Great location friendly staff and the hotel is clean.

Great hotel very clean and all of the staff treated us very well. Very well situated in the centre of Mallorca. Very recomendable hotel, will book there again really nice hotel.

Hotel in fabulous location. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful.
Our room was the only disappointment — back of the hotel with a view of buildings and no sun. We were also next to the door which led to the service corridor so very noisy.
However, this wouldn't prevent me staying again but I would request a different room.

Stayed here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, greeted by friendly staff on reception. Room was spot on clean and tidy with a balcony overlooking the city which was a nice touch. There is a mini bar in the room which has a small variety of drinks that are free. Second day we we're there the staff put a bottle of Cava in are room with 2 flutes with a note saying happy anniversary which was a great touch. We arrived late at night so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, waiters we're pleasant and helpful, food was spot on cooked to perfection. No problems with the price of food for the quality either. Absolutely brilliant hotel and would definitely stay again 100 %

The breakfast felt a bit hasted and was quite crowded, not much variety either. The beds are quite stiff and not that comfortable, one positive thing to bote though is that you do always have a balcony, which is nice, considering the room itsolf is not that big.

Great location. Easy to get anywhere. Room was fine. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Only complaint was that there was only one small lift. Sometimes you had to wait for it to stop at your floor and then it was full. Walking down was OK, but walking up was a killer.

The truth is that is fine but it is not nothing of another world! That is to say, there are some rooms that are really quite beautiful and others that are more corny, but for example, I would recommend that renewed themselves a little furniture! Although the service was very friendly and charming! A greeting.

I was here for a conference and stayed at this kind weird hotel of the HN chain. I was placed in a room with frosted glass windows, ugly view and cracked porcelain sink. The corridors are all black, they reach have a dress in the end and very creepy photography on the walls. Breakfast was very unsatisfying for its lack of unsweetened yoghurt, although I liked its fruit offer. The worst part? Its heavily perfumed lobby and library make those spaces very uninviting.

Spacious rooms, clean and with pillows of different types. Full Breakfast buffet.

Very good guys in the Bar-restaurant: Superb breakfast, lunch and dinner great. Aldo, Simona, Raphael and all the others, very kind and talented. At the front desk all super except two very shallow and frety women. Rooms OK, large and comfortable, but you could do more.

It needs renovation. A completely insufficient event. Breakfast room so small that it is difficult, when not impossible, to move between the tables. In the buffet queues "stops" and let's not say if someone comes up toasting bread. The quality of the food is good and varied. In Habt. The taps are asking for a change. Attention the check-out time is at 11:00.

Well it seems cozy the restaurant menu fairly average the pasta with seafood a super small prawn on the plate and already is hahahaha after all the more well.

A four star hotel in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. Design and avant-garde with a good restaurant inside. Outside a very nice covered terrace.

Modern and comfortable Hotel. Good breakfast, but in rush hour you may have to wait to have room.

Very central, modern and elegant. The breakfast room is a little small, but the waiters very friendly right away that there is a free table prepare it.

Hotel centrally located in the capital of Majorca just 500 meters from the cathedral and in an area with a very nice walk. A minute from the English court Jaime Third and now a boulevard of the street Jaime third full of shops of all kinds so I pick up a very central hotel.

Good location in the centre of Palma close to the historical centre, great equipment, very correct PTI breakfast to renew.

Had breakfast with good friends staying at the hotel. I thought that at this standard it would bee an amazing breakfast, to bad the opposite. This is not a breakfast it's a breakdown. Prebaked bread, bad bacon, bad coffee ☕. When will I see a hotel with a barista in the morning. Everything seems like pre-fabricated. Nice environment do.

It was late March for 4 nights at the HM Jaime III and I liked good despite some deficiencies. The hotel is clean and big. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator, which translates into long waiting times on 9 floors, and therefore also frequently uses the stairs. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which is not the fastest. In the lobby, always a fragrance but so strong was sprayed it smells too much is sprayed.
The hotel is located in Palma. The center of the city is reached in 5 minutes. Also, the promenade and the cathedral are easily accessible. The airport is approximately 15 minutes by car or bus. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity.
There is also a bus stop at the hotel.
We had a 3-bed room on the 5th floor (room 507). The room was really big and had plenty of space. There were in addition to the three three-bed chairs (one double bed and one single bed), a desk, also German TV, a large wardrobe and even a CD player with radio reception. The bed was, by the way, no extra bed but a real bed. The bathroom was quite small but it was all there. The first five drinks of the minibar were even free of charge. Some furniture unfortunately was somewhat accustomed. Unfortunately there was no balcony in our room. There was only one window and this one had a look in a really dirty yard. The windows were covered with frosted glass almost to the top down so it was a little darker in the room.

Very good service, and customer support. An outstanding urban hotel, where to make a trip of Nehocios is made pleasant.

Hotel well placed friendly staff especially at the restaurant but a little on the decline because sound insulation type HLM 70 years so almost non existent…

Came here for our Anniversary. Lovely Hotel, just love the whole area. Very Impressed. Would come again.

Centrally located. Rooms are a bit noisy but well appointed. Recommend view over old town. Not many English TV channels. Firm bed. Nice breakfast and superb Sunday buffet. Very contemporary in style and decoration. Efficient and pleasant staff. Enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The only thing is that the rooms on the lower floors that overlook the main street are a little noisy. The music of the hotel is not cut until 00.00.

