asked how long they lasted as it hadn't been mentioned in previous correspondence we was absolutely shocked to be to told my friends lasted only 10 minutes and mine half an hour (but I was back in the pool after only 20 minutes not surprising there was no clock in the spa but there was poolside). I now know why it isn't stated anywhere because no one would book them if tgey new. In previous correspondence I had mentioned medical issues for us both and when we arrived we wasn't once asked about them. When the massage started I repeatedly asked the girl to be more gentle as the pressure was painful with my condition and I was ignored.
