Great place.
Maintenance would have to be tackled as quickly as possible.
Empty cups/glasses were distributed on the system for too long for my feeling (although I am also of the opinion that if you can get something to drink, you can also take the glass away again).
Rocky (animation) mega! Great praise and every hotel can count itself lucky to have you.
Staff everywhere very friendly and helpful.
Children's pool urgently needs to be cleaned (high pressure). On the pirate ship, my kids slipped a few times because the puddle, which is always there, has formed algae / moss.

Very fun for the kids and very friendly the workers.

We have gone for the second year and we will repeat more times! Wonderful treatment, good food and very fun animation.

This was my 8 year old holiday abroad and we couldn't have picked a better place. He loved it looking at coming back next year. Food is great and rooms are clean thank you for a great holiday.

We had such a fantastic holiday here. So sad we had to leave. The highlight was definitely the staff. The entertainment team were fantastic, they put so much effort into everything. My little girl just lived the mini disco and so did we :) All the hotel staff were brilliant. It's also one of the friendliest hotels I have been too in terms of guests too. :)

Fabulous hotel, staff are all amazing and friendly. Loads to do for the kids and never a problem getting sun loungers even mid way through the day.
Food was delicious and always a good variety, constantly refreshed throughout the meal times. Great choice of drinks with all inclusive.
Hotel was being cleaned all the time and the gardens looked lovely.

Thanks so much to everyone at the hotel for a great holiday for me (with broken leg! ) and my two children. A perfect stay made even better by the wonderful staff there. We will be back!

Brilliant family hotel great entertainers and reps.

Just got back from a week all inclusive here, family of 4, hotel always clean and staff lovely, food was good but I feel there could be more options, if it wasn’t for the Thomas cook entertainment this hotel would be lost! All the crew were great with our kids! I think there should be some music playing or a little entertainment during the day as there is very little to do local to the hotel. No cocktails before 5.30pm let down! If the temperature is below 20c the pool is a no go as it’s freezing.

Had an adapted room due to my ME illness. It was perfect for me, it was well equipped spacious as we were self catering. Staff were really friendly and always helpful. Our room looked out on to the national park and it was perfect. Only problem was we only stayed a week, wish it was longer. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back! Xx.

Ex viva hotel but all the chacteristics are there. Great entertainment team, Josh Kara momo Sven Brian poppeye and last but not least Jack. Food was brill. Had a great time.

Great for families, the rooms are clean and a bit small in size. Sometimes a smell of sewers. The food is ok. The personnel at the reception were really nice and helpful, and so are the ones at the restaurant (s).

It was my best holiday yet Jack is good at football and Sven is gut at volleyball. They really have an amazing team here.

You always get a lounger by the pool.
The beach is not far away.
Food is fine for 3 stars full come.
Furniture is a bit old.
Cleanliness of the rooms are a shortcoming.

Great resort! All inclusive food very good, plenty of choice at breakfast, grill bar and dinner! Ice cream, ice pops and ice slushes available all day for the kids. We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with on-suite bathroom and separate bathroom all very clean. Can’t fault it! And our granddaughter loved lollo.

We stayed here all inclusive for 11 days and loved it. The pool was very good although a little cold at first. The rooms were clean and everyone working there were friendly. We booked the holiday with Thomas Cook and the reps there were fantastic and very helpful. The resort had a mixture of English and German people staying there. The food was nice although a little repetitive. They served a breakfast, dinner, and evening meal. For those who are all inclusive there was a selection of drinks, ice creams, ice lollies, and sandwiches throughout the day. I would advise anyone who goes to take mosquito repellant as I didn't and got bit quite a bit.

Not impressed at all … rude staff wrong information. … the only good things were the entertainment staff and a local Indian restaurant. Would do no star if it was an option.

Super service, friendly staff, staff even spoke German at the check-in at night at half past two. Was a nice holiday.
The rooms are large, a double bed and a sofa, which can be converted into a single bed. The bathroom also clean and beautiful. I particularly like the fact that the complex is divided into small cottages and not a large hotel block. Would definitely come back.
We had booked without food. There are many restaurants nearby. Breakfast there is also much cheaper. If we had booked breakfast for the hotel, we would have had to pay 14 euros per person and per day. For that, a star deduction. But the rooms have a large fridge and kettle, so you can also make great breakfast in the room and eat outside on the terrace.

Beautiful far and quiet complex overlooking the nature reserve, not built. The rooms come a little old but very clean and you feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helps quickly with small problems. Happy again.

Dont normally do reveiws, however Just got back from here on sunday after a weeks all inclusive break me and my family had a fantastic time, food was great hotel was spotlessly clean with lots to do all the staff
Was incredibly helpfull.
The best part for me though was the entertainment/kids club team they was amazing and deserve a special mention, poppy jack josh sven and johann was fantastic with my boys and deserve all the praise they getas they work tirelessly and ultimately made our holiday a special one. Thanks again and hopefully see you all later in the year.

Pleasantly surprised at the lovely surroundings, clean apartments and helpful staff. Lovely setting for a relaxing break. Nice size pool. Apartments well equipped and shower was great!

Brilliant hotel, great for the kids. Would probably be too busy in peak season. Expensive if not all inclusive although they let you bring your own drinks to the pool.

A good alternative to the bed stronghold. Staff very friendly. You have your own small apartment. Some of the furnishings have already come in the years, but more than in order for three stars in Spain:). We would come back. Especially with children. Super Pool facility also with a separate children's area and animation.

