Villa Bini La

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional, and the first thing I want to highlight is the attention of the staff, which was simply unbeatable. From the first moment they made us feel welcome and were always available to assist us with a kindness that exceeded all our expectations. Anything we needed was handled immediately and always with a smile.
The garden is another of the hotel's great attractions. It is impeccably maintained, with a beautiful pool that invites you to relax, and best of all is direct access to a private cove. Being able to enjoy that exclusive and well-maintained space was a true luxury.
Our villa was perfect, not only for its cleanliness, which was impeccable, but also for the amenities it offered. Everything was designed so that we did not lack anything: hair dryer, towels, hair straightener, toaster… every detail was covered. And I can't fail to mention the sea views, which were truly dreamlike. Waking up every morning with that panoramic view was an unforgettable experience.
Another aspect that we loved was the location of the hotel. Just a two-minute walk away, we had access to excellent quality supermarkets and restaurants, which made our stay much easier. Furthermore, being so close to the famous Binibeca Vell neighborhood was a plus, since we could enjoy its charm at any time.
In summary, our experience at this hotel was outstanding in all aspects.

Villa Chill Out is not a Villa but a small apartment. Website shows it's a villa but access to the roof terrace is forbidden so you are restricted to the apartment and a small terrace. No air-conditioning and only one fan in double bedroom. We had to ask for more fans and got 1. No loungers just chairs. Limited equipment in apartment, 1 wine glass!
Owners live on site and are very nosey and complain if you step out of line. Ruined our family holiday. Avoid…

Washing machine does not work, "emergency" service agent not available, "bini" villa not identifiable because they are all similar and shared swimming pool not clearly explained on the site. A bit of a shame considering the price.

We loved the tranquility, the location of the villas, very quiet but close to everything, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.
Although the weather was good, we couldn't enjoy the pool or the sea because the wind was fresh but surely in summer it is appreciated, the attention is personal and very attentive. We found the town a few meters away to be charming and where we were able to eat delicious rice. We will return for sure.

We are a family that in love with Menorca decided to spend the previous vacation on this beautiful island. This place was recommended to us for its tranquility and its exclusive access to the sea, although what surprised us was the small natural pool located in a cave (magical) and access from the villas. We were surprised that it was not published and then they informed us that it was the first year that they offered it for vacation.
The friendly and close treatment without a doubt this year we will return.
