Best hotel. Super for family with childern. Willing staff.

Just spent 10 nights here all inclusive and will probably return next year. The room was well equipped and cleaned daily. It was a little dated in terms of style but in excellent condition. The pools were fantastic and beach access it 3-5mins on foot. Excellent local transport links to nearby town via direct bus route. The food was really good however it wasnt a large selection. There was a good drink selection for all inclusive guests.

Very quiet area with lovely coves and beaches, the hotel although quite dated was immaculate and the staff were great, the food was OK well cooked and lots of fresh food.

Just spent a week at Blanc cottage. Lovely place but the British don't get treated as well as the French an Italian. They have better pools an facilities. The British are about 300 metres from reception. Bar staff could be a bit more friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food was a bit repetitive. Entertainment good for kids.

Very clin hotel. The best food and fantastic animators, special thanks for Giana. I had the best holiday.

1) Excellent staff attention.
2) Air conditioning/temperature in dining/restaurant absolutely inadequate (very high temperature-measured 26 °) that perhaps is strategy of the direction for fast circulation of the diners. Informed the people in charge of the restaurant tell us to say it at the reception, or we do it 3 times and tell us that the technical service is advised. Too bad.
3) supposedly a 4-room hotel should have internet service available in the rooms something that is not regrettably not there. Informed to reception.
conclusion, in my opinion this hotel does not reach the level of 4 stars, and it is not comparable to 4 star hotels that I have frequently been forced to use for business reasons.

4 star Hotel without category. There's homigas and bugs on the floor. The sheets and towels are of precious galleries. They don't serve at the tables at the cafeteria. If you have to emphasize that the staff is very sympathetic.

Good price. We stayed two nights. We were two adults more girl, more baby, but the room was only ready for two, we were the ones who put the sofa in bed and we manage with the sheets of one of the beds for the sofa. They didn't put towels or soap for 4 either.

For having 4 stars leaves a lot to be desired.
The staff the only thing that counts, the property does not invest in the quality that advertises.

I don't recommend anyone this hotel. Receptions are empanadas. The food was very small and the rooms were world. With old and non-reformed moisture. The only nice thing about the outside.
I have seen 3 hotels much more luxurious and well cared for. They deserve to be lowered to 2 pity that there are no more inspectors.

They have sold it as 4✴ and lost along the way. Are apartments of two floors q not there is elevator where stayed to people of the third age as if the were to to stay in hotel.
They lack all values of 4✴ at all how bad food towels with holes and remendadas, air conditioning broken, tiny lounge for all activities, low flooded rooms
Etc. Etc. Could go much more but I feel very bad.
