Starting with the view from the room, no view at all just a wall, which was disappointed. If you are a stay in the room all day style, make sure you book a sea view for 15€ a day upgrade. We had an extra single bed in our room, shouldn't be there, as we only booked for 2 person not 3. The room itself was clean, but we only had one plug socket to charge phones and everthing else. The hotel is located on the beach and the view from the dining place look straight on the beach, which is nice. Food was ok, plenty of choice, but after a few days, feels like you have the same.

Ideal hotel for families. Simple rooms but air-conditioned international food not a great choice but "you don't starve". Local strength where you eat with large windows where you can enjoy the fantastic panorama of the sea.

The staff are amazing but the management seem to uncaring about how overstretched they are. The room I was in seemed to be last decorated in the 1990s with poor patchy paintwork on ceiling. Generally I enjoyed stay 5 star for overworked staff 0 star for penny pinching management.

Do not expect a luxurious hotel however the welcome and friendliness of the staff makes this hotel just exceptional.
We had problems with the airport transfer service and the hotel staff took over the management (seeing that we were not fluent in Spanish).
When we left that was very early (3h) We were surprised to learn that the staff had made us available enough to feed us!
I would recommend this hotel not only for the human side but also in relation to the location: Beach, nearby bus, …

I read the reviews before I came, so wasn't sure what to expect. Uve been to other all inclusives and this one is by far the best. The staff are really accommodating and helpful. Really friendly. The food, there is a constant supply of food throughout the day, and though the choices may be a tad limited. There's something for all tastes. You will NOT go hungry. The rooms are functional and clean. The drink, this is the 1st all inclusive I've been to (and I've been to a few) That the drink isn't watered down. The pool outdoor area is small, but there's a whole beach less than 2 minutes walk away. Great place, great location, I would highly recomend.

We stayed here last May, for my birthday. We had a lovely time. We spent most of our time on the beach as the pool area is very small. However very clean, food was lovely and our bedroom was lovely too. We have another holiday booked here for this may 21st 2018 — so we liked it alot. Very very close to the beach. And lots of resturants a stones throw away. We hired bikes for a small fee. We really enjoyed every minute! also if u walk to your right along the beach and up the stairs… keep going for 15 minutes and you wil come to a beautiful lagoon… this is not easy access for the elderly and kids but it was so lovely — — the sea was so clear and perfect for a day on your lilo… hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did… one last thing and this was the only littke problem we had was there was a couple of ants in my drink… so watch out of them hehe :/ apart from that didnt see a bug! Friendly and great service ask for the receptionist called Neena (not sure I spelled that right) she is top notch at her services always smiling!

It is cool Hahora the reformed and the pool if you have very big kids there are two big and small.

A hotel a little bit past. For me, it has a star, little variety in the buffet, normal staff, very friendly with the guiris and us or good morning, yes, the camarer@s quite friendly. Little care in the details to be a 3 star walk to the beach. The best location.

Taking into account the reviews, we decided to give this hotel a chance. We have just come back from a week in this hotel and it is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. We arrived and were not greeted, but asked for more money. They had stopped serving food and we weren't offered anything. The key to our room didn't work. There wasn't enough beds for our family and was told the maids would make up the sofa. NO childrens entertainment. The swimming pool was tiny, my bath at home is bigger. Wi-Fi was charged extra and didn't work. The food is barely edible. We went out for a day trip on a glass bottom boat and came back to find our room had been given to somebody else. When asked to speak to the manager, he offered us another room but refused to give us an apology. OVERALL, even for a 3 star hotel, this ruined what was our first family holiday together. Food was awful, Pool was non existent, Staff were awful, we ended up paying to go to another hotel 5 minutes walk and was over the moon.

Quite cheap for all inclusive. Food OK n not repetitive. Booze cheap n nasty but does the job. Staff very friendly n efficient. Entertainment dreadful (as ever) Pool tiny n freezing but hotel is on a nice beach, 2 mins away. Good week in the sun… Check it out.

Location is amazing being right next to the beach. The low cost rooms felt dirty and have a tiny window with no view. We had to upgrade to a standard room to sleep and feel comfortable. They were very accommodating in general with our requests. Food was okay.

