This hotel was the perfect relaxation spot for me and my two friends. The food was great and timings meant you never went more than an hour or so without having food available.
The rooms were great, you had a balcony which had a small drying rack which was a nice touch for us to use to dry our swimming costumes in the sun. Estefania kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. ☺️
We were all inclusive and you really had great value for money. Cocktails and drinks included meant we could easily access the bar all day to grab a few drinks whilst we sat on the sun loungers and soaked up the sun in the beautiful setting. You have outstanding sea views and (although we did venture out) we all said we could have easily just spent all our time at the hotel and been happy.
Location wise — you have a lovely local town, with lots of cute shops to do your shopping and all the amenities you could need like a pharmacy, supermarket etc. We went to Kaikuana Beach for our final evening meal and highly recommend them for food. But the icing on the cake was that within a 10 minute walk you have Cala Marçal, a beautiful beach with access to the water, where you can hire two sun beds, a parasol and a safety deposit box to store your valuables for only 17 Euro’s for the entire day.

Reasonable choice for meals unless you have a fussy eater in the group.
Rooms very basic but clean and with all inclusive there is no need for drink facilities in your room but having a balcony and mini fridge is definitely a bonus!
Location views are stunning but it is over an hour's drive or 2 hours via couch transfer to and from the airport…
Shame the Jacqui was broken as we would of loved to take in the view from the 6th floor while enjoying it.

My friends and I came here and we all absolutely loved it. The views from the bar and rooms were absolutely gorgeous and we all enjoyed a drink on a night time looking out at the ocean.
The staff are all so incredibly hard working, attentive and friendly. Everyone I had an interaction with was absolutely lovely.
The food was always delicious. With plenty of options and a variety of cuisines on different nights. We were all impressed with the quality of the food and looked forward to dinner each night.
The viewing terrace on the top floor with the spa was beautiful (and a huge thank you to Gabriel for telling us about it! ). The spa itself was also really good, and the masseuse was so friendly and calming. I could not recommend her enough.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It's a bit further out than other towns in Mallorca, but definitely worth it for those views ❤️

Nice hotel in a lovely location but could do with some improvements. All the staff were very friendly. I would return again for a short stay if the below issues were addressed.
-The rooms are very clean but could do with some updating, they are very old fashioned.
-Other guests will hog the sun beds all day by putting their towels out before 9am, and then not returning for hours which is very selfish and I had to spend ages wandering around trying to find a place to sit.
-The gym AC is not sufficient, it was very unpleasant to work out in there because of the heat.
-I sent requests for dairy free food options both in my booking and emailed ahead of time and was told I would be accommodated. Sadly many of the vegetarian dishes contained dairy (not labelled), not all food was properly labelled with allergens or dietary requirements (chickpea stew contained meat without being labelled? ).

This is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. The hotel is very welcoming and spotless throughout. Lovely comfortable bed and good shower. The food was great, very tasty and plenty of choices. The bar was fab, with lovely friendly staff and again lots of choices: alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, cocktails, tea and coffee.
The views from the hotel are incredible. It was so lovely having meals on the terrace looking out at the ocean. Plenty of sun beds to relax on and the pools are lovely especially the larger one which has a view of the ocean.
The rooftop spa is amazing! Incredible views to be enjoyed while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
I am a solo female traveller and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others; it’s safe, welcoming, and very peaceful with everything you need. I’ll definitely return. Thank you.

Myself and partner just returned home from a 11 night stay today…. Our 3rd visit to this holiday in 3 years and we are still impressed.

All staff were helpful & friendly but the star member is Annet who is on bar most nights, always smiling and speaks 4 x languages so can be useful if you are sitting chatting to other residents at bar with language barrier.
We also chatted daily to lifeguard who was very friendly and helpful.
Reception staff were great and friendly.
Hotel housekeeping staff were exceptional and everywhere is spotless.
Overall great hotel and will definitely return….

Had the most amazing, relaxing time here. All of the staff, the cleaners, receptionists and waitresses/waiters and bar staff are very friendly, professional and lovely. Shout out to Annette and Sheryl who are the loveliest people and do a fantastic job every day! The food is very nice, they do fresh grilled food as well as buffet food although maybe they could do a little more vegetarian options. There are 2 swimming pools and lots of sun beds for all guests! And a sauna, steam room and gym! I can’t fault this hotel at all, amazing for saying it’s only 3 stars! Would highly recommend!

Me and my 2 best friends have had the most relaxing few days here. A big thank you to everyone who works here as they really make the hotel what it is! From the cleaners to reception and catering everyone was lovely and friendly. The food was great and good for vegetarians. The drink selection was really good and all the drinks were lovely. We all noticed how good the hotel always smelled and how clean it was. We loved how quiet it was here, just enjoying being in the sun and listening to the sea! We will be back — thank you!

