Really nice hotel in Palma that is close enough to beaches as well as the city. Perfect for the one renting s car as there is free parking in the area. The restaurant had very friendly staff and a plus to Alexis that made a lot of efforts to make the stay great, thanks. Pool area is big for a city hotel and the are two different pools. If you are travelling with kids do not trust that the pool is guard as we saw at least two different safety guards going the cell phones in their back pack looking at it most of the times. So check in your own kids, of course … The rooms are newly renovated BUT they forgot the decorations, or room was 100% grey and not a single deco or colour a part from to pillows. Had a junior suite and it had great cited overlooking the city.

Clean and modern hotel with spa facilities. A little out of the way but that's makes it quiet and peaceful and only a few mins walk to seafront and some great restaurants. Lovely spot for a weekend break.

Close proximity to the night life of palma. Walking to old town is approximately 1.7 km ~= 22 mins. Good way to get 12, 000 steps out of a round trip. Rooms and elevator are way too small. Infinity pool is only one by technicality. Just means, it's not like what you'd hope an infinity pool will be. No cable on TVs.

Good hotel. Very good service. Cozy. Big Pool. Nice terrace. Spacious and well decorated rooms. It has a TV. The bathroom with everything you need. Overall very good place to spend a few days in Majorca.

The hotel was immaculate, breakfast was excellent, position was perfect. The staff went above and beyond especially for my girlfriends bday helping me order flowers and getting us a bottle of cava. Amazing spa however wouldnt have used it if it cost more than the 9 pound deal we got with our room. Quite clearly one of the better hotels in the city.

I have stayed here over night a couple of times. Both times I have found the staff polite and helpful. I have stayed in two different types of rooms the first was basic but had a decent sized private balcony above the restaurant that had sun loungers on it. The upgraded room did not have any balcony but was alot larger in size with a Jacuzzi bath. Both rooms have been quiet and beds comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet with hot and cold choices. There is also the option for a chef will cook you a fresh omlette.

Friendly staff. Take it easy. Good location in Palma.

Three outlets in my room damaged,. Incomodisimas beds. It leaves a lot to be desired… relation quality very bad price!

Typical Mallorca hotel promising 4 star accommodation and 4 star service yet you the rooms are old, tacky, unclean and below average in comparison to a 4 star hotel that has Earned their reputation. No room service past 10:30pm, reception doesn’t know when the kitchen is opened or closed, not to mention telling me to come down to order only to be told there is no food on the premises. Well overpriced, well under delivered. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again, yet their Asking price is €120 a night for an economy, budget, below par room. Not recommended.

Very nice place, nice beds, friendly service and the spa is very good.

I visited this hotel for work and only stayed one night, the Ínico I saw was my room so it will be the only thing I value. The room is very average to be a 4 star, the truth that I missed a more fluffy bed and some room space, even if it was only one night I thought Qu Ele was missing a little more "care"

Absolutely brilliant staff, friendly, helpful. Place is a 10-15 minute walk to the cathedral. Rooms really nice, balcony was spacious.

The hotel was very nice and the food was good.

I put a star because not let me not put any, the treatment of the receptionist Pesimo, the hotel in full renovation, the spa did not have all the operational services, the fish that are seen from the hammocks… It's a poster! The only good thing the suite though without even a balcony! Evidently having hotels in Majorca at the height of a 4 — 5 stars I will not return to this or recommend it to anyone. A greeting.

We had a booking through a suprise trip company and we couldn't be happier. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are minamilist and comfortable and the view on the 9th floor across the harbour was gorgeous! Lovely place to come and chill after eating wonderful food and drinking great beer.

Good hotel, very clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with a huge shower tray, the water quite hot and powerful, attention to the friendly and welcoming public.

A bit far out. Small rooms. No minibar. Poor food variety. Breakfast is good and the staff is nice.

Nice hotel, anyway the main building is quite new and modern. I had an urban view room which is very stylishly decorated and has a great view over the city. The staff is totally friendly, breakfast is great. At the hotel there is currently a construction site, but the noise pollution was limited.

It is in a quiet and well communicated area. Clean rooms and the reception staff very attentive. Breakfast is very complete, make some great tortillas and have a small spa but quite complete at very good price (massages to €25). I was in low season, I don't know how it will be in high season.

Hotel with exquisite treatment and decoration I remembered. The spa gives you a great attraction.

Nice 4 star hotel. The executive rooms are simple, clean and functioning rooms as opposed to warm and inviting. Asked for an iron and ironing board and was delivered to the room in minutes. Very nice spa area which costs 9€ per person and has a very well equipped gym free to guests of the hotel. Location in a nice quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to the busyness of Palma's nightlife. Can't blame the hotel for the snoring man in the room below us that was rather painful to bear throughout the night. All in all appropriate value for the price.

Hotel clean, nice staff, but noisy rooms, also note the shower Gels & shampoos "made in China" it does not do too much… For a night it's okay, but for longer there are better.

We came out on a long weekend and this hotel was more than adequate for our needs. Lovely big bed, shower, clean etc. Good breakfast and pool area (though v busy with runner for the marathon weekend — so watch your timing). Wish we had better pillows — only one small one! That was my only criticism.

Slow Wi-Fi*. Nice location. Two pools with a bar. Breakfast is pretty good. They have a tight but well equipped gym. The spa is a joke though, don't spend money on it. Not so many kids, It's more of an adult hotel I would say.

Very clean hotel, and really pretty. The shower could have more power, and sometimes it's cold or warm. The bathroom is clean and big. Nice comfortable beds, maybe a bigger pillow (a bit small). 2 great pools and no hurry for lounge beds at the pool. Relaxing place in a silent surrounding. Breakfast is very good. Some of the staff could improve their English skills (but that's a main problem in Spain).

Nice, clean and helpful personnel, breakfast ok. If you love the pool be there early — rent a towel for 10 €.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent facilities. Excellent gym, small pool and it is very difficult to get a sunbed. Breakfast has a large selection with food prepared fresh. Rooms are very large with a massive shower. Nice location about 20 mins walk from the main shopping area so not as noisy, lots of smaller restaurants full of the locals which is always a good sign. I highly recommend this place.

If we really want to find fault with the glass bathroom door: beautiful and very cool but uncomfortable if you travel in two and you get up at different times.

Nice quiet hotel in September with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast options too. Slightly out of the centre of town but still within walking distance. It also has a pretty well equipped gym for a hotel gym.

The staff is really nice, great location, very good gym and swimming pool, … but… the sound isolation of the rooms is absolutely terrible.

The first time we traveled my husband and I will 20 years from bcna. That we live even. I elejimos to you by mediacion of travel barcelo we recommend. And very good excellent. Very kind, attentive, educated, very professional, good quality of food. Clean. Have if in november which is the birthday of my husband the 13th of november, so am surprised. Small rooms and buffet good but poor very few things to choose from. Pleasant staff.

See good reviews on your booking before, booked double room, came to find disappointment, first central air conditioning smell and no bedding, lift very small, essentially equal to the internal Samsung. Long Beach House as I lived before. Next time don't come …
