One of our most expensive holidays and the worst! couldn't swing a cat in the room, 2 adults and a teenager, paid extra to upgrade to tip floor. Nice room, very spacious. Was it worth extra 300 euros? Hhmmm? Pool is small, very small and to top it off you have to pay for a sun lounger. Positive on that side pool bar guy is Great! Food, mediocre for what we paid, had lots better for lots cheaper.

The great buffet! The selection is sensational. Today, for example, pork kidney piece filled with spinach and sobrasada — a dream.

El hotel esta en una magnifica playa, justo a 3 pasos de la arena. Las vistas desde la habitacion (con vistas laterales al mar) eran bastante buenas. El punto debil del hotel es la piscina, que es interior I en verano no se aprovecha nada, y la comida, que aunque es buena, es poco variada. Trato del personal muy bueno, para repetir la experiencia.

Just back! Disappointed with the general treatment of Spaniards towards Italians! 4-star hotel deserves less than a retreat! Hotel has 2 external internal faces… the catalog pictures represent it good with nice rooms! For the 2 side of the hotel it's like that… If you place yourself in the 2 opposite sides to catalog images you find yourself in horrible furniture rooms non-existent antique tiles without window conditioners above the vents of a restaurant with kebabs!. Lunch and dinner with the usual menus… With pre-confessed foods! In the world exists much better at less price!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Food superb, staff very friendly. Nothing bad to say and already thinking about booking for 2019.

Although happy with some of the things, like being so close to the beach, room cleanliness and staff (so far), the hotel's "all inclusive" system is very poor standard. We are on all inclusive system, but bar for us closes an hour earlier than the pay for their drinks separately customers. Hardly any toiletries in the room, although it says they supply it and we didn't bring much. After breakfast, we cannot get a coffee until 3pm (! ) Cheap and horrible squashes for breakfast drinks, not even a fresh orange juice. We cannot even take a bottle of water to the beach, which is right outside the hotel. If we spend the day out, they will only give us packed lunch if we pay for it (! ) Altogether very bad value for our money, and it was not a cheap purchase! It is our first wedding anniversary celebration trip, and we wanted something special, but it was wrong choice. Would definitely not come back again nor recommend it to friends!

3* hotel at a price of 4. Walls thin as papper, no privacy, the noise arround the hotel deafening until 00:00. Definitely not suitable with small children. Some of the staff helpful, but this excludes the reception. Overpriced and charging for anything extra! Will not come back nor will I recommend this hotel.

An overpriced 3* hotel with unprofessional staff, extra small rooms and complete lack of helpfulness. Only redeeming quality is the location, but due to neighboring hotel's entertainment program it's extremely loud until midnight.

The hotel is very nice, the food of the buffet mu good, the hotel does not have an outdoor pool. The room was very clean and comfortable. Super people.

The hotel is located right next to the stand, perfect location! The hotel is very clean and modern. In the evening animations take place and there will also be otherwise entertainment possibilities tags about offers. There are 2 roof terrace, of which you have a very nice perspective. There is a halls bathroom that is ok so far, the staff is very accommodating and very friendly to the guests! From repetition to cleaning staff. I catch the food quite well so far, gave enough variety thinking something for everyone! We felt very comfortable here ☺ all the time again!

I have only been to reception and the kitchen, about the location is perfect since it is in sight and close to the beach.

For the time being all right. It is a 3 star hotel but it has been recently reborn. The only thing in disfavour do not speak Italian.

Right on the Beach, perfect! In the Hotel and the Rooms you pay close attention to Cleanliness, great! Breakfast is A. K. Equipment is old-fashioned. Beds, TV, Friendliness very good!

An interesting value for a quiet stay in may
Superb breakfast buffet: cheeses, charcuterie, tomatoes, assorted breads, fruit, fresh cheese, cereals, jams, pastries and cold biscuits; sausages, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms for the warm; tea, coffee, milk, 3 different fruit juices for drinks.
The buffet of the evening meal was also quite varied, although a little repetitive: assortment of cold starters, hot dishes (meat + fish), pasta/rice/potatoes, vegetables, assortment of desserts (cakes, fruits and ice cream).
Nice bar with sea view, unfortunately meals are taken in the basement. Very efficient service. Please note that drinks are not included in the half board price.
The pool is covered, allows to relax at the end of the day when the seawater is too cold. Entertainment is planned in the evenings, and even during the day and possibility to make sightseeing bus tours.
No parking, but it is very easy to park in the street, or in the vacant lot in front of the hotel.
The beach is really in front of the tip of the hotel.
Very predominantly German-speaking clientele (TV channels are mainly in Spanish and German), some French and English. Families and retirees mainly in this season.
Be careful if you plan to go around the island, the journeys are fast long (in time), and in this case it is better to prefer a more central accommodation.

Ideal spot on the beachfront.

The hotel is very quiet though and beach front, the good thing to report was the food, varied and good, inclusively jam packed.