We have been coming to Palma for 25 years staying in a number of hotels. This hotel has some excellent 'off the wall' modern art (ironically, on the walls) in all areas including the contemporary rooms. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and professional. Super clean everywhere. Chairs on balcony probably the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in — style before comfort? Lift inadequate for the building and am dreading checking out with 3 cases from the 6th floor! Over all: Good for the money and location — we have often stayed in 5☆ and been disappointed.

My husband and I went for a late weekend away and chose this hotel. We had a lovely time, food was brilliant and breakfast a delight if you could eat so much on a morning! Staff were helpful, not that we needed any because we didnt have any complaints. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of Palma life. One slight niggle is we were on 6th floor and lift button was hit and miss so a bit of a wait but as I say a niggle! Lovely, chic, central for everything hotel! We shall be back.

Nice hotel with a central location, not far away from the old town, marina and cathedral. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are comfortable.

I have never ever come across a more rude and incompetent staff as the ones working here, and I travel a lot. They do not care about their customers needs and if confronted with the fact that they are giving out mis-information they very unprofessionally try to shift the blame onto someone else who has absolutely nothing to do it, this even after admitting to giving us the wrong information. Giving them 1 star is being way to generous. Do not stay here unless you like being treated badly on your holidays by absolutely everyone working here! Update: this morning they called us from reception and told us that are car was going to get towed away if we didn't move it immediately around 8:30am… this after we parked again in an area they the night before told us we could park until 9:00am. Unbelievable behaviour.

Stylish hotel and rooms, friendly service, okay breakfast buffet (free), nice location inside the city. The spa wasn't quite working (open hours) when we tried to use it. Sauna at 40°C or so, steam room not working, jakuzzi lukewarm and reaked of chlorine. As many places in Spain apparently, the sound insulation in the rooms is not good so you hear doors and guests banging regularly. But a nice deal all in all.

I like this hotel in Palma for a number of reasons- 1. It's very central location 2. The comfort and quietness of the quite basic rooms 3. The polite and helpful reception team The hotel breakfast is very good but the coffee is simply revolting! The food in the restaurant is very good too but sadly the restaurant staff are not very friendly and are often understaffed too. Overall a very good hotel but avoid the coffee at breakfast and the restaurant when it is busy!

The restaurant is exceptional. Wonderful food and very friendly waiters. Interesting art exhibits if you dont mind a shark's head eating a house or a ghostly apparition at the end of your corridor. Very badly lit staircase which is also totally decorated black to boot. Badly designed bedroom. The bed was so close to the door our shins and ankles took some damage. You cannot use the wardrobe without keep closing the doirs because the meet the bottom of the bed!. We had one day when we couldnt get back to our room until 4.45pm waiting for it to be cleaned. We approached the manager who was very helpful and it did not occur again. The lift is small and slow and brwaks down often meaning you have to use an even smaller service lift. Overall the hotel is ideally situated for all types of stay. Lots of eateries nearby. Excellent tapas bar, El Tapa, The Block House steakhouse and Otticon italian restaurant.

Amabilidal of staff and very good food.

The best in its genre in all Paseo de Majorca and surroundings. Cafeteria "3 Jaime" deserves to be obliged by your kitchen, place for its service and its well balanced prices.

A good terrace to stop and drink a coffee away from the hustle and bustle of Jaume III.

Stylish decor and perfectly placed for exploring the area. Cava for breakfast was a bonus.

Superb interior design, very spacious room, very central location, room very quiet. There is even a small spa (farm to 20:30). Drinks from the minibar are available, which is a nice gest, and included Wi — Fi is fast.
All at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, my room courtyard side was with polished glass windows.
Breakfast is served at 7:30, it was too late for me.

Be careful: Only the rooms to the front street book. The rooms to the rear are terribly narrow and not look with z. T. With foil zugeklebten Windows because the Opposite is so unsightly. The Hotel is centrally located but that's about it.

Great hotel — loved the location, solid (included) breakfast, and good value. Would return.

Disappointing stay, black decor in hallway and rubbish view from room 606. The internal walls are paper thin so if you are unlucky enough to be put next door to a young family with a baby you're not going to get much sleep! I would avoid and look elsewhere.

Nice hotel — very good location. Service is very good. Breakfast had full variety of almost everything. Nice rooms. I always would stay again in this hotel when I look for a hotel in Palma. Close to the Old Town of Palma.

I speak of the restaurant. I know nothing about the hotel facilities. Very good, I recommend the Burger, although at first it seems expensive, worth. Fast service and a cozy amboente.

Very centrally located, so that the main attractions Palma can easily be reached on foot. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Wi-Fi is free.

Early February 2013 we 1 week have in the HM Jaime IIIgenossen. The service at the hotel, at the reception and in the restaurant was very good.
Our room was very well decorated, the bed very comfortable.
The food was excellent both breakfast and other meals.
The location of the hotel for a city break in Palma de Mallorca is also optimal.
I can only recommend this hotel.

Located in a privileged place of Palm, I recommend you to visit it.

We have a round of golf and go 1 x year to Mallorca for a few days. If we want to live in Palma, we are here. It is very well. Very nice clean rooms, good breakfast, and the service is perfect.

Good hotel. Renovated and spacious rooms has a small spa. Great location downtown. Close to Corte Inglés, 500 m from the port and area restaurants. Recommended.
