Globales Santa Ponsa Park

Having booked this hotel I then read the reviews. All I can say is the people must have been in a different hotel. The room was perfect for two people cleaned every day as was the bathroom. People say that the shower is not very big it is the same size as all the hotels I have stayed in. Rooms and furniture clean and tidy. Food in the restaurant hot with a good selection of hot and buffet choices. Staff are always smiling and friendly cleaning the outdoor areas which are spotlessly clean with no litter anywhere. Only little niggle is the sunbeds not enough to go around for every one. Seven people in are group and we all enjoyed ourselves and will book again next year so it can't be bad!

We've just come back from Globales Santa Ponsa Park. It's a lovely hotel. Very well maintained. We had our room cleaned daily with fresh towels. All the staff were friendly and very helpful they made our stay very enjoyable. There was a wide variety of food though the day. You don't get a kettle in your room but there is facilities downstairs to make some. We saw management around daily talking to staff and customers which was amazing to see. Maybe a few more loungers or chairs needed round the pool as it was very busy. Its only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops all around if you forget anything. Overall we had a fantastic holiday. Definitely one I would come back to.

Santaponsa park is so beautiful so clean staff are amazing 👏 food is good there's three hotels here owned buy globales and you can use all three for all inclusive and there all next to one another and shops on your door steep than you for an amazing holiday 😀 😁 😀 😋

Be Aware Tui advertise this as Suneo… We had a nightmare on bus finding it with no Rep. Food experience not good especially theme nights. But you won't starve.

Where do I start…… I asked to move room as there is construction work going on and got moved 4 doors down (no point at all) I’m in room 320 so please avoid. The shower is hanging off and we complained 4 times (we are only half way through our holiday) and nothing has been done. The gentleman on reception is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life but the woman at the hotel bar is just lovely, the food is nice and if your not fussy you’ll always get something. Not a good experience for us at all.

Got back yesterday from a 5 night last minute stay. Tui Suneo is a complex consisting of two hotels; The Santa Ponsa Park and The Pionero which are separated by a couple of shallow steps. Each are much the same and you’re able to move about the two as you wish.
We stayed in The Pionera which was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel, including rooms, restaurants, toilet facilities and pool areas alike.
You are given a beaker to use whilst around the pool area, for safety reasons and this also prevents waste. This beaker is changed each time you want a refill. In my opinion, a brilliant idea.
Glasses are used in the restaurant and indoors in the evening.
The food is great, though could be hotter sometimes. Not an extensive choice but we never came away hungry. Only the basic drinks are AI, most cocktails incur extra charge.
Staff are helpful, although one or two are not very friendly…but that didn’t bother us. Angeles in the Pizzeria is a lovely lady.
The entertainment staff work hard to involve people in the daily programme of archery/rifle shooting/table tennis and are lovely team.
Evening entertainment is “variable”.
We have no complaints and would definitely return. Oh and the beds are comfy.

Really a brilliant hotel overall, staff are very friendly, clean hotel. A special mention to the animation team who are all high energy characters who get to know the guests well and do an awesome job providing entertainment throughout the day. Also the female life guard also excelled, she was extremely helpful and just an all round credit to the team.
Only 3 things to mention, firstly we were not told it was actually a complex of 3 hotels so for the first day or 2 we stuck to the hotel we were staying at and missed out on some of the entertainment. In turn, with there being 3 hotels it is difficult some days to get sun beds as it appears there just aren't enough for the number of guests.
Secondly, the tiling around the pool is lethal, I've never stayed anywhere where the poolside flooring was quite so slippery, we saw quite a lot of slips and falls through the week due to this.
Lastly, the food was nice and there was always something good to eat however it was very hit and miss if you would get hot, or even sometimes warm food. It is often a challenge for buffet style all inclusive hotels but I'd suggest that this would be a big improvement for the hotel to look into.
Overall we had a lovely week away and would definitely come back.

I am currently at this hotel I have been here since Friday and I go home tomorrow. I just want to say please ignore any negative reviews about the hotel because me and my family have had a great time here! The rooms are a good size, beds are very comfortable, the air-con isn’t great but does the job. Housekeeping make the beds, give you clean towels and things everyday. Hotel is absolutely spotless very very clean they are always cleaning. It is quiet at night, yes you will hear people talking and walking to their rooms but that is normal you get a good nights sleep here. Food is good breakfast lunch and dinner there is always a great selection and theirs something for everyone to eat. The pool is really nice and you can also use any other pools in the Globales hotels. We managed to get a sunbed every day I have not seen a mad rush to get one like people say. Pizzeria is good (the snack bar by pool) u can get pizza, chips, burgers, melon throughout the day which is really good. Showers in the room are powerful and really nice, bathroom is spacious. Also there is a Spar shop and other shops about a 2 minute walk from the Hotel which is good and a beach a 5 minute walk from Hotel. I have not got a bad word to say about this hotel and we have all had a lovely week!