Food and poured wonderfully. The bar is not priverednichajut, give at least five glasses in the hands. There were no questions on cleaning, the truth was thrown out of the package with food, decided that rubbish with their words. Although there were zapakovanye packs of snacks. The location is super, as is the view from the dining room.

Sea was very full of seaweed every day eating temporary towels were always forgotten to switch fresh.

Hotel mix Colombo is a cheap and cheerful hotel, run by very friendly people. It is located next to the beach of s'illot a quiet and peaceful place, there are quite a few bars and restaurants a stone's throw from the hotel and only a few minutes walk to say coma, I have been twice now and would return again.

For the price paid I cannot be too harsh. Rooms and all areas are clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food varied and plentiful. Great value for money all round. Rooms could be updated but that would push price up. Some maintenance issues here and there but then I don't go on holiday to spend too much time in the hotel room. We didn't use the pool or partake in the various entertainment that was happening during the evenings. We did miss no kettle in the room but lack of hairdryer no problem.

Sea. Friendlier staff… great food… restaurant with panoramic view directly on the sea.

Just got back from a week s holiday. Pool not as big as photo suggests and only 20 sun beds to go around about 200 people! Just as well nice beach adjacent. Beware no hairdryer provided oh but you can hire one (more money). The biggest let down was the lack of entertainment there's only so much free alcohol you can drink! staff are all lovely but I wouldn't go again. Sorry.

The hotel offers just as much as the price can be expected. A bed, a bathroom and something to eat, so that the blood sugar in a bottomless pit. Food is located in the bottom of high, rooms are ok at first glance, the second a stain, dust and other indefinable can be found everywhere. The location is ok, if you want directly from the hotel to the sea. However, the noise level must be included in purchase. The staff are all very friendly and endeavors, that does not save me but unfortunately, if I want to spend a relaxing holiday. Conclusion: the right who want to live cheap seaside and otherwise has no high demands, gets for his money.

Room was clean, everything is a chargeable extra (kettle, Wi-Fi, fan, safe). Couldn't even swim in the pool it was that small. Food was terrible, drinks served in cheap little plastic cups. Staff were very helpful & great being next to a lovley beach.

We can recommend this Hotel, fantastic position right next to the beach, nice walk around the bay, staff are particularly friendly, always smiling and very helpful. We enjoyed the food and had great entertainment. We were there on the 12-May-16 We will most certainly go back to the Hotel when we visit Majorca. (Philip)

Stuff very very friendly. Breakfast and Dinner were very good. We didn't have the best Room but it was ok.

Rooms in themselves in Orndung. Food at the buffet looks good, but unfortunately doesn't taste like much — meat and salad are good. For vegetarians little choice and all pasta dishes cooked.
Unfortunately, the all-inclusive package was not good. Drinks can only be picked up 150mL in the plastic cup and nothing is allowed to come outside the hotel, otherwise the ribbon will be taken off.
I find something outrageous, as not only did we want to spend our holidays in the far too small pool, but we also let 1 food a day go out here and there to explore the island. Here it would certainly be more pleasant for the holidaymakers if you could prepare something at breakfast than provisions. But even that: Bad ad. We didn't even get a bottle of water when we had done an entire day trip. So: Half ride or just breakfast and prefer to pay each meal separately — breakfast 6 euros, lunch — and dinner 8 euros. Drinks are super cheap in the supermarket — are disappointed.

If you want everything served at any time and you want the ocean 50 meters from your hotel. The seek this Catalonia Colombo Hotel in S'illot. The were the all star inclusive of allincluse. Breakfast, lunch & dinner. Free drinks and coffee plus icecream, dessert for free all day long for 14 days. Have a scotch free before dinner, wine for free to dinner. Excellent and friendly staff. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Would have liked a larger swimmingpool but when you are as close to the sea… not really need a pool. Marvelous beaches and to stroll along until it's almost black out side and you feel the breeze. Just super I tell you that. Perfect for romantic lovers, families, friends, young and old couples. Personally going to bed hearing the waves of the Mediterrainian is bringing goosebumps on my body to this day.

Good food, the sea within walking distance. Didn't like air conditioners: they are cool, but the room smelled damp, when it works.

Located directly on the beach. The food is excellent, choice of drinks, live music in the evenings. Rooms without frills. But spacious.
