Nice property, well-groomed and clean. Breakfast buffet with freshly baked sweets. Located above the hill overlooking Cala Galdana. Recommended.

We stayed last June and were very satisfied with our election. Very friendly staff at Reception (Manuel explained us very well what we could do during our stay in the island), breakfast service at the restaurant and the cleaning of our apartment. They make you feel very comfortable. Very well located in the area of Cala Galdana, very quiet and near of beautiful beaches and calas. Definitely we recommend this hotel for those who want an informal and friendly hotel. Rob and sofía (london)

The place is good, and the staff is very friendly, especially the cafeteria and especially Paco (I think it was his name).
They take care of details that in other places overlook, like putting a kit to scrub the dishes. The toaster that was in our apartment was not working and in just over 10 minutes they came to give us another.
I put 3 stars for the cleaning service as it leaves a little to be desired:
— The 3 days we spent there opened the door for us while we were sleeping, even on the day we had to leave the apartment at 12h, which could have just happened from that hour.
— Did not remove the damaged toaster. It passed on the ground the three days.
— The first morning, when trying to move the curtain, this fell to the ground, was clearly poorly hooked, they left it so every day of stay.
— As we arrived the first day, I dropped my bundle of rolling tobacco, collecting the strands that had fallen to the ground I brought with them some black hairs.
Equally in general it is clean and above all it smells very good.

We have been very comfortable staying in this aparthotel! Very good value for money Thank you very much Ilunion!

Bathroom in the hallway area. Better than at the bedroom.
Beautiful view over Cala Galdana.
Breakfast room little ambience but good choice.

The hotel has four apartments adapted for people with reduced mobility, all on the ground floor and some with two spacious bedrooms.
The bathroom is spacious and you get to everything with wheelchair. The shower is a sink with a folding seat and an electric partition, although the switches are very far away which makes personal autonomy difficult.
The bedroom (the ones you have two too) is very spacious. It has a wardrobe with special hangers.
The terrace of the apartment is accessed without architectural barriers and is very spacious.
You can access the reception by ramp and the swimming pool, cafeteria and restaurant (free buffet) by another ramp very well executed.
It has parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility the restaurant is spacious and with tables with four legs that the hotel reserves for the people in wheelchair.
To the products of the free buffet is arrived well, although with difficulty to the trays that are behind, however the staff is helpful and will help us in what we need.
There are hammocks and Balinese beds.
Access to the pool is done by a transfer chair that puts us little by little to the water.

Decent size room for what you pay. Had an issue with a cockroach infestation in the bathroom door frame. Told the staff and they blocked the gaps in the door frame, but sounded like they'd heard about it before.

Very comfortable and the attention to perfect. We were very comfortable. The worst thing the food was of battle.

It was for me to stay only for breakfast (very well stocked), but also LS location (although it does not enjoy a beautiful view) is enviable. The pool was very nice and clean. In the evening it is easily to participate in the activity of animation for free, and for this I recommend it to families with young children.

Stayed in a 2 bed room, perfect for our 10 day stay. Beds very comfortable (not too soft, not too hard). Fridge, microwave, couple of hotplates and sink in room just right for our small family. Staff all lovely. Such a relaxed and child friendly resort.

Just finished our stay and we would definitely come back! The hotel is very quiet and had no problems with noise in the evening. The pool area is very spacious and has lots of sun beds and chill out areas. The room we stayed in was very new clean with a lovely secluded balcony. We stayed half board and found the food very varied and always stocked up. The staff in restaurant, reception and room service were very helpful and always polite. My only point would be that dinner starts quite late at 20.30 so this may be a problem for young families. As mentioned in other reviews the hotel is at the top of a steep hill but I really would not let this put you off unless you are very unfit or struggle walking as this is probably why the hotel is cheaper than others. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and young families. Cala Galdana is a wonderful resort and this was a fantastic stay.

A nicely presented good value hotel. Lovely quiet pool area, everywhere clean and tidy and friendly and helpful staff. Drinks and food sensibly priced. Slight hill to walk up when returning from the harbour, but look on the bright side; easy to go down! Definitely recommended!

Lovely quiet resort. Beautiful location apartments are very clean and modern. Pool area has plenty of beds and umbarellas. One downside its on a steep hill so a bit of a hike … but burns off the calories is a bonus.

Hotel in great location, perfect if you have the car. It was a very nice hotel. Only drawback: On arrival we were given a room really too humid, with wet mattresses (! ) … in my opinion unsellable! Luckily the problem was promptly resolved.
