A 2-star price of the 4! The Standard Double room advertised on Booking and on the hotel's website with a "Very large bed" has been transformed into 2 small beds. Photos presented do not correspond at all to the rented room. Dark room. Very dirty carpet, stained everywhere. Tiny bathroom vs photos highlighted. An exorbitant price vs. The room on offer. Flee.

The staff all spoke English and were very knowledgeable about the city. It isn't very well marked from the street so when you are driving in, use the park as a landmark and it will be easier to find. My room was quite large but could definitely use a new mattress. The bathroom was bright and the shower heads (plural! ) had excellent pressure. The breakfast was fresh, reasonably priced, and had a wide assortment of options. Definitely a great value.

We stayed here for a week and had a nice experience thank to a professional and always kind approach of guys at the reception who handled well our issues with an old-looking room. The hotel should undergo renovation soon due to obviously used look of rooms, that would help a lot. I highlight the helpfulness and skilled way of communication of the staff that should definitely be recognized by the management, as these people attract guests despite old rooms. Love the architecture of this hotel (that staircase! ), and the location can't be beat. The bus station and metro is right across the street, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and the room was nice and comfortable. The blackout curtains on the windows were much appreciated while we adjusted to the time change the first few days of our holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

Small hotel in a central location. A room on the street is very noisy as there is very strong traffic.

A hotel with an excellent location. Super Central. For the third consecutive year we dedidi for this hotel to spend the Easter holidays.

It was a really nice hotel in the middle of the city so you can basically walk anywhere and their breakfast was really good. Bathroom was also spacious.

Spacious room, boudoir with sofa, very nice bathroom something just in size. The bed is large and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is correct. The décor of the hotel itself is modern and what surprised me the most is to have the TV at the foot of the bed. Execelente location just 100m from the Plaza de España. Super well connected. Breakfast highlights natural orange juice machine and homemade yogurts. The right Rest.

I chose him for his situation. The airport bus leaves you right next door. It was a nice hotel and the room was very clean. At night there were no noises. So they offer not very cheap but all the hotels in Palma are very expensive.

Clean rooms, nice staff. I reserved a room earlier and told them we'll come earlier in the morning, so they let us to check in at 8 instead of 15 o'clock.

Clean and noiseless. The room was a little small compared to the bed which was big. To me the most uncomfortable was the toilet, which was situated oddly high.

Pleasant stay. Nice room. Friendly staff. Carpet in corridor worn and stained. Only two English speaking channels on TV and they were both about money, stocks and shares. Great city location.

Hotel only for adults, quiet and quiet with excellent staff treatment. It does become luxurious but if you would say it is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a minibar in the room and a safe, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Would definitely repeat.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. But they don't have single handle faucets, they have carpet instead of parquet and they made me pay upon arrival.

Hotel is located in the centre. Rooms could be a bit cleaner and the hotel has the good years behind it price performance but okay breakfast is a little sparse.

For the price really OK. Carpet is already awfully spotty, but bathroom and bed full OK. Quiet!

Hotel Restaurant at the top, very nice staff and very patient (I only speak French and very few English) Ok room.

Good stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Well-tapped space. Perfect location to tour the center of the city walking. We didn't use restaurant service, I can't comment on the food.

Good Central Hotel. Nearby parking. Cleanliness and kindness insured. But change the carpet, it really sucks.

Absolutely disappointing. This hotel went not on my recommend list it went on my warning list, The standard answer in the hotel is no. We tried to get some room service about 2 pm in the afternoon. They where not able to bring us some coffee to the room, no sandwiches from there room service menue. If you expect any 4 star service you will be very disappointed. The rooms are very od, the bathroom was clean but the carpets in the room would appreciate a refreshing. One Lady from the staff was helpful and organised some slippers for us. We stayed in the expensivest room in the hotel. No dressing guns and no slippers. The rest of the stuff was not helpful at all.

I loved it, spacious room, well air-conditioned, clean bathroom, spacious and very hot shower, that for me is fundamental. Very good location and very nice breakfast. Good detail the Nespresso machine, Cuidadín with the thermos of milk that is tipped. See you soon!

Very central hotel with nice suites and good breakfast.

Nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is really good and with a wide selection. The hotel is situated in a nice area and is possible to reach e the center of Palma and the sea by walking.

Disappointed. The worst four stars I've ever been in. The carpeting of the rooms with stains. Overall quite old. The only good thing about the location.

Great location. Amazing view from the 7th floor. Room had Scandinavian design furniture and great overal design. Some things lack renovation though. Also, friendly staff.

Very good hotel, exceptional treatment and with an incredible location. Very recommendable and spacious rooms. Maybe the design is being outdated and need reform, but very good in general.

The bathrooms are not very "ergonomic" to put it mildly.
It is not soundproof and traffic outside, with what some may sleep poorly.
It is very well located and well connected to the train station to the side.

Basically almost perfect, nice rooms, perfect location, very attentive reception.
It holds nearly every bus line in front of the hotel and its restaurant is a class of its own.
Only 4 stars because the following shortcomings:
-Carpet although clean but with some apparently bleached spots
-Window not adequately soundproofed to isolate the hotel room before the big street noise
-Bed something too hard for our taste ;)
We would recommend it definitely continue with the above points.

So far, we are satisfied with the hotel. The superior rooms have. The hotel room is no longer new. All traces of use. Would it call but not as run-down. I imagined greater than just the bathroom. Would be also the first thing I would redecorate. Is just a bath shower combination. Use only the breakfast and that was absolutely ok. You may call the hotel bar bar. Good staff and a vernümpftige selection of drinks. Oh yes, the TV program selection is not exactly overwhelming. Think 4 Germans, 2 English and the rest Spanish. On the situation — you can see on the map ;-) in the middle. But can I at all do not have noise complain. 05.06.2013

Unfortunately something came down and no willingness to mend. Hotel of n of close to the bus station is well located to combine city life with excursions to the countryside. Unfortunately, the small, but very nice rooms are in need of renovation. There was mold in the bathroom and the bed was fitted with a broken night table lamp and a missing night table lamp. You could not read Daduch in the room. The room lighting was insufficient to do so. A complaint led to nothing at all on the first day. The staff was consistently very neutral — you not felt really welcome there. The breakfast was nicely done, tasty and balanced. Unfortunately, there was no window or light of day in the breakfast room.
