Staff very friendly, food & drink choices are good, clean rooms, get cleaned daily. The only down fall I will give is there isn't enough sunbeds for all guests at this hotel other than that it's a great place.

Staff are great, the complex is clean and tidy. Pool is kept immaculately clean. Overall it's a great venue for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent Service. Great food and the head chef is a superstar and lovely man. Lovely and clean. Fab staff … always with a smile and very helpful. Comfortable rooms… we did upgrade…
Highly recommend this resort. Fun entertainment for the younger visitor in the swimming pool. Evening entertainment was ok… but in truth that’s not really my thing anyway.
The only drawback were the mosquitos so highly recommend you take Deet and use it regularly.
Would I go again… yes.
I’m not sure where all these negative comments come from … but there were 4 of us and we had a fantastic holiday.

The staff is very nice and funny. They are always up for some fun. The Animation was great ;)
There are a huge selection of food, which varies slightly every day. We have us felt very comfortable and gladly come again :)
Also the Cocktails at the Bar are not to be forgotten :P.

Horrible repetitive food and rats running and swimming in the middle Pool.
Sent complaints to Hotel and received excuses.
Rooms are good, when they clean them.

Started with a warm welcome and a welcome drink nice touch. Rooms ok abit small but passable. Food was ok abit repeated but was expected. Staff however let you down. Reception hardly understood English. Bar staff rude apart from felix he great. Entertainer don't get me started harassment is all I can say. Watch out for your data cus apparently everyone can see it and get it.

Absolutely amazing place! Thank you to all the staff who made it such a happy and comfortable stay for us. You all work so very hard to keep us all happy and amused. The food was beautiful and a very good variety. A special thanks to the activity’s lads who was such fun and work so hard to keep everyone amused throughout the stay. 5* only because I'm not able to give more, staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The food and drinks are lovely and plentiful, a really good choice for an adult only break.

Coming here on my own as a single lady this hotel has been amazing very friendly staff and lovely relaxing chilling holiday. No bother from anyone and iv been left to do as I please. Would definitely come again and recommend for other lady’s who want to holiday on there own. Food out of this world and great entertainment. Pool area and bar lovely. One thing you notice is how clean and tidy everywhere around the hotel is, room and pool cleaned every day. There are no negative things about this hotel all very positive.

I spent a week in Garden Holiday Village and it was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and hard working. The hotel is spotless and the food delicious. The entertainment team, Silvia and Pablo work very hard to keep everyone entertained. We specially enjoyed the Escape Room activity. I had never done one before and it was such a cool game! thank you Garden Holiday Village I will definitely come back!

I have just returned after an all inclusive stay for 1 week. The hotel has recently had a complete refurbish and the decor was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and furnished to a very high standard (I stayed in the Riu cancun 2 yrs ago and this hotel was much more up to date). The pool area is spotless and equipped with ample loungers and space to accommodate guests without been crammed together. Anyone that complains about the food must be a very fussy eater as we never struggled to find something. The staff are fabulous and are always up for a laugh. I felt this hotel truly deserves a glowing review. Well done and thank you to all the staff that made our stay extremely comfortable and very enjoyable.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 weeks in May 17. Found the hotel to be lovely, we really enjoyed it here. Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of fizz which made great 1st impressions. Reception staff are really friendly. Rooms nice and modern and clean. We had a standard room and although not the biggest there was adequate room for 2 adults. The pool setting was lovely, plenty of sunbeds with the option to hire one of the bali beds which in our opinion is a must, fo…r only €14 you can have the beds all day with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit served to you around midday. Lots of activities run by the friendly entertainment staff, try to get everyone involved but don't pressure you into it. Evening entertainment we thought was good… not everything will be everyone's cup of tea but we enjoyed most of it. The location of the hotel was really good a 10 minute walk at most to the beautiful clean beach.
The hotel also has a beach bar that is a little further away (about 3 mile) but the hotel offers a shuttle to and from. Definitely worth a visit as they offer free drinks and 50% off food (which was sooo delicious and massive portions). They have a couple of sunbeds with amazing views we happily spent a few days here and makes a nice change of scenery. The food in the hotel we enjoyed. I am a very fussy eater and always found to eat.

