Just one street back from the pine walk, literally less than a minute and you're there, and about 10 minutes walk from the main stretch of restaurants and bars. Clean, tidy and with everything you need, the kitchen is compact but we'll equipped, really powerful shower and clocked the internet speeds at 30mb one night and 20mb on another. I highly recommend staying here, it is great value for money and I would not hesitate in staying again.
Nice enough studio apartment. We had room 229. Adequate facilities but nothing to write home about. Kitchen a little cramped but enough to get you by. Microwave, kettle, hobs and toaster. No oven. Storage space a little limited. Walk in shower was nice with great water pressure. Pool was nice too. Grounds kept well. The best part about these apartments is the location. At the quiet end of Polenca but only a ten minute walk to the main drag. The Pine Walk itself is a joy. Captive portal Wi-Fi is also available and is 'free' (meaning it's included in the overall price). Wi-Fi was at its best the nearer you were to your front door. Out on the balcony, the connection was a little hit and miss. Middle of the room I clocked the speed at about 10Mbps. We'd certainly stay there again, all things considered. Even though there's only three of us (two adults and an 8 year old) next time, we'd probably go for an apartment, rather than a studio. A bit more room and storage space would have been nice. Word of warning: You have to check in and pick up your room key (credit card shaped room key) at the Hotel Bahia along the sea front. It's about a 10 minute walk from the apartments. I've shared several pictures. Although to be fair, most of them were taken a few minutes before we left so the place looks a little messy :)

Lovely place to stay, just one row back from pine walk and 5 minutes to the main restaurants. Very clean and tidy apartment and public areas, and a well equipped kitchen. Very nice that there was only about 15 apartments so the pool area and loungers where never overcrowded. Made our holiday very relaxing and we both really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and we hopefully would love to come back here ☺️
