Lovely clean apartments, so central when u walk out on street. Beach just 2 mins away. Receptionists were so helpful, He helped us book a boat trip, which we so enjoyed. All requests were no problem. Hope to return some day to same place. Also lovely cafe on left outside the door called Bloody Mary.

Very clean, helpful staff and ideal location.

Fabulous apartments, very roomy and a great central location. All the staff are so helpful, excellent value for money, a two minute walk to the stunning beach with amazing sunsets. We will be back soon 👍

Central position lovely and clean nothing was a problem fabulous staff.

Just returned from a week stay, all the staff are doing a marvellous job keeping there guests safe from COVID-19.
Nothing is too much trouble, thanks for the recommendation to dine at VIVO it was perfect. The apartment we had was very clean and spacious on the 8th floor with a fabulous view across the bay. Thanks again and I look forward to returning next year xx.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this hotel, on arrival everything appeared great lovely welcoming desk staff and bright clean foyer, our room was not ready and that was fine we were happy to wait considering we had arrived a little early. After taking the lift to the third floor we exited to a long walk uphill which included stairs this was quite a struggle with our luggage. On entering our apartment everything seemed fine until we noticed the floors were not very clean. This hotel needs to re evaluate the housekeeping, our room was not cleaned all week the bathroom was never cleaned the towels were changed every two days but were just left lying on the sofa for us to deal with and the bed linen which was changed only once was left on the table for us to make up ourselves, we have never experienced this kind of housekeeping before and hope never to experience it again.

Me, my brother and my little girl loved it here. Very very friendly and helpful staff!

Rooms are lovely and clean, staff couldn't be more helpful, it's a 2 min walk to beach and balconys have a lovely sea view, plenty to do on site, would recommened.

Amazing hotel for the price we paid, rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean helpful and friendly staff lovely pool and bar area will definitely return thanks sun beach for a great holiday.

The Sun beach is a friendly hotel this is my third stay there. I love the staff I am 65 and feel really safe. The
position is perfect. Ten out of Ten here to the next time.

Helpful staff great atmosphere.

Nice and clean, location great right in the centre of everything, staff very friendly and helpful, even though in centre quiet at night no problem sleeping, only downside it's all single beds.

Perfect location, modern clean rooms. Great area for food and drink and very close to beautiful beach. Pool is perfect. Everyone warm and welcoming. Would def recommend and would love to go back.

Lovely friendly staff, Johanna and the other young girl were chatting to… air con in the rooms were excellent, clean hotel, plenty of choice outside to eat aswell as a reasonably priced pool bar. … I would definitely stay here again!

Horrible staff that always use language barrier an an excuse for ignorance, especially Jose who watched my wife struggle to move an umbrella after numerous times asking and being ignored. Scandinavian guests having priority just because, because why? Bottom line never ever again every year the staff get worse and also rooms not cleaned every 2 days like we were told. Every question you ask seems to be a nuisance, just don’t value customers clearly, first time with the kids and not a good experience at all. Sorry but you have seriously let yourself down and unfortunately you have lost a yearly customer. FYI the umbrella got moved by a Scandinavian when we went to the toilet even tho our things were still their. Very sad when you have to share a hotel with people like this, as staff are too scared to confront them but happy to confront us… bad customer service if that is the case.

Just home from a weeks holiday here and we loved it. We had a sea view room on the 6th floor and the view was lovely. The rooms were very spacious, modern and well presented. Pool bar was great and the food was lovely. Plenty of sun beds around the pool to which was ideal. Staff were very friendly. I will be reccomending this place to friends and family and hopefully returning myself.

The apartment was spotless. The staff very friendly and the roof terrace bar and swimming pool was a nice touch to. Nothing too much trouble for them. Myself and my daughter stayed for a long weekend and left this morning very happy, so much so we are looking to book again for later in the year. Thanks to all of you.

Nice hotal but dont do stag and if you do anyghink bad they wont THINK twice sbout kicking you OUT.

