Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, really pleasant and relaxing stay. The restaurant right on the beach has delicious tapas and pinxtos.

Ok hotel 5 star? I think not! service was spanish really hard to get served. And … OMG no peace and quiet to be had with exceedingly loud drunk Germans. We survived 4 days and room wasnt cleaned? Bar was shut at 1130 although it was advertised open till 1200 when we asked to get a drink there was a sudden language barrier.

The pool and hot tub of the spa are very nice and very well maintained.

Large breakfast offer (cold/hot spicy/sweet)
There is an exit towards the beach (not even 1 minute walk to the beach)

Good hotel. The price range is relatively high. The rooms are small but relatively new. The view of the sea is great. The location is also very good — beach location. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking space — for the price a PP should be included. Hotel staff were friendly and professional.

Beautiful Hotel! Amazing Staff! Upgrade to Junior Suite! Beach views! Welcome Drinks and Snack! Don’t know where to start but this place is one of a kind. I stayed at the Puro Hotel in town before and was disappointed. But here you get what you expect and what you pay for plus the love. Thanks to Pure Salt Garonda for welcoming us!

Room 1a, wellness, spa and fitness as well, however, the service in both restaurants is unfortunately under any criticism. The quality of the food is very good, but the waiting time endless, empty glasses at the table remain unheeded, no question if there are any wishes.

The location of this hotel is excellent very close to he beach and short distance to some very nice restaurants. Staff are very friendly and do this best to help and accommodate you. Facilities and cleanliness are great although would have been nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room not just a kettle. Food and drink choices for breakfast were vast and fresh omelettes are to die for. Only fault was the bed became uncomfortable towards the end of our stay. Great access to this hotel for all abilities. Lift access to all floors. But no access into the spa.

Wonderful hotel with a great location right across the beach. Pool, SPA, wellness facilities, Restaurant with terrace which offers a beautiful view during sunset.

Rooms are beautiful. Staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast has a wide spread of food. Disappointed that the tap water is not drinkable Although a small issue, there is no complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms, most hotels that are not 5 star have this as standard. Air conditioning is non existent (at least when I went) and only acts as a heater.

Lovely hotel, nicely furnished, comfy beds, good location and very friendly /professional staff. Great selection of food for breakfast. Downside is that the air con was turned off by the hotel as out of season (we were there mid March) and it was extremely hot and stuffy at night. The other issue I had was that the only mirrors available were in the bathroom, none in the bedroom. This caused a bit of a problem when we were both getting ready to go out and I needed a mirror to dry my hair and do my make up!

This hotel for adults was amazing! (Something went wrong when I rated this hotel for one star — I am very, very sorry for that) We had a splendid stay at your hotel, with beautiful surroundings, tasty breakfast and marvellous dinner. Excellent room with sea view, bath tub in the room and I strongly recommend your place to have a relaxed holiday. And we will definitely come back. PS: Your electric bicycles opened up a new world for us. Best place we have experienced in Spain.

Very nice room. Great breakfast. The hotel is right on the beach. Unfortunately there is only one textile sauna, oddly in an adult hotel!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very well kept resort, very clean, friendly helpful staff, quiet at night even being on the first floor. Didn't eat there, but tons of choices near, we didn't have a bad meal.

5 star experience for the area, small things like items in the minibar being past their due date and dirty lambshades does not detract from the great staff and calm in this place.

The location of this hotel is on the arenal beach it's beautiful the service is fast and there food is amazing there is a big shop next to it which will provide you with the best clothing of all time the rooms are incredible.

I went to the bar in the hotel it was really nice and has a great selection on the menu. But the food was slightly bland. The is also a amazing multinational brand store underneath sell good clothes.

Great location, steps away from the beach, staff couldn't be more accommodating. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Top services and cosy atmosphere.

As good as it gets in the area. Nice rooms, attentive stuff, yummy breakfast, relaxing spa area. Not exactly a five star hotel as advertised, but it is very close. Pretty sure it is the best one, if you must be on a strip. For those looking for an outdoor pool, they do not have one. Indoor pool in spa area is good, but outside one is only big enough to get your feel wet.

The hotel is great. Good food, clean rooms, very nice staff. I'd like to go again.

I have been hosted in the Garonda Hotel several times. I give this hotel the best rating. It is in very good location, staff is excellent, from its Director Don Manuel Tigre, its head of reception Don Michel and all the staff.
There treat me as a family and I feel the appreciation of them.
It is a very very serious and their food is extraordinary. The staff of the Restaurant or restaurants are also great. Very varied meals and a spectacular breakfast accompanied with very good chilled cava, Freyxened (perhaps have a bug when writing his name)
In short: HOTEL excellent in all its dimensions and EARNESTLY recommend, SCREWDRIVERS is REGRET a stay at HOTEL GARONDA.

The hotel looks like it's stuck in the 80s. The beds are hard. The rooms are big and clean, though… if I would have known, I would have dressed like Don Johnson in Miami Vice. Also, we went in late September. For those who don't know parts of Mallorca are basically a German island. North and south of this area there are more spanish people, but this section of the beach there are even streets with german names. All but one of our fellow guests in the hotel were german, and most were over 50. Luckily I speak enough german to order dinner. The 'inclusive' buffet is not that good, but hey, you come here for the beach done you? good staff.