The hotel complex is a bungalow complex. It has a nice park area and well appointed clean rooms. Partially the rooms are a bit older but perfectly OK. The beach of Muro is about 8 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The staff is friendly. We had only booked accommodation Ihne board.

Very pleasant and quiet facility in the middle of April, the rooms were clean and with a few repossessions, we could also make the two singelbetten to one.

This was a great holiday, the hotel was clean, food was good, friendly staff, and so close to the beach you could almost smell the ocean. The only trouble is, and this may affect some people, is that if you get a room at the front of the pool, the sound stage is going to be outside your bedroom. Now this may not be a problem if you're planning on staying up past 11pm, but if you're not, or have kids, do not think you're going to be sleeping. Not when the ABBA tribute band start to sing for the next two hours! Other than that this was a fantastic holiday, as long as you love ABBA.

Excellent place to rest with family, excellent treatment and very good food.
There is no spa but the massage service is great.

The hotel is child-friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit small. The food is good for 3 stars. The choice of drinks is good.

Short distance to the beach, small shops and restaurants near by. Nice area with pool. Small, but nice apartments.

Just back from here and I loved everything about the place staff brill room brill I would defo go back and location is perfect too. Didnt need to get up at stupid o clock for a dubbed as there were loads of them

Great resort. Nice location and looked after pretty well. The food is ok but not great. There is plenty to choose from so everyone is catered for. The staff on the resort are friendly and very helpful. The pool and kids area is great with loads of little slides and climbing equipment.

Great place for families with children. Rooms have their own kitchen with microwave and stove, but the state of the furniture is not always perfect. Playgrounds are very nice with a lot of slides.

My husband, daughter & myself are just home from an absolutely brilliant 10 days at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are good, well equipped & cleaned most days. The beds are surprisingly comfy. The rooms are separate to the restaurant, pool & entertainment which is great if you need some peace & quiet away from the family fun. The food is good, especially the lunches by the pool. It is all buffet style so lots of variety & pleases the kids & fussy eaters. The staff are great, very courteous & will have a laugh with you. The best part of all is the amazing Animation team at this hotel, they are an absolute credit to Thomas Cook. A big shout out to Peter, Adam & Ivan who led the schedule of sports & entertainment around the pool & doing the kids disco & shows. They work from 10 in the morning until late into the evening. When they are not playing games & entertaining, they are socialising with guests. We will definitely be going back to this hotel.

Loved this place. I am just back from holidaying there. I have to mention 3 people from the entertainment team Ivan, Adam and Sophie they are the sole reason for making this holiday so great. The food is really good cater for all. The place is very clean and comfortable accommodation. Kids club children fun pool kiddie pool and a main pool. The staff are very friendly. Now for the bad things but are only small this is why it not rated 5 star. The sun loungers don't recline so if you have kids in the pool you can't relax watching them. 2 days of the week there no maids to change towels it really should be a 7 day service as a family will be showering every day in the heat. But don't let this put you off as it's a great place 5 mins walk to the beach and town centre.

Family friendly self catering apartments with all inclusive option. Good activities for kids, particularly preschoolers. Great kids pool and play park. Quite far out from alcudia port and old town, but buses are only 1.55€ per person and very frequent. Rooms clean and recently refurbished. Fairly basic equipment but lots of places to eat out locally. Alcudia old town is beautiful and we'll worth a visit.

Really great place that is a short walk to the beach. Room stayed in was perfect for two young children and two adults (1 bed apartment). 3 pool areas of which 2 are great for kids. Entertainment and activities were spot on for us. Went all inclusive and meals were decent enough with a good selection for both kids and adults. All in all a quality place for a family holiday.

We were at the beginning of June with our 3 children. (1, 6, 6 years) it Was just great. Perfect for kids there is great variety on the Buffet, the Animation Was clean, very good and nice, staff is very nice. Everything's been really positive. Polynesia for the children in the evening just around the corner. To achieve, everything was great with the Bus. So we would be there again and can only recommend the facility.

A top holiday, great service always with a smile, clean rooms, massive choice of food and drink. Good central location, lots to do for the kids. Evening entertainment was good for the kids and ok for the adults, albeit the reps did insist on geting the adults up every night after the shows to perform silly games which for me was the que to head to bed. Pools are fantastic, the coplex is next to a nature park with lots of water, some mosquito bites but no more than anywhere eles we have been to. Would recomend Sun Village for familys with 0 — 12 year olds but not just for couples. 9.5 out of 10.

Great hotel for families. Lots of activities, and excellent pools for the children. The food is also nice. The place is clean, and staff is friendly However, the hotel is located in a swamp, and there is lots of mosquitoes. And I mean LOTS. If you do not fancy mosquitoes, this is NOT the place for you.

Ok, many kids, fine for families.

We were in August 2012 here. We spent a wonderful time in our time in the Sun Village. Excellent food. Great rooms and absolutely clean. The Sun Village is super suitable for families with children. A fancily decorated pirate ship and great animations make the holiday also for younger guests to the holiday. The 10-minute walk from the beach were no problem. Only the seller on the beach that every 5 minutes alternately wanted to turn on a pair of sunglasses, a guaranteed real watch or a massage we were somewhat onerous. But you replaced it after the first day. We definitely return here.

Viva alcudia sun village is a very nice place to stay with children. You cannot be bored! Friendly entertainers will make your stay really buisy, with a lot of attractions. Interesting theme-evenings with dance and music. Tasty food and super friendly employees! I can strongly recommend this hotel.