I've been very disappointed just for one detail.
I stayed 1 week on holiday, the last day I left the room at 11 noon and stayed on the hotel premises until 6pm at the restaurant, pool, bar. Etc.
I left my car keys on the bedside table, supposedly cleanthe rooms, this one I don't think they cleaned it much because they didn't see my keys. That point number 1. But there's more.
When he arrived in Madrid and I realize that I do not have the keys I call them and I tell them to send them and I give them my address, so the thing remains, after 4 weeks without receiving anything I decide to call them and they answer that they have not sent them I ask that because the they have sent and because they don't tell me they haven't sent them to me and they answer that they didn't have my number to call me. (But if you have my customer card) let's go if you want I had called and didn't.
Then they tell me that a reverse charge can not be sent to me …
Let's go I had to look for life by sending them to a private company to send them to me because on top of the hotel it closes all winter.
Come on, they don't even call me to tell me they don't send them to me.
They close the hotel all winter and don't give me solutions…
I'm disappointed.

I had a fantastic holiday, the hotel is in the best location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, all members of staff that I met were so friendly and polite. The food was of a very good quality and well cooked. The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of Spanish food. There was a good choice but I could've been anywhere.

The hotel is getting in the years. The rooms are too small. For 3 star hotel sufficient.
The location is great and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the operating personnel are too poorly trained. The tables are not always covered, you have to do it yourself. The plates are not cleaned up, replenishment does not work. Coffee is there, but not a cup. The weekend is still bad, the staff is overwhelmed and the food unpalatable. (Much too much oil. )
We will continue to stay at Universal Hotel holiday, but not at 3 star.
We stayed at Marques hotel, it was better organissiert. Each one got a table reserved for the whole holiday and was always cleanly covered.

Great! Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are wonderful very polite and helpful. Food is great and drinks are good. It's waiter service. Inside pool which is relaxing. And you step outside and the beach is right there.

The location to the beach is super. Only through a small Promenade separated. The Hotel is everywhere very clean, the staff is always friendly and the food is very good and varied. Have not eaten in other Hotels as good as here. The place is small but offers many possibilities. From leisurely Strolling, Bars, Restaurants, to tours. The next places are also very easy to reach on foot. The rooms are not modern, but functional, clean and well maintained. We would recommend the Hotel and gladly again come.

Everything is really perfect, food, hotel, beach, sea, splendid location, feet in the water. No traffic, no road to cross, shops, bars, the top what.

Just got back from a 14 night stay here, me and my partner Joanne had a very enjoyable time, all the staff were very friendly especially David, food and drink were of a very good standard, brilliant location right on the beach, indoor swimming pool but this was a blessing at times if you needed to get out of the sun, met some fantastic people which made our stay all the better, happy days.

The location of the hotel is great.
The food is quite tasty and varied and this hotel could well get a rating from me 5, but in many rooms there is no air conditioning, and the relocation to an air-conditioned room costs €25 per night per person, which during a week's stay in four makes unthinkable money. At + 39 on the street the same thing happens in the rooms, sleep is just unreal.

The hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were cleaned every day and spotless. Never been to an all inclusive hotel that when we arrived after meal time was finished in the evening had prepared food for us on arrival. The towel service was brilliant new towels to take to the beach every day. Couldn't fault this holiday from start to finish.

Great location, service and food. Highly recommended however, could be improved with the addition of an outdoor pool and air conditioning in all rooms.

I could not fault the staff with their friendliness and work ethic. However I do have some issues with the hotel itself. firstly the outside space (11 tables) is not enough. Everybody was trying to get these tables and when not available it was too hot inside (no air conditioning) the rooms are looking dated and I believe a refurbishment is both planned and much needed. finally the entertainment is very poor. During my 2 week stay it was the same kiddies music for just a couple of youngsters and then once again the same music the rest of the time. There was 2 singers that sang during 2 weeks and these were also very poor, reading lyrics from books and not of good quality. Both only doing a 40 minute spot. Many guests including myself left during this to seek alternative entertainment. Even karaoke would have been better than this. Many other hotels had far better entertainment. the situation regarding drinks not been able to take to the beach is also poor. The hotel must be laughing all the way to the bank when guests sit on the beach all day and not drinking and the lack of snacks available must make it very profitable. I asked about being moved to the bikini hotel that had a better set up and was told that the following day there would be availability but jet2 told me different. Overall not very happy.

The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the showers. Throughout the hotel (many colleagues staying all over the hotel) the water was very low pressure, sometimes nothing at all came out the taps. That means the dribble you did get would vary constantly from hot to cold. There is also no air conditioning in the rooms, just a large fan. Not a problem when I was there, but will be in the summer months. Breakfast is good, and location is fine, next to the beach.

Good: the food, large selection of good quality was. Unfortunately in the basement!
Otherwise "All Inclusive" deemed ridiculous, stir in the warm air around a room without air conditioning, a ceiling fan. Extra fridge, mini safe and Wi-Fi. Also the beach chairs and/or umbrella.
That you can choose the time, right when you eat dinner (18:30 or 20:10), was not from the schorfen reception Manager set.
The rest, however, very friendly staff.

For "all inclusive" guests 2 alcoholic and 1 non-alcoholic cocktail at the disposal, which however come from from a vending machine and not much taste. For this you can go to the 4 Fogons then yes over.
Beach and the surrounding area was overrun for this really nice, clean and not.
