Very clean, spacious, plenty of towels. Balcony with sea view. Cleaning took place every day. AC works well.
Thick curtains.
Walls are very thin though could hear everything.

Summary: Would recommend it to smaller groups of travellers.

Superb hotel in Ibiza with a welcoming team in a great location. On the sea front, this modern and friendly hotel is great for singles and couples.

This hotel is excellent the staff were brilliant and walking distance into town with great views and a lovely pool. Well done.

The hotel is great for what you’re paying. Nothing too fancy, but it does the job just fine. The staff were truly friendly and accommodating, especially Joseph.

Kamal on the front desk really makes this hotel! He is so friendly, welcoming and made us feel like Family he Looked after us so well.

Positive: I really liked everything and I enjoyed my holiday, our host was really nice and helpful. The facilities were excellent. Great area, you could go anywhere from there really easy.

Service is friendly, food is good & affordable! most brekky options are €7.5 or less including a drink which really helps with the Ibiza budget.

Never have I been to a club like this before, it was like I'd been invited to a celebrity home. The location is perfect with a quick 15 min taxi from San Antonio.

This was my second visit to pikes, for the evening club. You have to be on the guest list which was easy to get onto using Instagram.

Great hotel and close to everything… defo come back here for any future returns to Ibiza. The pool was not too busy and not too big where we couldn't get a bed. Staff were great and very helpful.

The staff were so polite the value for money for the hotel was super and the staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful I forget his name but it was a man with a beard.

The Hotel Neptuno in Paguera was a perfect choice. From the moment we arrived we felt fantastic.

Very comfortable, too clean and an increadible personal threat. I stayed there for a week and it is perfect! Near the beach, 2 minutes walking.

The Hipocampo Palace was the best hotel we have been too and definitely worth its 5 stars.

Incredible holiday here (writing this still on the holiday). Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful! The pools are lovely, everything is so clean & lots in the pools for children too.

A wonderful 7 day stay at this hotel. The staff were more than helpful, the food was outstanding and a great variation for all family members.

Entertainment is brilliant! Julen was full of energy and lovely to be around, he made our evenings and relaxing days all that better. The desk was very helpful for all the small questions we had.

Rooms were basic but clean and modern with a nice balcony. Reception staff were great on arrival, couldn't have been more helpful.

Stayed in September for 3 nights. The hotel and spa were immaculate. The location was great for walking into Palma Nova.

The view from the apartment is fabulous! We witnessed some beautiful sunrises from the balcony itself. Cleanliness was remarkable and the apartment is at a very picturesque location.

This is a really lovely hotel, the room was lovely, the only two things that let it down was the shower curtain and shower, if that was updated it would have been perfect, and the mattress was foam

Really fantastic location. The beach is just across the road from the entrance. Good connectivity to buses and taxis. Lots of excellent restaurants closeby.

The room is okay.
They clean your room even if you didn’t ask them to.
They change your towels every day.
Breakfast is quite good.

We stayed at the Iris for 10 nights from 25 August. From arriving we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Great location.

Stayed here in early September the weather was great, booked the standard room, arrived at about 4am but they had 24 hour reception so easy check in, all the staff were super friendly and easy to

Can’t complain about the hotel at all. You pay for what you get and is only 5 min walk to aldi/the strip and the beach.