I stayed in this adult only hotel with my husband in mid-May. I would go back immediately, spectacular view, with large space overlooking the sea for breakfast but also lunch and dinner if desired. Worth a stay just for the view alone. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 huge and 1 small, with lifeguard and lots of sunbeds, also on the rocks overlooking the sea so if you want you can sunbathe there too, and a beautiful garden, all very well looked after. Ah, the hotel on the top floor has a Spa and gym, never used, I was too busy with the buffet on the ground floor, but it's there! I recommend the massages, it can be booked at reception. We had the all-inclusive formula, and it was really difficult to resist the buffet offering. Luckily there was also a lot of fruits and vegetables, so I had a lot of healthy foods as well as local delicacies, such as sobresata, cured meats, cheeses, paella etc etc… and my husband who is vegetarian was very satisfied. The staff is very kind and prepared, everyone, from the director, the receptionist, the maids, the restaurant and bar staff. They listen to you and make sure to give you a fantastic experience, most of the staff are multilingual. Cleanliness everywhere, rooms, restaurant, hall, terrace and bathrooms. The hotel offers musical entertainment, which is supe.

We have just returned from a week in this wonderful hotel. The service from start to finish was exemplary. Special thanks to Miguel on reception, Lara and Anett in the lounge bar. Whilst I name these three in particular, the whole staff were amazing. Thank you for making our week so relaxing.

If you're reading the trip advisor reviews to book this hotel — do it. The scenery and peacefulness is unmatched. The views make everything worth while and they have two lovely pools, plenty of sun loungers (we never struggled to find one, even at 10/11am) and steps down to the sea. The jacuzzi and sauna area is wonderful and we used the gym too, there isn't heaps of machines but enough for what you need on a sunny holiday, if at all. Everything in the hotel is always clean, the main toilets, your room and the lobby area, the cleaning staff are so thorough and wonderful.
The pools are awfully cold but the sea is a lot warmer. The pools were also very clean and inviting on those hot days.
All inclusive drinks include most cocktails on the menus but we stuck mainly to the spirits and sangria. The blonde lady who usually worked the bar was amazing, always super fast and friendly.
The buffet always had different options and fresh salad and food. The lettuce, peppers and such were always crunchy and fresh. Different meat or veggie options most night. Usually they have pasta and paella at each meal as a safe option.
The grilling station with the chef unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations — the food is meant to be cooked fresh Infront of you but when we asked for two fried eggs we were handed some plasticy eggs which had clearly been sat there for a long time. If you want to make use of this we suggest getting there when the restaurant opens to get the fresh food.

Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, laundry possibilities just outside hotel, great value for money all the way.

It was a total coincidence that me and my family reserved this hotel and we didn’t regret it for a second. Even for a 3 star hotel, it was very clean, great breakfast options, great service, the views where amazing and they have 2 pools. Very close to a beach but they also have a stair that leads into the sea.
It is not common to see this kind of service in Europe even if you are visiting a high end chain hotel.

Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights during the beginning of August. All of the staff were very friendly, Lara especially. She's a credit to the team. House keepers do a wonderful job, and rooms were always clean.
The food was tasty and well cooked with a good selection. The chefs kept it well stocked. Food is hot held. However, wasn't particularly hot, but never cold. A microwave is available. The fish and meats were delicious, and we sampled foods we had never tried before.
Plenty of tables available in the restaurant and never felt crowed. Tables were cleared promptly during and after the meals. Excellent service.
Outside dining available too.
Sunbeds were plentiful and always available.
The spa was good value for money, a well needed massage due to back pain offered from external sources. Pleasant polite and very professional, and knew how to deal with my injures.
The hotel is quiet, relaxing and restful. Just what we needed.
My only negative as others have mentioned, the walls are thin. And sound travels. We didn't have noisy neighbours but you can still hear a conservation.
That said, we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this holiday and have booked to return again next year. Looking forward to seeing all members of JS cape colom again.

The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, everything works but there are no tea and coffee making facilities, so if you're not on an all inclusive package these beverages are available for a charge. I don't have a problem with that, it would have been good to know before travelling.
Beach towels and the use of the safe incur a cost, although your deposit is refunded for the towels and key.
Breakfast was the best meal of the day although I did find it strange to see carrots offered. The evening meal was hit and miss, when it was good it was tasty and everything went well together, when it didn't oh dear… we ate out.
Apart from one member of staff, everyone else couldn't do enough for you, they were friendly but not over familiar.
The resort is quite, which was what we wanted. The beach is a short stroll away, if you don't want the beach there's a pool where you can swim laps. Down side is some guests play ball and take inflatables into it and the lifeguard doesn't turf them out.
The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from adjoining rooms.
I could have missed this when I made the booking because if I had seen it I would not have booked to stay. I love dogs we have one, but I don't want two when I'm on holiday.
All in all some parts of this holiday were good unfortunately there was enough bad that we won't be going back.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, a very relaxing place. The hotel being adults only makes it a civilised atmosphere. Food was good and plentiful. As others have said, there are always seats and sun loungers available, they are well spaced out around the large grounds and you never feel like you are on top of anyone else. Steps directly into sea is a great novelty to have. There are two pools, and I really enjoyed the one furthest away from the hotel building, it was a nice place to relax. The location allows for absolutely spectacular views, and it's great that they have a viewing platform on the roof. Would happily stay here again.