Paul Whitehead from York England. Just got back from a wonderful weeks stay. The food was very good excellent selection room was a bit on the small side but acceptable. My wife and I attended the yoga sessions every morning which were excellent, very relaxing with a very good yoga instructor, I recommend having a go. The only thing to spoil our stay was the insects on an evening, we have holidayed in Malorca for several years but I have never been bitten so much this year, every evening I was bitten each time they became infected and uncomfortable for a few days after. On the hole our stay was very good the service and all the staff were polite and helpful with plenty of activities through the day, we found the evening entertainment not bad at all but the only thing to put us off returning would be the insects on an evening. Staff are lovely, they work so hard to make sure you have a nice holiday. Food is delicious, not always hot though. Entertainment during day for those that enjoy it and well organised by Silvia and team. Entertainment on night wasn't the best but different acts so variety was there. Limit on choice of drinks for AI in day as most done through machines and in restaurant house wine and beer by glass so most guests order in bar on night and take in when eating. The a la carte meal which is 1 sitting per week was fabulous a real treat. Free daily shuttle to beach which we didn't do but nice to know the option was there. The grounds are lovely and well tended. Our upstairs room was tiny my husband had to crouch getting past TV as hardly any room to walk, safe was in a really silly place as had to lean over the shelf unit to access and balcony covered in bird mess and nesting but who spends loads of time in their room anyway. You can ask for a kettle which is free and get tea/milk at breakfast to take back to room and can hire towels for €10 that you get back deposit as long as you keep the receipt. There was a big screen in the bar to see football and crazy golf course, tennis courts too. Loved the yoga and cocktail master classes. The hotel grew on us the longer we stayed. We had to pay almost €50 to hotel before we checked in as a new island tax and pay to hire the safe. Enjoyed our stay, stayed for 1 week.

Absolutely amazing hotel — food incredible, staff incredible, room incredible — our visit was marred though by the throbbing bass of the outdoor entertainment — unacceptable vibrations in our room, which was close to the stage. Lovely receptionist Cait did her best for us, which was gratefully received. A particular thank you to Justina whose happy voice rang out to make us smile! Staff brilliant — just this one problem of noise. Otherwise we have had an awesome holiday — thank you so much xx.

Fantastic hotel perfect for relaxing. Amazing selection of food and drink available on the all inclusive menus. All staff very friendly from entertainment, bar, kitchen and cleaners. 10 minutes steady walk to the golden Sandy beaches of Alcudia, where taxis will take you around the local port or village for approximately 8 Euro's. All in all this hotel is fantastic as far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful but close enough for days out.

I'm in this hotel for the second time now. Very nice complex in bungalow-style, with very well maintained garden and pool complex. The standard rooms are certainly not the biggest, but sufficient, because you don't want to spend the holiday in the room. Staff very friendly and always has an open ear. The hotel is for adults only, there is a discreet animation, which I personally find pleasant. The food is good and varied, but as in all hotels in this world a matter of taste. Certainly there is one or the other to improve and not everything is perfect, but where people work and come together there also happen mistakes.
I'll be back next year again and then maybe rejoice in the rine or other improvement.

Now visited this hotel. Although it's rated a four star I would list it as a three star. The staff at all levels are brilliant and are really cheerful and helpful. The main attraction is that it's adults only and all inclusive.

Well what a amazing place this is. The hotel is very good staff are very pleasant and the food is very good. Most of the food is cooked in front of you. The entertainment staff were fantastic like to say a massive thank you to Pablo, Silvia and Cathrine for your great enthusiasm and for making the holiday so much fun. Thank you to Cathrine for the lovely mountain hike and to Silvia for the beech/lake walk and bike ride to the market. Thanks to Pablo for the TRX training and sports games. Could not recommend this place enough we had a great time. Thank You.

Very nice hotel, lots of space and good food with lots of variation. The set up of this hotel is a garden with a pool in the middle and two story houses all around it. The rooms were small but elegant.

Had lovely time food fabulous staff lovely & friendly. Only problem I had at the pools side the music was too loud I would come back.

Excellent hotel with excellent service spacious rooms with small garden good bathroom and very clean.

Haven't visited yet, just booked a holiday. Will review it again at a later date.

We stayed for a weekend with a group of friendly hotel friends and the staff very friendly and very familiar, excellent food and treated as I said very good with perfect rooms.

For English very good for German schläscht here, hardly anything is explained in German by the animators.

Rooms were OK, but everything just feels a bit damp if you have the air conditioning on all day. The staff are really great, always friendly and always helpful. I found the food to be OK and never went hungry, and the upstairs restaurant was pretty good without being too fancy. The entertainment was generally of a high standard (there were occasional fails — an 80's night with music from Chubby Checker and Ed Sheeren for example). The entertainment staff, Demi and Pablo, were magnificent — always enthusiastic and friendly. Finally the Thomas Cook rep Ellie was absolutely brilliant.

Great staff. Not overcrowded. No children. Fresh food. Good pools. Could do with tweaking quality control.

Ease at check in, staff very obliging and always found something to eat in the restaurant. Only thing letting the hotel down is the size of the twin rooms, not much space at the end of the beds to get past especially when the television is on the wall.

Top hotel at reasonable price. If you are planning a holiday in Mallorca, you are in good hands and will receive top service!
Animation was great. There were 1-2 days where Auqugymnastik was offered, but for that you really have rest and time to relax. The food was varied, fresh, deal and very nicely done at any time of the day and the staff at the front desk are very eager and helpful.

Staying here for 7 nights in may. We had to change rooms at the beginning as we were facing a court yard and wanted a pool view so upgraded at a cost. Food is standard, not the best or worst we have ever had. It's nice. Reception staff are lovely however just need more staff to ensure everyone gets seen to quickly as there was a big queue and only 1 member of staff. All in all a nice hotel.