Wonderful treatment of the staff, great and beautiful rooms, large bedroom, modern bathroom, good living room with fully equipped kitchen, plus outdoor terrace. The hotel has very good facilities and the services it offers are very complete. And very importantly, everything is super clean. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean apartments and lovely, friendly staff.

The vistamar apartment has good views and is relatively new. The apartment is ideal for 2 people with full kitchen and very well located in the leisure area. It has limited parking but can be easily parked in the area.

Spending a week here now and really enjoying it. Good location, nice rooms (pay the extra for a sea view its definitely worth it) Lots of places to eat out, the best pizzas by far are from the Pizza, Burger, Kebab shop just to the left as you leave the apartment, homemade and delicious.

Newly refurbished apartments with a swimming pool. Ideally located near the restaurants and close to the beach in Santa Ponsa. Lift can be noisy as well as busy throughout the night with party goers.

Started by finding someone else in our allocated room. Relocated to another room of lower desirability. Had to complain about this and we were 'upgraded' to a sea view room at no extra charge. The apartments are nice, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's not too noisy and the weather is HOT.

Stayed here from the 21st — 28th of April and we were not disappointed. On entrance the reception area was immaculate and very minimalistic and modern. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. Amazing view of the beach! The room was clean and modern on arrival and we were very happy and impressed with it. I really don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel. If I had to pick one thing, I would say that the lack of clean towels and sheets was it’s only downfall. They change the towels once every 2 days then the sheets once every 4 days. The cleaners never once swept our floors either. But there’s a small dust pan and brush in the room so I gave it a once over. Apart from that everything was fabulous. Met some great people (other holiday makers) there and we would definitely come back here. Well done. Also, I highly recommend Bloody Mary’s (Resturant right outside the hotel) the food is good, cocktails are amazing and the staff are super friendly, they’re the most friendliest holiday resort restaurant I’ve ever been too. The young girl (didn’t catch her name) who was the waitress was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, very talkative and made sure we wanted for nothing, so if you’re there at Sun Beach you should definitely check out Bloody Mary’s.

Start with slightly negative for a two bed apartment the wardrobe is too small. As a solo guest I can't Mark down for this. Great apartments clean bright modern. Staff very friendly and helpful great location as well had a great holiday at Sun beech.

Landscape, sun, warmth… Everything is assembled for an excellent holiday.

A nightclub opposite was open all night with people on a balcony outside shouting, chanting and screaming All night until mid morning. Don't go unless you are one of those idiots.

Dingy room in a dingy location. Only good thing about this place were 2 nice individual staff behind the front desk — other front desk/general staff weren't even that friendly and not helpful. We left our reservation early and double paid to finish our vacation elsewhere.

Had 10 days holiday & my only criticism be it very minor is no where in the bathroom to put your toiletries other than that I cannot find fault with the hotel very friendly staff very clean & great location loads of places to eat & drink nearby would defiantly stay again Johanna on reception is a star.

Just returned from a week at sun beach fantastic staff friendly always very pleasent great location we stayed in appartment with a terrace great would deff return.

Don't be put off by bad reviews, Hotel has just undergone refurbishment and is attracting families back! Clean, rooms spot on, great location, no good for young kids (u10 maybe) as pool is deep (1M shallow end) pool bar serves good food but closes at 6pm.

Just been refurbished good standard very close to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Still here until tomorrow and loved every day of it.
Definitely be back. Came with my 16yr old daughter and her 16yr old friend with my husband too. Room 406 was perfect. Staff friendly rooms clean. Pool area clean and relaxing. Next time back with my mother inlaw and daughter we will get 2 rooms. Perfect for a week.
Only small request would be more hanging even if soon hooks added behind bedroom door for extra space. And the shower base would benefit from having a tilt to save water running onto floor. This wouldn't stop from coming back and still one of the best apartments I've been to.

Best location, 50 meters to the beach. Nice and friendly staff, fresh renovated rooms. Will advise.

Grand place, decent but constantly had to ask for towels etc, view was nice overlooking beach.
