We have gone the whole family for 5 days. A wonderful experience, in every aspect. Very good facilities, exceptional treatment and very good food. Repeat.

The pools were great, nice hard-working staff, there were plenty of offers for young and old, at the pool bar it was nice, in the cafe too, … it was a great holiday, which unfortunately ends tomorrow.

Perfect, we have loved, we will definitely return, very friendly staff, congratulations to Llorens and Katy for their kindness, and professionalness, I recommend the hotel.

Great hotel for families with children, don't go if you don't have any ;) rooms are spatious, clean, the food is really fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful. A big downside for me is a very lound evening entertainment, making it impossible for me to sit outside in the garden, it goes well after 10pm and my kids are having hard time falling asleep. Other than that, the hotel is really good.

Very nice and relaxing. The place was superb and the staff was very entertaining.

I ate grilled shrimp with salad. Of the 6 shrimps, one was still almost raw. As an appetizer there was garlic bread — that was bread sliced with a white mass in it. For me, this is not a garlic bread. When the waiter cleared the plates, I told him that the shrimp was still raw (lying on the plate). There was no excuse. I don't go out to eat here anymore.

We went to spend the weekend with family and it was great. Very clean hotel, very varied and good food, rooms are expectacular. We'll definitely be back.

We loved it. The food was really good and we never had a bad meal. We loved the fact we could get up leisurely and always manage to get a sun bed. The entertainment team work tirelessly. Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in this was the best we’ve seen. The entertainers were fantastic and the effort they put in is 100%. The hotel was busy but not too crowded — would recommend to people looking to book a nice family break.

We had the best week away over May half term. The hotel was beautiful, pools were great. So much variety of food and the staff were all very helpful.
The entertainment and kids activities were amazing, so much for my kids to do and the kids disco and shows (musical dreams) were brilliant. The entertainment staff so friendly. Great holiday thanks.

We had booked for a family of 10 with Love holidays and been told we could have 3 rooms on lower level as were worried about having a balcony. So on arrival we were given 3 rooms on the top level, as my son was so worried about having a top floor. They offered him a ground floor room with the addition of 2 sun beds and called it a premier room and charged him £175.00 more for the 10 days and the sun does not shine in their garden. The room was identical to a normal room. That was the start It does not cater for english in my view as we have traveled lots of all inclusives over the years and this was by far the worst one I will make a list for people to read of some of the things we found here 1/ On arrival you must take all your cases to your room yourself 2/In your room you get 1 bottle of water a coke and a orange drink and that's it for the rest of your stay as you have to go to the bars and collect your own water from then on. If you want to get a drink or a bottle of water after 10.30 in the morning you have to walk to the end of the complex as there is not any nearer 3/ the satellite TV has 65 channels you have Sky news repeated every 15 mins that is it for the english 4/When we booked our holiday we were told we had air condition, not true it was not switched on. We asked in reception about it and was told it is illegal to switch it on unless it was 26c The rooms were very hot and on the night before we left they gave us a fan.

In itself a beautiful hotel for families. Large pool area. Flat sandy beach. Entertainment for large and small. Beautiful facility. However, the rooms are very bright and the beds are neatly located. For the price it should be better mattresses.

The hotel is ok for families but if you are booking your room privately you will get the cheap version of the Kinder Club and few activities per day, each activity will be take 10 to 20 minutes. (see pictures) is looks as deposit room. The highlight version of the Kinder Club is only available is you are booking your holidays with TUI. It's mean that the Kinder Club staff are employees from TUI. If you book your reservation with TUI your kids will enjoy the nice club, if not you will be very disappointed with the offering of the hotel… The hotel is not the best one for vegetarians. The vegetarian version is pasta, pizza and frieds. The beach and pools are in very good conditions. In general it's a good hotel and the staff is very friendly.

Stayed there during the April Holiday break for a week and had a great time with the wife and kids. The room are big, very clean, and comfortable. The beach is literally just steps from your door. Alcudia is very chilled and relaxed so no worries wearing sandals and shorts around. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great family place to stay with tons of activities.

I recommend this hotel for families with children (especially room with pool). Hotel is very nice, the pool area is clean and there is lifeguard at each pool (there is pool for babies as well), staff is very friendly. Perfect service at breakfast and dinner. Very fast and well organized staff in the main restaurant! Just amazing really! Food is perfect! :) Selection is very wide and there is kids zone with kids' favorite foods. Welcome at the reception is very kind. The beach is few steps away and very nice. We had spent great time there!

Went here twice now, good food, nice rooms. But is getting a bit old and needs to be modernised.

Zimmer im Untergeschoss war durch das ehr unbeständige Wetter klamm und feucht. Essen, Speisesaal und Getränke waren einfach super! besonders die frischen Säfte zum Frühstück. Toll. Super war auch die Show vom Animationsteam… Rythem of the dance… spitzenklasse. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hotel staff is good. But food is… Looks nice indeed, u is cold, tasteless. Too bad. Hotel only for families with children designed. As children force.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the playa de Muro and the natural park of ' Alburera.
It is a spacious and bright hotel. It also has many offers of leisure and relaxation, something that we loved.

We had a very, very good… good service, clean and modern apartments, good food. I want to highlight the Bull Steak House and the Pizzeria Giardino. A few very rich dishes are prepared at good price, service is excellent…

I wanted to thank the good treatment received last weekend at the hotel Beach GARDEN HOTELS. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel as Spa services. My husband is Celiac and much enjoyed eating :) to highlight the attention received by Cati of reception, the Chef who perfectly informed us of everything that could eat gluten, as well as John's a very talkative bartender :) and very nice. The very rich and varied buffet. In addition to gluten-free alternatives, they offer alternative vegetarian. We are convinced that we will repeat. We were housed in one of the apartments and it was incredible! The apartment had to own pool! I recommend to all persons still not you enjoyed an experience so the hotels Garden that certainly try it! Ideal for families and couples.
