Friendly very clean reasonable prices 15 minutes walk from palma centre places to eat close by.

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the receptionists were helpful. Just one request. We booked Freddy tours and they pick up at 8 am. As the breakfast is only served at 8 on Saturday and Sunday, we had a bit of an inconvenience. I kindly request you to pack breakfast for the guests who have booked the tours.

Clean and sufficient rooms with a reasonably reasonable overnight stay. Attentive staff. Breakfast has a wide choice but in some places deficits.

The reception was super nice and although we only arrived at night, there were at least a few biscuits and little chicks for us, because we were so hungry. We were touched. The rooms were quite small, but completely sufficient with comfortable beds. A nice hotel near the harbour. We stayed here one night before our cruise and would come back at any time.

Well-organized structure, on the hill near the harbour promenade. Good cleaning and rooms. A little weak Wi-Fi, even if free. I would improve the air conditioning with digiral indicators.

The hotel is OK although the price is very high for one of that category. The air conditioner did not work and when I opened the windows I had to withstand the noise of machinery on the outside, day and night.

Our stay in your hotel was very nice; Your staff (whether at the reception, at breakfast as for the maintenance of our room), was great and very professional. Despite our little worries of noise coming from the street or customers who came home late from the party and who woke us, your staff was able to explain the environment to us. Good experience for the first visit to Palma. The only negative, the French language is not very well known in Majorca;

The location is perfect. The Nabitación Deluxe, all new, we loved it. The bathroom was outstanding, and we also loved the blue lights of the shower and the room. The room was very clean. There are other rooms that are not so modern, but we got one of the new ones.

Nice hotel with super service, the breakfast is good, but be early.

They offer parking and when you arrive you are not allowed access.
I conditioned my stay to have parking and when I arrived, I was told it was full, even though it looked from the door free parking spaces.
The answer was, park in the street, in a neighborhood, where the streets are very narrow.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Nice, neat, little hotel that meets all the needs. Looks like it's been recently renovated, and the wireless is located in a way that everybody can get decent reception. Yes, the rooms are a little small — this is Europe, shift your expectations.

Perfectly acceptable place to stay. Location not great but there is a bus service into town nearby. If driving, be sure to enquirer about separate parking lot close by. Services and amenities all ok.

Clean. Good breakfast. Awful balkonies. A bit too expensive considering the distance to the old city and the standard in general.

I had booked with breakfast, because the coffee is a major component: unfortunately fail. A machine gives… the supposed nix freshly brewed. All rooms are facing the street, have balcony but lush is always noisy. Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent in the room. The shower tray is so slippery… I had to find out that the shower curtain was just caught. The bed is great.

Its location is quite disruptive. The Hotel is located between about unsafe streets. In the evening I recommend no out.
In my case, tried to access my personal items in the suitcase, forcing and damaging me the lock I put the suitcase for security reasons.
Not took care of what happened. The attention facing the customers is demandable and not provided to the customer leaves claims.
The Hotel location is very conflicting. I do not recommend going out at night.

They don't take into account what happened! The attention is punishable, and NOT FACILITATE for the customer CLAIM FORMS.

My family stayed 4 nights this week, very bad experience, there's no Hot water and it's Winter time!, and the Director of the hotel is Very Rude and has no clue of Customer Service!, instead of trying to solve issues she created more with her bad attitude and she was even disrespectful towards us, in all my years of traveling I never seen such a bad Director!, My family goes to Spain Once a year, and we will not be coming back to this Hotel ever again!, Too bad because is great Location.

The showers do not have continuous hot water.
