Very friendly, relaxed & great staff.

Apartment was absolutely great. We only stayed for 1week bed & breakfast so there was no complaints about breakfast as there was plenty of food to choose from. Hotel's staff welcoming and friendly. Loved the bar staff. They were brilliant. An overall very brilliant holiday. Will definitely be back to hotel floramar.

Overall, great experience! Very friendly and professional staff, decent buffet meals, clean and well equipped rooms, great gym and other facilities like Jacuzzi.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Loved our stay here. Hotel is spotless and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Best cocktails ever! Reception staff are so lovely and always have a smile. We will definitely be back! The rooms are lovely especially recommend the sea view rooms. Well worth upgrading as it’s just a view to die for and lovely to sit on your balcony and enjoy a glass of wine. We have had a fabulous holiday and lots of amazing memories!

A lovely, clean complex with well appointed appartments, convenient location close to the centre of the resort and helpful, approachable staff. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the stunning views of the beach and sea from the hotel’s commandingly high position. Great food too. Would definitely recommend this as a family holiday destination.

In a great position, a few minutes walk from the resort and beach. It is on a steep hill though so probably not the best choice for those with walking difficulties. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back x.

Absolutely fantastic pace for a holiday. Breakfast was great, kids loved the mini disco and the pool was superb. Great views over the beach and superb location. Can't wait to come back.

The property is not a 4-star as advertised on the site but it is a poor 3 star. The staff however are very friendly and helpful. Not suitable for families with strollers or disabled because there are steps everywhere. The ramps don't exist. The beach is 300 meters downhill. If you have a stroller the climb is quite tiring!. The lobby is nice, but the common parts are very dated, poorly maintained and there's a lack of cleanliness. I found it really unhygienic to leave under the porch of the restaurant about 8 nests of swallows that go back leaving their excrement everywhere. It's a feat to find a chair without a memory. Non-existent animation for both children and adults. Bad cleaning in the room that was always dirty. Bad also the restaurant, which I recommend only if you have a small child for fast timing, otherwise numerous are the little restaurants in the area where you eat very well.
Pool uncrowded but in shade as early as 5pm. 30.

Fantastic place with lovely friendly staff. Only gripe is if you're planning a family holiday and need a cot, these are charged at 3.50 euros per night.

Floramar aparthotel is a nicely appointed, recently refurbished accommodation. The complex is situated at the top of a hill so not suitable for those who are not fleet of foot. The staff are very welcoming, however on arrival, we found that there was a island tax to pay, which works out at €3.75 per person so for 2 people, nearly €50 has to be paid. Our room had a pool view and angled sea view. Our stay was self catering, but All inclusive and other board options are available. The resort itself is very quiet with a lovely location and beach. The surrounding area is mainly flat and can be covered in a couple of days. The resort has plenty of restaurants/ bars (no night clubs or late bars as far as I could tell) with some family friendly areas. If a relaxing break is what you're looking for, this is it. The resort is very quiet at the time of this post (season only started at the beginning of May). Stay for a week and you can eat in a different restaurant each night. To break up the holiday, a trip to Mahon or Ciudadella is recommended.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff. Melanie works her socks off, always smiling and happy to help, good pool, food ok but often cold, apart from that, a good place to holiday. Mind the steep hill.

Lovely place with wonderful views, Hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble and the rooms are nice with air conditioning. I've had better food at similar resorts and the hot plates didn't keep anything warm but overall we had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend. Don't expect too much in the way of entertainment as there wasn't any for four nights of our week there. Beware of a Tourist Tax that has been introduced in the Balearics which will cost around €34 when you check in to your Hotel for a family of four per week.

Lovely hotel very clean and we had a beautiful view looking onto the bay we had a 1. Bedroom superior apartment beautifully furnished only downside was one very small single wardrobe a few shelves for 4 people for 2 weeks wasn't enough space, had to keep clothes in suitcase. But couldn't fault it otherwise we was self catering.

Very good standards. Relaxed. Very Clean and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned and new towels and linen EVERY DAY. Third time we have been back and we will book again.

We stayed here the first two weeks in July and had an excellent holiday. Couldn't fault it at all. Food was lovely, always fresh and we enjoyed sitting outside having our meals. The room was lovely also. Nice big one bedroom apartment with a street view which was fine. Wouldn't hesitate in returning and would definitely recommend.

Loved it but did have upgraded pool and beach view. Room had been refurbished other roo. S bit dated although studios are very small have been refurbished and have very small terrace would definitely upgrade to pool view. Food is nice lots salads pasta fish. Very clean staff friendly. Small walk to beautiful beach and lots small shops bars ect quiet place more for couples n oldies no teenagers n gangs young ones … I went in June weather very hot. I would imagine in school time it's very busy. But all in all a lovely holiday.

Great hotel with great views at the terrace. It is a very relaxing place located in an amazing beach. In the bar area, you can enjoy amazing cocktails from the bartender who can create a large variety of different cocktails.
Also the food is great and staff is lovely.

Good food and not far from the sea.

Food and good location. But the arrival was blew us right. We, a family with 2 small children arrived late in the evening. Despite the request, the room was not set. My wife had to make the sofa to the crib itself. Have to be begged to bed linen. The dinner was not! in the fridge and largely inedible. The guide makes a balance with the hotel, the the arrogant hotel management did not. A lawyer had to be turned on after tedious dispute with TUI.
